Location, location. Very close to chocolate factory, tiger park. Accomodated with early check in at noon. Spacious rooms with amazing towels. Maid service fantastic. Room service was excellent. I would stay there again.

The hotel was nice, a little bit far from central so you need to book grab or bolt for traveling, it would be better if u rent a car. The experience was fine, although the receptionist dont speak much english but we can communicate nicely. It near jomtien night market also

Hotel is beautiful, location is close to rice fields but its not on the main street so be aware you could be walking 500 metres from the main street to hotel with your bags when you check in. However, the same gets compensated with little oasis created by them..little rice fields, river flowing , garden and of course the pool. They have in house Spa, coffee shop and breakfast is generally good but would have preferred more options with vegetarian [no egg] ..anyways loved the property so stayed back for 3 more nights

My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first.
• 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction.
• 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo)
• 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos)
Staff:
The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job.
Overall:
The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor.

I booked for 1 night and decided to stay the next night. I went to the reception desk and was told that the only rooms left were the very expensive ones. Got onto booking. Com and got the room I was staying in for a third of the price quoted at reception. Not quite sure what this hotel is thinking. As I was going to cheak out had I not looked at booking. Come. That apart the room was fine, clean and great value for money. The staff were on the whole very nice.

Rodina hotel is located right across the street from the beach. Just cross the mini road and you're there. 10-15 mins walk to the nearest tops and another 10 walk to the 711. The hotel from the outside looks exactly like the pictures. The pool faces the beach. I did not get a chance to get in but it looked clean. Check in was fast and on point . Now there are 2 things to know about. we wish we had. There is a building
A and B. I think building B was the old hotel because you can see the dramatic change as you move to building B which apparently had no available WIFI!! The room. It is nice and spacious. There is a balcony but the AC is so loud just as in the room. The rooms could do with a little updating and removed iron rusted appliances and bathroom floors. The location is a little out of the way but there are plenty of trucks to hop in and out of.. it is on a quiet beach is you wanna enjoy walks

Great hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Not far from the beach, with a 7/11 and tops within 2 minute walk. Laundry matt and eatery right there too. Great place for families or those who like a quiet location out of the busy areas. Quick 5 minute ride on the scooter and you are back in the area of bars, massages and everything else you desire. Highly recommend this place for value for money!

The hotel isn't very close to the beach, but there's a free hourly hotel shuttle running until 8pm. The swimming pool is great with 2 cool areas for kids to play. There's a sandbox and an indoor play area. Rooms are big enough and come with a nice balcony, with a table and 2 chairs. Bathroom could be a little cleaner. The area around the hotel looks like a wasteland, but fortunately can reach a 7/11 and 2 other supermarkets within a 10-minute walk.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any requests.
The location is convenient, close to restaurants and public transportation.
Breakfast was good with a variety of choices, and the dining area was clean.
The hotel facilities were well organized and easy to use.
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

SSoraya PJMore than expectation! The hotel is located next to the beach where isn’t crowed so you can feel private. I love the style of hotel which make me feel relax with the natural around - the mangrove path roof is one of my favorite, very unique. You can see sunset from the swimming pool and the beach - awesome view! The staffs were so friendly always helpful. I enjoyed staying there

TTAYLOR SCOTTWe stayed 4 nights, had an absolutely amazing time here. The room was fantastic, the restaurant was great, the private beach was very clean and not too busy.
The best part of all was the service. Every single person was incredibly kind and helpful. We were greeted by the nicest man named Jeet, he gave us his WhatsApp and helped with all things from recommendations to booking taxi’s. 10/10 will definitely come back if given the chance.
The location isn’t bad at all. A short 20-30min taxi from most of what pattaya has to offer.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which we really enjoyed. One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool—it’s stylish and well-designed, with a fun water slide and inflatable rings that made it especially enjoyable for the whole family.
Even during the busy weekend, when the hotel was quite full, everything was well-managed and there was still plenty of space and amenities for all guests.
We truly had a great experience and are already planning to return again next year.

Kkari_kWe had a great one-night stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable and soft. The receptionists and all staff, including the buggy driver and security, provided excellent service and communicated well in English. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety. The swimming pool was clean and beautiful, and the beach bar had a very aesthetic atmosphere. The shuttle service using a buggy car to the bar and breakfast area in another building was very convenient. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax near the sea. Although it is far from crowded areas, it feels like a private and peaceful place to stay.

JJosef KSatisfactory 2 night stay in this naval base town. The hotel has a decent sized car park since transport is needed to get quayside although we used Grab taxi often. The breakfast had good variety at this price point. Being near the highway you may encounter some traffic noise if you are a light sleeper. The tv signal was patchy.

MMoshi.paopaoThe private pool villa was absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass on all sides, it created a bright and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway.
The private swimming pool right in front of the room was a highlight, and the bathroom area was thoughtfully designed and very stylish. The bed was spacious and extremely soft, making it perfect for a restful sleep.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of tempting options. Although the hotel is located a little deep inside the alley, the overall experience was wonderful. All the hotel staff were lovely, warm, and welcoming.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaAircon failed function on 3.30 am.Hotel staff in night shift manage well to let me move to another room by leaving my stuff there as i really tired and sleepy. But in the morning the manager and cleaning team access to old room without asking permission since before the check out time and complain me that I have many stuff amd tell me want to help me for move. Which is i dont think that is the right protocol to do that. I feel it very rude to touching my staff without asking.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel might well have been a nice place when it was built last century but now it is in a desperate need of renovation, refurbishment or at least a good clean.
The location is interesting, quite close to the beach and a small lively area with restaurants and massage shops, but unfortunately is located in a dark side street with lots of ferial soi dogs, and it seems that a few of these soi dogs actual live in the hotel. So if you don't like dogs better to give this place a miss.
The general atmosphere is of a nursing home for poor foreigners, i am 63 years old at the time of writing this review and I personally felt like a teenager compared to the other hotel guests.
The room had quite a nasty smell when I first entered, but fortunately dissipated after leaving the balcony door open for a few days. Bedroom furniture was probably from when the hotel was built, it is really showing it's age and compared with other hotels in the same area and price range is really not good enough.
One evening around midnight, 2 men burst into my room. I honestly thought I was going to get robbed, but it turned out to be one of the hotel owners and a drunk German guest. The following day I enquired at the reception what happened, it seemed that the drunk German had told the hotel owner that my room was his. How can you open someone's room without first checking that details of the room's occupant first. I found this to be quite shocking, nothing like this has ever happened to me before.
Next up, this hotel has an outrageous policy about blood stains on the bed clothes, I have been fined 1000 Baht / 30 USD for a thumb print sized blood stain. And 1700 Baht for a small stain on the bed clothes and a very small one on the pillow case. If I had permanently damaged the bed clothes I would be happy to cover the replacement costs, but these costs to remove small blood stains on old bed sheets is disgraceful. I hate to think what would happen if a lady has a problem during her menstual period.
This hotel also has a ridiculous amount of rules and penalties with sign posted all over the hotel.
They say this is a resort, but I feel this is far from the truth. It just a hotel with a pool and a restaurant and a bar. No more services. Not a resort, just the last resort
The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is if all the hotels in a 100 km radius are full and then I would be very wary of coming here again.
