PPengguna Tanpa NamaRoom was clean & housekeeping came every day. Location is good, right next to campus. Staff was very nice during check in & offered free water. Staff was less nice during check out, but allowed us to store our luggage. Housekeeping would reset the AC temp too high, so that the room was too hot upon return. No free breakfast offered. It is difficult to send mail to this address, as it considered part of campus.

PPengguna TetamuI always love staying at Best Western Plus, well one down fall is every time someone closes their room door you hear it in your room so you'll be up early , well it's annoying so that means you are up by 7am unless you're a hard sleeper. Good thing I get up early.
The decor is updated ✅

The breakfast is pretty good the only thing with that is they barely make enough where they may have to go back and make a few items and the gentleman and the woman that works that area act like they paid for the food they will sometimes stand there and watch what you're doing... Like geez let me breathe

KKuochyuanThe hotel is an average 3 star one. Front desk gentleman was helpful and easy to work with giving that we check in at mid night hour. The hotel room is ok but lack of newer accommodations like USB chargers. Bathroom venting fan is not working so it’s very damp when taking a shower. The worst problem is the bathtub drainage. We had to take a shower in inches of standing water.

The staff was professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with any request. The location was convenient, making it easy to access key areas in the city. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

PPengguna TetamuIt's an older hotel that had renovations done. Staff are nice people and they try to make your stay pleasant. The room's mattress was nice and firm and had plenty of optional pillows. There was noise from other night owls and partiers, but I was able to get a good night sleep wearing ear plugs and having the AC running which work very well. The room has a nice size TV, but it had an intermittent cable connection that maintenance repaired before I returned on the second day. I believe the room's small fridge is near end of life, because I had to place it on max cool to chill my water and beer to a nice refreshing drinking temperature. The room had complementary coffee and a coffee maker which made a good cup of coffee. They provide a very limited breakfast, some muffins, tangerines, bananas, and fresh brewed coffee. I opted for McDonalds down the road. They need to designate a smoking area away from entrances. It was unpleasant walking past and through someone smoking just outside the entrance.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel staying prices are generally very high in and around Washington DC but it worthed to stay at this hotel which was very close to the place of the meeting are for business. When I arrived to the hotel to make late check-in on 21st of April 2024 Sunday around 16:00 pm local time, the lady at the reception was very helpful and solution focused. The receptionist Mr.Danny was very helpful also while I was making check-out on the 25th of April 2024 in the morning.
