This hotel is walking distance from the main train station. The rooms were nice and a nice mixture of modern and old fashioned. The price was reasonable and it’s right in Old Town so there is a lot to do around.

The property is in an excellent location to visit old town Krakow. Numerous eating and transportation options. Easy walk from the main train station

A midweek sightseeing trip. The hotel was ideally located, clean and friendly. Well positioned to make the most of the sights and sounds of Kraków.

Lovely hotel in perfect location for old town krakow. Friendly helpful staff. Only slight problem is street noise into early hours on a weekend.

The property was within walking distance of the attractions and close by to bars and restaurants, I wouldn’t rate the hotel 4 star and the bedroom photos are deceiving on their website, the room was small but bathroom was amazing, it was clean and the rooms cleaned daily. There’s isn’t a bar as states on the website, breakfast was just ok. I would stay here again because of the location

The double bed was too small and pushed against a wall so it was difficult to get into

Beautiful hotel very clean, but I was on the first floor facing a bar which was very very loud at night. Thankfully, I had earplugs so I was able to sleep well. I did not receive any VIP benefits. Location is perfect and staff very friendly and kind.

Great hotel perfect for the Old Town Square and Christmas market. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. All in all fabulous for a city break.

Super hotel in a perfect area of the Old Town. End of November visit for the Christmas markets and it did not disappoint. Rooms are toasty with enough space and everything you need for a long weekend. Breakfast also great, in fact better than expected. Will be recommending to others. If in doubt don’t be, book it!

This was an excellent location for sightseeing, proximity to the train station, and shopping. Krakow Galeria is very nearby, as are many other shops and excellent restaurants. Very close to the Renaissance Marketplace Sukkenice, St. Mary's Church, and a short walk to the Jagellonian University. Nice breakfast buffet. Clean, well maintained. Pleasant and informative front desk staff. Would definitely stay here again.
