Hotel Kyoto dengan Kolam Renang

Terletak di tengah-tengah stesen Kyoto, Ala Hotel Kyoto menawarkan oasis yang tenang di tengah-tengah pemandangan bandar yang sibuk, dengan akses mudah ke pelbagai tarikan pelancong dan hidangan masakan. Terletak di sepanjang jalan yang meriah yang dihiasi dengan restoran daging lembu yang lazat dan bersebelahan dengan kedai ubat 24 jam yang menawarkan harga yang kompetitif untuk kosmetik dan ubat-ubatan, lokasi hotel menjanjikan kemudahan dan menyelami budaya tempatan. Sebuah penubuhan yang agak baru, Ala Hotel Kyoto menawarkan salah satu onsen luar terbaik yang pernah saya temui dalam perjalanan saya. Terletak di tingkat 10, onsen ini disertai dengan ruang istirahat zen yang tenang, sesuai untuk berehat selepas berendam atau menunggu penyiapan pakaian. Walaupun perkhidmatan dobi adalah percuma, tetamu harus ambil perhatian bahawa detergen tidak disediakan. Walaupun makanan ringan percuma tidak ada, kemudahan onsen yang luas dan suasana tenang mengimbangi pengawasan tersebut. Walau bagaimanapun, perlu dinyatakan bahawa waktu operasi onsen adalah agak terhad, ditutup pada pukul 11 ​​malam setiap malam, dengan hanya dua pengering rambut tersedia. Very modern, clean and the room itself very spacious. However, the distance between the hotel and to the station is quite far which is about 12-15 mins and as well as only one convenience store near the accommodation. The hotel has a few restaurants and bars which could be good for some people to grab a drink.

Location is perfect, within train station. There are 2 locations that connect from the train station to the hotel. Breakfast was very good with wide range of Japanese food unfortunately very limited selection of international food. The view from our room 👍.Overall we have a very comfortable stay.

Beautiful new hotel in a great location in Kyoto! The hotel is next to city hall subway station and very close to regional rail station (which we took all the way to Nara on a day trip). Easy walking distance to adorable shopping streets, big malls, and historic Gion. We were upgraded as Diamond members and stayed on the 9th floor. We had access to the lounge which served breakfast with a buffet, afternoon tea, and cocktails with appetizers buffet (really you could eat all your meals there)! We also had breakfast once downstairs in the main restaurant which was a huge selection of choices. The lobby also always smelled amazing as did the room and fabric spray in our closet. For the price, we were very pleased with almost everything about this hotel. Also, the pool is incredible and we had it all to ourselves for a while! Two things we didn’t love - we could still hear a bit of street noise even with shades and blinds closed. Also, the thermostat only allowed the temperature to go down to 20C or 68F. We felt that temperature was too warm to sleep with the heavy duvet but worked with the hotel to switch to a lighter blanket.

This is a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Service staff are cheerful, professional and willing to help. Situated a 10-12 minute walk from Kyoto station, this gem of a hotel provides a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only downside is that the F&B outlets are pricey and not pocket friendly. This does not encourage guests to patronise the outlets. Even as a Dusit Gold member, the discount is only permitted at certain F&B outlets. The 5-star hotel lives up to expectations and was worth every penny !!

Our stay at Six Sense Kyoto has been, by far, one of the best experiences ever. We travelled as a family of four, with a 9 and 12 year old, and stayed here in July 2024. We loved every thing about the hotel, but I’ll stick to the highlights that left an impression on us: 1. Grow with Six Senses: a children’s club (5 years to 12 years) that is managed by two amazing, high-energy, wonderful, wonderful ladies! Both our girls loved visiting the club and engaging with the instructors. 2. Earth Lab: a lovely little program that is centered around the sustainability theme of the hotel. They have workshops where guests can learn the traditional Japanese art of gift wrapping, Fukushima, or work with natural, plant-derived colors to paint, or try your hands at creating washi paper! Our girls loved these workshops as well! 3. Breakfast at Sekki: as vegetarians and vegans, we usually have very limited options when it comes to food, outside of bread and some sad looking vegetables and fruits. Sekki offered us a lot more and then some! Plenty of vegetarian options, local, fresh fruits, gluten-free bread… it was more than one could possibly want. Their dinner menu too, is extensive, as far as veg and vegan options go. They did not hesitate to modify the menu either, when my daughter wanted a specific type of pasta! 4. The staff: I was saving the most important for the last: the staff. They are the true gems that make the absolute difference! Every EVERY single one of them is very courteous and deeply committed to making your stay one of the best ever. They work hard, with the warmest smiles, to organize your schedules, offer with brilliant recommendations… and doing pretty much everything you could possibly want, so all you need to do is relax and enjoy your stay. Special shout out to Yuko-San, Miku-San, Eiki-San, (front desk), Saki-San, Kaori-San (Grow with Six Senses and Earth Labs), Megumi-San (please ask for her at the spa! She’s bloody brilliant!) I’ve only mentioned the names that I remember, but this is also true of **every** one of the staff that we encountered. The experiences that we encounter in and with a city, is largely influenced by the place of stay. Six Senses Kyoto has made memories of our visit to the city, that much sweeter, and has left us wanting for more. We are coming back. For sure.

Overall, amazing stay at the Miyako Westin Kyoto. Great location (quite central but not in the hectic district of Gion, at the foot of the hills on the east side of the side), stones throw to most restaurants / places of interests. Immediately got upgraded to suite when checking in (Platinum Bonvoy member), great service and hospitality. Suite was beautiful with balcony and great view, 2 member of the reception went up and escorted us to the suite. Food was amazing! Great breakfast spread with Japanese and Western options (the croissants are to die for, probably the best I've ever had!). They also have a Japanese Kaiseki option for a more authentic experience Concierge was super helpful. They managed to book us a table at a 1 michelin star Kaiseki restaurant with one day notice (keep in mind that most places are booked out 1-2 months in advance and the concierge had to call 15+ restaurants to find us a table) There was also an in-house ”Onsen” (Japanese bath house) with over 2000 sqm indoor and outdoor hot pool. Amazing place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. Wonderful stay all in all and a definite stay again for future trips to Kyoto. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Four Seasons Kyoto for three nights in October during our family trip through Japan. The hotel is absolutely stunning. We were upgraded to a huge suite with private garden as I was travelling with an injured leg and could not leave the hotel very much. We met the general manager during check in and she said that if I had to stay at the hotel most of the time they would want to provide me with a beautiful room. What a lovely gesture. We met her again the next morning during breakfast time wehre she went to introduce herself to everyone and to have a small chat with guests. My husband and myself both used the spa and were very happy with treatments. My son and husband used the pool every day which they liked a lot. We had food through room service (the risotto was the best I have ever had). Funnily enough the young lady who served room service was from near our home town in Germany (Hi Mel !). We also at the main restaurant and had drinks in the lobby lounge area. It is also the little details that make a difference. I left my reading glasses out on the desk and when I came back they were on a hotel branded glasses cleaing cloth. And my computer mouse was provided with a hotel branded little mouse pad. Before staying there I was in contact with one of the concierges who helped me create an itinary of what my son and husband should see during our stay in Kyoto. Their recommendations for sightseeing and also outside restaurants were great. The staff in general was very polite and helpful. We cannot fault anything at the hotel. As I was not able to go out much we will definately return. And I can only recommend anyone else to stay there as well.

酒店一個年紀大的服務員對客人態度不太友好，第一晚給安排的房間很小，房間雖然設施不錯，但是佈局，不合理，住的不舒適。 五分好評要給攜程，跟攜程反應房間太小不是我定的圖片上的房間，攜程積極聯繫酒店，第二天換到滿意的房間，並承擔了加床的費用作為補償。售後還是有保障的。

Leaving this beautiful 5 star Hotel now and I am sorry to go! This Hotel is literally the definition of five star and what one thinks of when they want a luxurious vacation. As the taxi dropped us off five days ago for our family vacation in Kyoto we were so excited as the location and lobby were absolutely tranquil and serene. The service is unmatched, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and want for nothing. During our stay, we had a very early tour which started before the kitchen opened, but the chef came in early to make us bento boxes so we can take on our long journey. The food was absolutely wonderful. One of the mat ways the staff pays attention to detail. the bedrooms are amazing there is not one bad view on this beautiful property. The concierge staff helped with taxi bookings, sushi, and restaurant reservations as well as a spa reservation at the hotel. My daughter and I treated ourselves to a massage which was absolutely amazing and what you come to expect from a luxury spa. I highly recommend this hotel and the Hilton should be happy to have their name on this hotel. Thank you Yurie, Eiji, Kayo,Eru, Eiko, and Shinna you made our family trip amazing and special!
