check in 26th March for my 3rd visit to this hotel. as usual, front desk staff ok but unfortunately no power supply in the afternoon 4pm. Was told TNB is fixing something and totally understand not hotel's fault. Decided go out for hang out in cafe and mall and back to Hotel in the evening, still no power supply. Have no choice and going to take shower in friend's house and return to hotel at 10pm, as was told by the staff, power resume. When i back to room, power supply cut off again. I was tired and decided to check out. Front desk staff promise to refund after 2-3days after checking with their manager , Ms Sharon. Follow up refund issue after 3 days and was told by the staff, unbale to contact booking.com and will try again. Ask me to call back after 1 week, if i still do not receive my refund. After 1 week, i call hotel and still , no news on my refund and this round manage speak to the Manager , Ms Sharon and she told me i should call booking.com to cancel my booking instead of Hotel. I was upset and explain the flow to Sharon as im the hotelier as well. Then only she realize unable to push the responsibility to booking.com and promise to refund. Still, the refund process took another week as she mention boss was no around. I am taking total 2weeks to follow up. Guess this is the last round i check in to this hotel.

During the Raya week, we went to Permai Hotel KT for a staycation. We really enjoyed it. The hotel room was clean and recently renovated. The kids love the comfortable bed and the swimming pool. The room comes with 2 complimentary breakfast for adults and extra fees for kids older than 4 years old. There’re lots of options for breakfast, including typical Malaysian nasi, noodles, cereals, kuih, fruits and salad. We also took dinner there. We ordered pastas and they were served with lots of seafood and vegetables. Between, I guess the sauce was mostly made from scratch. And the ingredients were fresh. The taste was awesome. My younger one is always picky with food. Yet she couldn’t stop eating her pasta and other orders 😆 The quality of the food far exceeds the standard for a 3 star hotel. Also, all the food was reasonably priced. With RM170 per night for a superior room, I think the experience and quality far exceed what it should deliver 😊. If you’re looking for a comfortable yet reasonably priced stay in Kuala Terengganu town., I highly recommend this hotel. And my only regret? Bilik nice. View cantik. 1st masuk aircind X sejuk, flush plak rosak. Tak pelah, buat report nasib hotel fix kan masalah tu. Dekat dengan kedai kedai makan kat sini. X perlu risau lah. Parking pun banyak. Boleh la repeat lagi kalau ke KT.

bilik yang diberikan adalah bilik lama dan terletak di bahagian paling bawah. perabot lama, cadar dan selimut lusuh juga nipis. pasir pantai di sini tidak rata dan kolam mandi juga sudah lama
