The hotel is ideally located, clean, and quiet. The only minor issue was the lack of hot water.

Room is big but worn out. Towels and bedsheet has got an unpleasant smell even though it’s changed. Location is good if you don’t mind the noise from the Regatta (Happen to be there at the weekend). Do note that there’s road closure during these period and grab cannot pick up/drop off in front of the hotel.  Staff are friendly and helpful. It’s ok to miss breakfast. But some inconsistency, they did not ask for deposit from us unlike other review where they ask for deposit in cash/card.  Don’t bother to order anything from the restaurant/bar. I order the least possible to screw up drink aka hot tea and it comes lukewarm diluted in less than half a disposable cup. Didn’t asked for takeaway.  Overall, with the same price, just go to an international chain hotel.

Booked the double deluxe room. Had 2 issues 1. The water temperature is not stable. You'll get warm/hot water for a solid 5 min then it’ll be cold. 2. My room had a window in the toilet where the sun shines through so bright early in the morning, should add in a blind or something there to block them. Breakfast was okay but for the prices of the rooms, could be improve a lot more. Other than that my experience was great. Extended my stay up till 3pm and that cost MYR200 just to get a bit more rest. Would recommend for the comfy bed but get breakfast elsewhere for sure.

They arrange a quite room for me as per requested. Appreciate it! The room was nice and cozy, amenities provided, just the linen and towels in the room a bit old.

Great location. Access to a lot of places. Kuching Esplanade is just in front of the hotel. You can find nice food on foot. It is just that most shops close very early Friendly staff as they will smile whenever you walk past them. Choose the river view if you want to have a nice view like mine but this means that it will be noisy at times, especially at night. The only bad thing about my room is the toilet flashing system is not strong. Breakfast was ok but very simple. It will be good if they can provide buffet style.

Extremely friendly staff. Took the extra mile to help us source for places of interest and food we wanted to try. The team always serves with a smile. Well done, All. We will return.

perfect location exactly in middle of Kuching City, near to the famous Kuching Waterfront. Crew is wonderfull, polite and always there for help. Security also great specially during night time only guest with key can enter the hotel. good joh.
