Hotel Indigo Krakow - Old Town

Amazing hotel! Convenient location to the mall and The Central station

It was a very nice clean and modern hotel right next to the main train station. It is also very close to the old town, and has lots of nice restaurants nearby. Unfortunately in my first room (which was a good size) I couldn’t connect to the internet. They kindly changed rooms for me and internet was perfect. However the second room (right next to stairs/elevator) was quite small, and had almost no place to store luggage. You have to walk over it or keep moving it around.

地點距火車站及老城方便。房間設施很好，我們的房間在五樓，晚上總有頂層的聲音，還好夜裡就沒有了。早餐擺放的食品如三星酒店，熱菜要點品種也少，衹有兩種語言波文和英文又沒有照片，太不方便。

環境衞生不錯，就是房子有點小。

Absolutely stunning hotel , we have never stayed in as clean of place , rooms lovely and a really good rain shower . The small touches means the most , shoe shine beside lift in reception, exceptional attention to detail in every corner , quiet room with books and a fire place . The bar was well stocked and bar staff knew every dish and drink on there menu , all in all a very pleasant stay and hats off to the reception staff to accommodating our every need . Nothing was too big or small . Great value for money and in a very central locational without the hustle and bustle of the main square .

This is a fantastic hotel it’s my second time and hopefully not the last here location couldn’t be better. 5 minutes walking from the central station, 5 minutes walking from the old city in a super central yet surprisingly quiet street . the hotel is super elegant and very boutique feeling even though belonging to the IHG hotels chain. The room is perfect - style, super comfy bed, space, room to work , nice ammenities. There is a nice if a little cramped gym in the basement . breakfast is good and varied, haven’t tried the bars or restaurant during the evening so can’t comment about that. what little interaction i had with the staff was always pleasant and efficient. highly recommended !

My husband is an IHG rewards member. We used his points to stay here whilst visiting Krakow. The hotel is conveniently situated 10 mins walking distance from the Train station, so easy to get to and from the airport without using uber/taxi. The hotel is beautifully furnished, quite a mix of modern and traditional interior design. You can take a central lift, or climb a winding staircase to get you to your rooms. Room was lovely, high ceilings, beautifully decorated, fabulous comfy bed. Breakfast was a mixture of small buffet and eggs to order. Staff were on hand and most attentive. A lovely relaxing and quiet hotel, good location and only about 15mins walk to the main square. There’s a roof top bar - this is nice for a chill when you get in after a long tour.

The Hotel Indigo is a wonderful hotel near the main entry into the Old Town. The staff is friendly and quite efficient. The room is typical of a European hotel in that it is quite functional but not very large. There is a Michelin restaurant that serves breakfast in the morning and dinners in the evening. We ate 2 breakfasts with served to order egg dishes as well as buffet of cold dishes. We were too late one night for the main restaurant, but had a very nice meal in the nearby bar. My partner utilized the laundry service and was quite pleased. However, the best attribute of the hotel is its location. It is no more than 10 minutes fom the Old Town Barbicon, 10-15 minutes from the train station and attached mall, 2 minutes from the old covered market, and 3 minutes from a wonderful, bagel/bakery/restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel
