Very clean, pleasant. Best part by far: unlimited free use of their two onsen public baths (men’s & women’s alternate daily—look for blue flag for men, red for women) each with shower area, hot bath, warm bath with jets. Upstairs cold bath, sauna with TV, and outdoor bath. Silly me couldn’t open door and thought bath was shut -forgot they slide like a barn door! Wash first in the station-bring nothing in with you, baskets in changing area and lock box do room key before entryway. Baths open 6 am to 11 pm. Great after long day sightseeing. Ryokan provides bathrobes and obi sash, slippers and towels in your room. Quintessential Japanese guest rooms with tatami rice straw mats, futon, and cushion for low table. Hot pot in room for the complimentary green tea and sweet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Massages reservations available after 1 PM to 9. $60/hour. M Checkout 7-10. Cool little neighborhood. 15 minute walk to Kyoto station. Walking distance to UNESCO Toji Temple and several other temples. Easy to catch bus nearby.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room and hallway were very clean. The price was very fair. What made us happy was the breakfast on the top floor. The floor rotated while eating. We had a great view of the whole of Kyoto. We will definitely come back and stay again. Thank you Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto

Location is perfect, within train station. There are 2 locations that connect from the train station to the hotel. Breakfast was very good with wide range of Japanese food unfortunately very limited selection of international food. The view from our room 👍.Overall we have a very comfortable stay.

have suttle buses from the kyoto station to the hotel. and I have to say the shuttle bus driver is so welcoming and cheerful. also convenient to go to sightseeing places by bus( around 5min walk) but no convenient stores nearby. the closest one will be about 10min walk

Hotel was located near the shopping street. Room has a musky smell when we first entered. Otherwise, it was generally ok. Amenities such as packet coffee, shampoo, face wash, hair clips/bands were provided at the lobby (room already has shampoo, bath wash and conditioner). Laundry and vending machine rooms were well equipped too.

Hotel was super nice! I loved almost everything. The room was very big for Japanese standards and the staff was very professional and fluent in English. Location couldn’t be better, right next to Kyoto Station and a lot of options for shopping and dining. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. They divide it in a western and japanese breakfast. But the western breakfast didn’t really have much western choices. And the coffee was not good. This could be improved. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and I would recommend it. :-)

京都之旅最正確的選擇就是入住了一直心心念唸的安縵京都，安縵酒店隱匿在靜謐的森林之中，綠茵環繞，禪意清幽。這次入住楢房，房間很新，一層的大落地窗採光非常好，陽光洋洋灑灑的透過窗照進房間感覺匆忙的旅行一下就慢下來了。最難忘的是入住期間每一位工作人員的笑臉和熱情周到的服務！這次提前預約了兩天的晚餐和下午茶，都在the living pavilion，餐廳所有工作人員服務都是特別有禮貌，服務無可挑剔，菜品都非常精緻美味，下次來要品嚐鷹庵，非常棒的入住體驗，下次秋天來！

Onsen must pay 2,200 ¥ extra per time . No laundry machines inside the hotel. Rooms are comfortable and toilet are equipped with bathtub . Location is quite convenient about 5 minutes from metro and neighborhood is pleasant to stay . Rates were reasonable for weekdays and if you don’t want to enjoy hotel facilities it is a good option.

我來自江蘇揚州。雖然揚州就是園林城市，江浙一帶也有很多這樣的風格的避世酒店，但星野集團的虹夕諾雅肯定是值得一住的。整體衛生很不錯，設施保養的很好，沒有霉味。就是所有窗戶可以再擦乾淨一些。 這次是傍晚入住，打車的時候看到了嵐山的晚霞，是增值項。接待人員非常禮貌、熱情，晚上接待女生開小車送我們到酒店門口，這段路開的太有水準了，幾乎貼着山在走，有種探險的感覺。退房的時候感受了星野的船。 順便推薦一下染坊祐齋亭就在斜對麪，喜歡景的，值得一看。

Loved that the hotel is located right next to Shiyakusho-mae Station and a short stroll away from the scenic Kamo River. And, within walking distance to Pontocho and Gion. The rooms are fairly large and the baths very pretty with lush greenery outside the windows. Breakfast was superb. We'd just enjoyed an introduction to traditional Kyoto fare at a top-notch ryokan prior to our stay at Solaria. And we were thrilled to recognise similar local dishes with its distinctive tastes served at breakfast.
