Великолепный дом в классическом японском стиле в 5 минутах ходьбы от храма Чистой Воды. Просторные комнаты, 2 туалета, кухня, уютная гостиная, свой маленький онсен и даже крошечный собственный внутренний дворик. Очень простой и удобный чекин/чекаут. Отличный wifi. Рядом 2 супермаркета. К сожалению, нет стиральной машинки, но рядом есть прачечная. Дом очень чистый и теплый. Всей семье домик очень понравился. Дети сказали, что он им напомнил домик из мультфильма ”Мой сосед Тоторо”. Очень рекомендую!

This is a wonderful hotel. We’ve stayed 3 days in a twin room. It was much larger than other twin rooms we’ve stayed at in Japan. The bathroom had a bath and shower room. The room was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. So was the entire hotel. The rooftop terrace is a great space for an afternoon cocktail (we’ve tried a couple of the signature cocktails and were not disappointed!) The food at the red was a little overpriced. The gym space is small, but if you’re into doing a bit of cardio- it will suffice. There are 3 washing machines which we used (coins only!) Location wise: 9 min walk to train station, 12 min walk to “geisha district” and 20 min walk to the famous markets. The absolute stand out of our stay was the bakery, which we indulged at every morning. The savoury baked goods as well as sweet options were to die for. The potato bun stuffed with different types of potatoes was 10/10. Coffee was ok, very expensive at ¥700 Overall, we loved this hotel and would highly recommend it.

房間不錯，酒店環境很好，設計風格是日式和現代相融合。早餐自助不算驚艷，但有一些特別菜單，也挺不錯，推薦嘗試菜單上的菜品。 但有兩個問題：1、訂酒店的時候直接在攜程上訂的，後面發現攜程上的價格和其他網站提供的價格存在較大差異，和攜程交涉后，攜程同意給我補償差價（後續收到攜程的補償差價后，我加補充）攜程也承認是他們的日本代理的價格提供的問題，希望攜程能找更好的日本代理，並能給攜程會員提供更有競爭力的價格。 2、酒店默認的床墊是歐美旅客喜歡的很鬆軟那種，不太適合我們家人。第一天晚上半夜2點多，我太太腰直接疼醒，後面時間也挺晚了，也為了不打擾我和孩子休息，那晚上她在地板上睡了一夜。和酒店溝通，第二天換了更硬的床墊。最後一天早餐，在餐廳遇到了general manager，她詢問我們的住店情況，我們將床墊的事情告知了她，在她的主導下，最終得到了的解決。

The hotel staffs are professional and enthusiastic. For the seven days stay, everything was perfect. The room is spacious compared with other hotels at the same level. The hardware are well maintained. The restaurants provide great food. The breakfast at Cafe 33 is great but limited in variety given the price. The Italian restaurant trattoria sette provides great pizza and pasta. The location is quite convenient given its proximity to Kyoto Station, thought it’s a bit far from Kawaramachi. There are bus stops connecting Gion, Higashiyama, Kawaramachi, Kyoto Station and Tofukuji quite near the hotel.

部屋は広く、バスルームは清潔で、エアコンも良く効き、快適な施設環境でした。 一方で、ホテルにはエレベーターが1台しかなく、従業員(掃除含め)も利用、朝の時間帯だと10-15分余分にかかる事は知っておいた方がいいです。大きな荷物のない従業員は階段利用、宿泊者優先など検討できないでしょうか？ 外国人の従業員の方も一生懸命働いている中で、 :11月4日地下レストランハッピーアワーの時間帯に高齢もしくは中年の日本人スタッフ(男)が外国人スタッフ(女)にモラハラやセクハラになるような下品な話をして男生側が下品に楽しんでいて、仕事はそっちのけ。客としても気分が悪く、外国人スタッフにやる気があっても上司のハラスメントや怠惰が目につきました。 :11月5日フロント夜の時間帯、中年の日本人スタッフ(男)が外国人スタッフ(男)へいい加減な口調で対応していて、外国人はやる気や思いやりに満ちて質問いても、上司がやる気を台無し、もしくはバカにしているような対応でした。 きちんと仕事してをしている日本人スタッフもいましたが、上述の2回はハラスメントにも当たる言動と思うので、企業としてマネジメントを考えなおした方がいいと思います。客として見ているこちらも気分が悪くなりました。

The staff were very kind and made my stay even nicer! From the rooftop you can see the Kiyomizu-dera and at night the view is easily breathtaking, especially if you contemplate it with some typical green tea and some japanese sweets. I reccomend this hotel to anyone who is interested in seeing Kyoto as both tourist and local. A bus station is situated right at the corner of the street, you can reach it in one minute by foot, like the central Kyoto train station which is 15 minutes far by foot.

Wonderful & decent hotel if you're willing to walk a bit. The closest bus stop is 5 minutes away, but if you want to go to the shopping street at Kawaramachi Station, it's 10 minutes. It's not far at all, typing it out like this, but going back to the hotel after a long day might be a little frustrating if you don't know your way around the bus/metro lines. On the positive side, which in my opinion outweighs the con by far, it's close to Sannenzaka and is in a quiet area. The room is quiet, clean, and has everything you need. Compared to other hotels we've stayed in (in this price range), it was also quite spacious. The staff was pleasant and helpful; they were really friendly and did their best. I would recommend this hotel for the above reasons! We didn't mind walking, so it was great and added to our stay.

Great brand new hotel with amazing location. The underground train to literally everywhere is just outside . The historical places are all within walking distance from the Property . The hotel is really brand new with amazing Design and Service . The rooms are big enough even for 3 people . Breakfast is awesome , food quality excellent . The Public bath is amazing . Kudos to all the team for exceptional service , especially to the Italian man at the reception and the girl by the name Niseko. Verdict : we will be back and recommend it to all our friends

Checked in but was given a bed that was already taken, however they rectified it quickly and switched me to a female dorm instead of my previously booked mixed- dorm. Showers are clean and there is a common kitchen area on 2nd floor and lounge area on 1st floor. The location is near bus stops which can get you to the train station. The bunks are quite spacious with an area to place your baggage as well. Great for solo travellers. Do note that there is a ¥200 fee per night that you will need to pay upon check in.

일단 사장님이 엄청 친절하셨어요! 체크인 시간 전에 왔는데 짐 맡겨 주셨고 관광 안내 책자도 주셨어요. 그리고 방에 유카타도 마련되어 있고 이불도 푹신하고 따듯했어요! 웃풍이 좀 들긴 했는데 난방 틀면 바로 더워지더라구요. 탕도 은근 넓고 따듯하고 좋았습니다. 드라이기, 스킨, 로션, 빗, 면봉 등등 다 구비되어있었어요👍대신 탕이 있는 1층에 구비되어 있어서 계단 내려가서 써야 하는게 번거롭긴 하지만 어차피 씻고 나서 사용할거니 상관은 없었습니다. 조식도 정말 추천드립니다! 조식 먹을 시간을 체크인 할 때 정할 수 있게 해 주셨고 그 시간이 되면 전화로 깨워주셨어요. 유카타 입고 아침 먹는 경험을 할 수 있어서 좋았어요ㅋㅋㅋ 교토에 또 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다!

位置離京都站很近，有多條公交到達。房間很棒，上下兩層，下層是客廳衛生間、洗漱間和廚房。有全套廚房用品和洗烘一體機。離酒店一百多米有全家和7-11，便利店買點東西回廚房簡單處理一下就可以是豐盛的一餐。2樓是卧室，兩張床，兩張榻榻米，床很舒服，中間有拉門隔開。一家人住非常寬敞，但如同住人有不熟悉的還是略尷尬。check- in在京都站附近的總店辦理，有會中文的服務人員，check- in時可以拿一些消耗品，東西非常全，洗漱用品是pola的，護理品是雪肌精。另外感謝前台會中文的小姐姐，忘了問你姓什麼，感謝幫忙聯繫大阪酒店找我們遺失的物品。 另外希望國內的民宿不要衹想着提高價格，也想想怎麼提高服務和設施。

Great modern machiya not far from kiyomizu-dera. Booked for two nights and had a terrific time! Small backyard gives an amazing relaxing feeling, highlight is the small bathtub! Keep in mind when booking this Machiya, the pin for the door has to be picked up in a different location. This information is NOT on the check-in voucher.

清水寺まで歩いて行ける距離にありリッチは最高に良かったです。 トイレ、バスも別々であり歩き疲れた後に湯船に浸かれるのはよかったです！洗濯機もあるため荷物も少なくてすみました。 部屋も大きなモニターがあり子供たちも喜んでいました。 また京都を訪れる時には利用させていただきたいです。 チェックインが京都駅前なので間違われないようにしてください。予約時にホテルからメールあります。

兩個人住了一整個日式的小別墅～房間非常乾淨漂亮，有洋房和榻榻米兩種風格的房間，浴室還有超高級的全自動泡澡浴缸🛁Expedia上有個評論說一般酒店都是照片比房間好看，但這裏完全相反，我可太同意了～實際的房間比照片裏的好看太多了～不過要注意checkin的時間是要和店家預約的，就是下單之後店家會發郵件聯繫。來接我們checkin的小姐姐特別可愛，是個日語英語都很好的中國小姐姐～感覺這麼好的店如果因為沒有評價就錯過的話太可惜了😆
