Overall, a good stay, perfect for travelers with late arrivals or early departures needing a layover near Lanzhou Airport. Great value for money. Transportation: The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from Zhongchuan Airport and just over 1 km from Lanzhou New Area Railway Station, making the location very convenient. They offer a complimentary shuttle service; after booking, the hotel will inform you of the shuttle rules. The pick-up point at the airport is Gate 5 on the 3rd floor of the departure hall, and you need to book and provide your flight number at least 2 hours in advance. On our second day, we were heading to Lanzhou New Area Station. We initially worried that the driver might prioritize other guests going to the airport, potentially causing a conflict, and were prepared to take a taxi ourselves. However, the front desk and the shuttle driver were incredibly accommodating, stating they would arrange transport for us even if the schedules clashed. The hospitality of the owners from Northwestern China is truly commendable – they are fair and prioritize personal connections in their business. This really boosted our impression and made our transit much less stressful. Facilities: The hotel has two floors. The room setup is standard for a budget hotel, with complete basic amenities like bedding, a private bathroom, and a desk and chairs, perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. We arrived late at night, and our room was near the front desk. We slept well that night due to exhaustion. However, the next morning, we noticed that the soundproofing of the room door was poor; there was no sound-sealing strip at the bottom of the door. Compared to a guesthouse we stayed in later that had such a strip, the difference in sound insulation was quite noticeable. The hardware isn't luxurious, but it's suitable for a short transitional stay, though some details could be improved. Cleanliness: The overall hygiene was acceptable. The bedding, floor, and bathroom were adequately cleaned. There's room for improvement in some corners, but for a one-night transit stay, it's perfectly fine. Service: The service was very satisfying. The person who picked us up that night was likely the owner themselves – communication was smooth and easy-going. The shuttle arrangements were flexible and thoughtful, not rigidly adhering to schedules, and responses were prompt. They were genuinely warm and welcoming. Dining: The small in-house restaurant offers a simple breakfast, featuring millet porridge, eggs, and various side dishes, many with local spicy flavors. For those who don't eat spicy food, the millet porridge and eggs are a light and filling option, making it very convenient as you don't need to go out early to find a breakfast spot. Overall, this is a very personable transit hotel with thoughtful and flexible shuttle service, ideal for travelers with late-night flight arrivals, or those needing to transfer to high-speed rail or an early morning flight the next day. If the soundproofing of the room doors could be improved in the future, the stay experience would be even better.

The drivers for both airport pick-up and drop-off were incredibly warm and responsible. After contacting them in advance, we were able to get to the hotel quickly from the airport even in the middle of the night. The next day, when we were heading to the New District station, they arranged for a drop-off immediately after the car returned from the airport, and we arrived very quickly. The room was spacious and clean, though the facilities were quite basic. However, the room they gave us was on the first floor directly opposite the front desk, and it had a very strong cigarette smell, which was really unpleasant. We had planned to explore the area nearby before heading into the city, but we ended up leaving early because we were woken up by the smoke smell in the middle of the night. Another minor issue was that the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. Overall, we chose this hotel because we read reviews saying the airport transfer service was reliable, and that definitely proved to be true.

Very clean and comfortable room and free airport transfer with very reasonable price. The front desk and driver were kind and helpful. We called the hotel and they immediately send their van with their hotel’s name to pick us up. Highly recommended to those who have early or night flights in Lanzhou airport .

Xihang Business Hotel is an excellent transit hotel. They provide free pick-up from Lanzhouxinqu Railway Station and free transfer to Lanzhou International Airport. There is a beautiful park with amusement facilities for both adults & children behind the hotel (short walking distance). Food stalls are also available at the park and across the road from the hotel/park. I will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and relatives if they are flying to or from Lanzhou.

The room is OK and big. It is the only hotel I have stayed in that I was not scared of. The uncles and aunts in the kitchen are very nice. When my child was not feeling well, they kept waiting for us even though they had finished get off work. They worked hard. The driver was also great, picking us up and dropping us off. Overall, they were all good and their attitudes were also good!

The pictures of this hotel look good, but the smell inside is very pungent and there are a lot of mosquitoes. After staying there for one night, I had red bumps all over my body. I reported the situation to the front desk and just said that it has nothing to do with them. , the attitude of being dismissive is really bad. If you want to book this hotel, please be careful. I won’t say any more. I’ll go to the drugstore to buy some medicine first.
