AAndreI always wonder why a hotel thinks that close to elevator and directly under the AC unit is considered as „quiet room“ as requested?!
Other than that it’s a typical suites hotel with basic breakfast, fitness room and laundry. Did not use the pool.
Perfectly located in walking distance to the UTC mall.

DDr. KirkTo say we loved our vacation here is an understatement. The hotel lobby representatives were so friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. I had to call before arriving and I’ve never received such a warm welcome. I’m sorry I can’t remember their names because they know how to treat customers well! We loved our room—clean & the perfect size. AC worked well, bed was comfy, and clean. The pictures are from when we were departing. I wish I had taken before pictures. The walk to beach is very short and convenient. The restaurants nearby were excellent! The beach is so unbelievably pretty. The new pool (they have 2) was so gorgeous and was created by a famous pool architect/designer. The young man attending to the pool was friendly and helpful. We will be back because I have found my dream vacation place!

PPengguna TetamuI spent 1 night at Kompose with a couple of friends (3 separate rooms). The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, clean and well equipped. There was some ongoing maintenance which meant no carpets on the public hallway on my floor, but this wasn’t an issue and did not appear to increase the noise from outside my room. I/we didn’t use the pool, gym or sauna, although the pool did look inviting.

CCarolOverall was a nice stay.
Comfortable bed, room was nice, there was a few details in the room that needs to be fix (paint, cleaning, etc), but I'm going to reserve that to my self.

Aprox 18 min from Lakewood Ranch area. (Stores and Restaurants).

The staff is very friendly.
Everything is very clean.
Breakfast is good.
Room service is poor.
Don’t clean your room every day.
We was 2 days there and I call because we need change the towels.
They explained to me that I had to take the used ones to the front desk I did it. But there were four of us and they only gave us two towels. We were there two days ago.
So they gave me two pool towels.that's unacceptable.
The jacuzzi water it’s just warm.
Cuban people was there listening music inaceptable for us because we had kids

The Sarasota location on north tamiami is extremely clean and well kept. Sandra at the front desk was extremely helpful and so nice! For the low price this hotel is a hidden gem!

Jjean-francois BriatteThe hotel has a great location, very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. On our first night, we had an issue with noisy neighbors, but the reception staff kindly offered to change our room, which we really appreciated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good as well. Overall, a pleasant stay.

PPengguna TetamuThe service was good, an excellent location. In general was ok, not too much options offered in the morning breakfast an since you get in to the lobby and inside the room a musty smell is in the air.
I give the hotel 3.5 stars.

Llil baby blueWhat can I say I stayed here for about a week and a half the staff was great they were nice polite and friendly very helpful I really couldn't complain about too much they're cleanliness is decent it may look a little rundown but is it older hotel room they just need to do some updating but for the price you can't beat it anyway from $69 a night 14 depending on the room you want they have a pool each room comes with the TV mini fridge microwave it's in a great location you got Publix across the street Taco Bell and McDonald's you know so on all like I said you can't beat it
