Hotel berhampiran Pusat Membeli-belah Union, Bangkok

The hotel is conveniently located near Union Mall and offers easy access to both the Blue and Green MRT lines. It is also close to Ladprao Mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. One downside was the check-in experience—initially, I was told I could check in at 2:00 PM, but when I returned at 3:30 PM, another staff member informed me I had to wait an additional half hour. Overall, the location is great and do have 7-11 at ground floor.

The hotel was much more comfortable and convenient than I expected. I stayed in a lower bunk in a 4-person dorm room, with two other roommates on the upper bunks. Sharing the bathroom wasn’t a problem at all, since there were additional bathrooms in the beauty corner area in common room (which, along with the kitchen, was my favorite part). Everything was super clean and fully equipped with amenities. The location is great too, with a 7-Eleven nearby and close to Ladprao Station. At first, the bed seemed a bit small and tight, but I quickly got used to it and found it to be spacious enough. Staffs are friendly and helpful. If you’re a solo traveler and don’t mind sharing a room with others, I think this hotel is a good choice.

Really nice stay overall. The hotel is very clean, and everything feels well maintained. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, which makes a big difference. The amenities are also great and everything works as expected. The only downside is that it’s quite far from the city center, but there’s a metro station right in front of the hotel, so it’s still very easy to get around. Would definitely recommend, especially if you don’t mind being a bit outside the center.

This hotel is very conveniently located near Don Mueang Airport — only about 16 minutes by Grab. There are several lovely night markets nearby, plus a 7/11 within easy walking distance. The hotel café serves good drinks and food, and welcome juice was provided in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean with a great balcony view. There was a constant dripping sound on the balcony, but otherwise it was comfortable. Amenities were sufficient, although there was no hand soap provided. The fridge also appeared not to have been thoroughly cleaned. The staff were consistently lovely and provided excellent service. In terms of location, it is ideal for airport access but far from major attractions like Ancient City. Highways include tolls, and traffic can be very congested — we experienced a 40-minute delay with Grab due to traffic. The metro is available but requires a walk, mostly alongside a busy highway in the heat. It takes longer to reach central areas, though it does avoid road congestion. One important note: the hotel checks rooms at checkout, which takes about 5–10 minutes. Since Grabs arrive quickly due to the airport proximity, allow extra time so you do not keep your driver waiting while your deposit is processed. Overall, a good airport-area stay with friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

お部屋が非常に広く家のような安心感でした。夜は裏の駐車場の入り口が閉じられてしまうので表から入らなければいけない点に注意です。完全に私の不注意ですがクローゼットに忘れものをしたのですが問い合わせても見つからず残念でした。

The hotel is in a small alley, but a traffic-crowded one.So most of time need to close the window to maintain the room quiet.walk out the alley there are at 10 bus choice and 1 BTS station.Villa supermarket is 10 mins walk distance.Clean and mostly brand new. However I had bad experience to check in. I stand there with my heavy luggage for a long time. They ask to pay deposit by SCB e-wallet which I don’t have and I asked to pay by cash. Then she said no,and started to say “you live in hotel without deposit in your country?you can put your passport here or use foreign money “ Holy! I’m asking whether the deposit can pay by cash, what are you saying? And the deposit fee is high nearly half of my room fee,very funny is they don’t provide receipt for it if you are not a taxpayer in Thailand.They don’t even want to write a receipt for you. For sure they won’t return your deposit directly when you check out but after checked the room. I tried to ask for the “Do not disturb “sign and said to her will pick up here at front desk when I were back as I were ready to go out, she hasn’t replied anything . Another funny thing happened, both of the front desk look at me weirdly when I back to front desk. They wanted me to guess right that they put the sign at my door,I know many ppl have magic to read other’s mind but so sorry I don’t have I won’t know if you don’t tell me before! So annoyed front desk. Another experience I want to share is I found there is a team of girl hang around in the corridor,I m notquite sure what they are doing but feeling not good. On the second day of my stay, the Wi-Fi shut down suddenly I don’t want to bother the annoyed front desk so use my data directly. Besides, they write everything in Thai even for numbers but not in Arabic number. So I need to guess or learn numbers in thai when I book the hotel For me, I don’t have habit to stay in a tricky place.

เรื่องทำเลก็ถือว่าโอเคใช้ได้ครับแต่ว่ามันเป็นโรงแรมหรือน่าจะเป็นอพาร์ทเม้นท์เก่ามาก่อนนะครับ ความไม่สะดวกก็คือปลั๊กอ่ะปลั๊กที่เราจะต้องเสียบในการชาร์จแบตชาร์จอะไรเนี่ยมันไม่มีความสะดวกให้เพราะมันอยู่หลังตู้ของทีวีทีนึงซึ่งลำบากมากอันนี้เป็นเป็นข้อที่ต้องแก้ไขนิดนึงนะครับ โดยรวมถือว่าโอเคครับผมถือว่าถือว่าโอเคมากๆนะครับราคาไม่แพงเออใครที่พักชั่วคราวอย่างเงี้ยก็ก็โรงแรมนี้ก็โอเคครับใกล้บิ๊กซีเ***ซ์ตร้าลาดพร้าวด้วย

The staff were helpful, positive, and very quick to respond to the problems I faced. The room was fine, with a comfortable bed and good value for the price; however, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain. At around 1:00 a.m., the air conditioner in my room shut down, making it impossible to stay or sleep. The staff responded promptly and offered to move me to another room, but having to change rooms when I was already falling asleep was very inconvenient. In the new room, the bathroom exhaust fan was covered with a plastic bag and tape, which affected air circulation and caused an unpleasant smell in the room. I informed both the hotel staff and Trip.com, and I received a very quick response from both. Despite these issues, the hotel management and staff demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service and did their best to assist and resolve the situation.

I would like to sincerely thank the staff here. After I accidentally fell and got injured outside, the staff provided timely and thoughtful help. They arranged the shuttle bus to take me to the nearest pharmacy and even recommended first-aid ointments that they personally use. This was clearly beyond their job responsibilities, yet they were always incredibly kind, friendly, and willing to help. In addition, the facilities here are excellent. The hair dryer works very well, and there are plenty of useful and fun hangers. There is even an ironing machine provided in the room — something I’ve never seen before, even in four-star hotels during my previous trips to Bangkok. There is also a self-service laundromat just a one-minute walk from the hotel, which is extremely convenient. I have visited Bangkok several times, and this stay truly stood out. I will definitely come back again on my next trip to Bangkok. Once again, thank you so much to all the wonderful staff.
