Good location. There is nice local food stalls just below the condo every morning, the long Q nasi lemak is a MUST tried. Walkable to bukit bintang/pavillion/KLCC area. only con is the shower water too small, cant get a nice shower.
真的是最差的一次住宿體驗,把整個行程全搞砸了。我們到吉隆坡是晚上十二點多,結果到酒店後被五六個保安攔下來,一開始以為是保安需要驗證我們的身份,就把訂單給他們看。經過溝通才知道保安需要我們的房間訊息才能帶我們去對應的房間入住,因為酒店是沒有大堂可以checkin的。但我翻了整個郵箱都沒有找到對應的訊息,打了無數次酒店的聯繫電話也沒有任何迴應,我們就這麼半夜在他們酒店樓下坐了快兩個小時,期間不停與保安溝通,讓他們幫忙找人聯繫,最後還是無果,衹能在四點多臨時入住旁邊的一個酒店。第二天通過攜程聯繫,酒店表示我們需要提前去和他們索要房間訊息才能入住。我真的不理解,我們已經完成了預訂,並且提前付款了房費,如果説入住需要先有房間訊息,不應該是酒店主動告知我們嗎?卻需要我們去向其索要?而且我們一整晚因為酒店沒告知訊息的原因無法入住酒店,他們也不同意退款,堅持表示預訂了就不可能退款,真的很氣人!!沒見過這麼可惡的商家!大家注意避雷!!
It was the worst stay ever and totally ruined the whole trip. When we arrived in Kuala Lumpur at midnight, we were stopped by five or six security guards after we arrived at the hotel. At first, we thought that the security guards needed to verify our identity, so we showed them the order. After communication, we know that the security guard needs our room information to take us to the corresponding room to checkin, because the hotel has no lobby to checkin. However, I searched the entire mailbox but couldn't find the corresponding information, and I called the hotel's phone number numerous times without any response. So we sat downstairs in the middle of the night for nearly two hours, during which we kept communicating with the security guard and asked them to help us find someone to contact. Finally, it was still fruitless, and we had to temporarily stay in a nearby hotel at more than four o 'clock. Contacted by Ctrip the next day, the hotel said that we need to go and ask them for room information in advance to check in. I really don't understand. We have completed the reservation and paid the room fee in advance. If we need room information before check-in, shouldn't the hotel take the initiative to inform us? And we need to ask for it? And we couldn't stay at the hotel all night because the hotel didn't tell us the information, and they didn't agree to a refund, insisting that there was no way to refund the reservation. I've never seen such a horrible business! Everyone beware!!
