Hotel Terbaik di Kyoto dengan Spa

Saya melawat untuk tujuan kolam bersama rakan-rakan saya. Kolam renangnya besar dan terpelihara, jadi saya boleh menggunakannya dengan yakin. Kemudahan adalah minimum yang diperlukan, jadi saya fikir anda harus membawa losyen anda sendiri.

Everything was better than expected: service very professional, location fantastic, extra perks like baggage service, fridge with water, relaxing public bath, nice bufffet breakfast, and overall very reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone staying more than a night as well.

Ia sangat mudah kerana ia adalah 5 minit berjalan kaki dari Shijo Karasuma. Sebaik sahaja saya memasuki hotel, ia adalah indah! Saya gembira bahawa saat saya memasuki bilik datang. Bilik itu mempunyai rasa Jepun moden dan luas dan bersih, jadi saya dapat menghabiskan masa yang sangat selesa. Lebih bagus lagi bilik mandi di dalam bilik itu besar dan tandasnya berbeza. Saya juga menggunakan mandian umum yang besar, tetapi mata air berkarbonat membuatkan saya berasa letih. Tempat mandi umum yang besar adalah bersih dan luas, dan saya menikmatinya perlahan-lahan. Ia adalah hotel yang saya mahu tinggal lagi.

This is the fourth time we go to Kyoto as family travel while the hotel among all we stayed is the worst. A couple of reasons we say so, first, we understand the local government charge tax on travelers for staying in hotels or other accommodations but this time the number is unbelievablely high! We were staying at the Granvia Hotel last summer with only less than half of this time. Second, the day we checked in, the A/C doesn’t work at all cuz it only works for cool air no heat air at all! The hotel staff insisted the room temperature is 25-26, but their humidifier in the room shows only 21-22, so the told me the humidifier was not working not the room A/C was problematic. I had to argue with them and eventually their manager came with the engineer and re-start the A/C, then the room temperature went up again but they still said it was no problem at all but the humidifier was down. Anyway, it was a bad experience with such bad service, highly likely won’t go back to this place.

エントランスでスタッフに明るく出迎えられ、手際よいチェックイン手続き後にエレベータに案内されて入室、部屋を見まわして宿泊費の割りに随分良いホテルと分かりました。 多くのホテルと違って宿泊費が宿泊税込になっているのも嬉しい。 クローゼットはもちろん、ボディタオル・入浴用バッグもあります。 浴室はユニットバスではないのでゆったりとして危険な段差もありません。 電源コンセントは6か所、対応できるプラグ数は8個です。 大浴場にはゆったりとした脱衣場があります。仕切りのある洗い場12か所、シャワー1か所、湯舟は1.8m＊7～8ｍです。2度の入浴中、殆ど独湯でした。 朝食も品数が揃って美味しかったですが、食べ過ぎないように控えめにしました。

This is the second hotel I stayed in Kyoto. Before going to Aman, I read some of posts here that the service was bad. I then quite regret to make a room reservation though I was impressed by the photos and posts from website. Besides, I had a bad first impression toward Aman Kyoto as they replied email for at least 3 days. This is not acceptable for such hotel with high room rate. When I arrived the hotel for the first day, I was quite surprised by the service. The hotel staff load my luggages from taxi efficiently and sent them to rooms directly. Then I was guided by another staff for check-in. She served me and my child a cup of green tea. This green tea is very special. Its taste is green tea but has a floral smell. My kid and I were very impressed. Unfortunately, I forgot to buy one before leaving. Then we went to Living Pavilion to have lunch. After lunch, our room was ready and a staff took us to the room and introduced us the facilities. The room is spacious, even the bathroom. We stayed in room 楢 . It is near the Living Pavilion, hotel’s restaurant. It is quite quiet. For our staying of two nights, we almost had dinner in room. The Udon noodle tastes good. My son ate it in lunch time and two dinner time. The hotel also provides welcome desserts for every night. First night is dried persimmon and the second night is chocolates. The chocolates are very very yummy. I tried the spa massage for two times. It is really good. As only me and my son in this trip, he couldn’t use the complimentary onsen. I then paid for a private onsen. It is very comfortable. The room’s pillows are very hard. My kid and I didn’t have a good sleep. We asked the front desk to give us a softer one for second night. It still doesn’t fit for me. Thus I didn’t sleep well during my stay. The breakfast had three choices: Western, Japanese and wellness. We tried western and Japanese breakfast. Both are delicious. Especially French toast in western style and porridge in Japanese style. The taste is unforgettable. The hotel environment is very comfortable. It is far away from the city. Only trees and grass around us. Everywhere has fresh air. It refreshes me. If the bed and pillow fit me, it will be perfect. We also had lunch in Tak-An restaurant. The food is good. The staffs are very nice and kids-friendly. They are very tolerant to kids. The check-out process is also very smooth. Everything is well-prepared, even our luggages. We booked a transportation to the Kansai Airport through the hotel. The driver is nice.

The hotel couldn't find my booking and we spent quite a lot of time checking in as a result, but eventually that was resolved. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. The shower you had to hold the nozzle or else it would spray all over the bathroom, which was a bit annoying. Beds were a bit on the hard side, but I personally like a slightly softer but supportive mattress. The AC has a very bright light that can make it hard to sleep if the unit is running at night.

Beautiful design hotel in the Gion area. Peaceful at night. Clean and Wider room with amenities provided. Ensuite bathroom in each room. Public bath also available. Helpful and friendly staffs. They are good in English as well. Great service. The location is good. Many many attractions are in walking distance from the hotel. Parcel shipping like yamato is able to do so. Luggage scale also provided at the lobby. Hotel parking just opposite to the hotel building and recommend to note with the hotel in advance. Nice stay in Kyoto!

房間夠大，交通還算方便，設施比較陳舊，畢竟是80年代的建築了。正好在二條城對麪。看需要去的景點，每個人覺得是否方便見仁見智。會員可以兩點退房。有往返京都驛的班車，官網上有固定發車時間。
