Our room was very big, but there was a weird smell, but that may be die to the renovations I’ve been making. We stayed in the development that was not completely done. Excellent pools and a very nice beach area offers, if you’re willing to spend the money, anything you’d like to do at a beach. there’s a bar along seafood bar we can get oysters crab, and even lobster.

ホテルは広く非常に清潔で過ごしやすかったです。簡易キッチンもあるので、簡単な料理もできます。 同じ系列？なのか、隣のSoto Grande Hotelのプールやプライベートビーチも利用できるので、静かにのんびりするには良いと思います。 ただ場所がかなり外れにあるので、コンビニのようなところに買い物に行くにも非常に遠く、Grabもなかなか捕まりません。 私は事前に簡単な食糧や飲み物をスーパーで購入して持ち込んでました。ホテルの朝食は高いので、Grabで朝食を頼んでました。 価格はダウンタウンのホテルに比べると抜群に安いので、上手に過ごせばかなりコスパの良いホテルだと思います。

It was one of the best family get away, we love the place. It's safe to go on swimming because it's like a pool but the water is seawater. They're good is good well they have more than 2 restaurants open to choose depends on your choice. The place is clean and sooo relaxing and you can also ride bicycles it's for free for an hour, and games centers and a lot. If you like to drink they also have a place for that. We really like it there and we're planning to visit the place again with the whole family soon. I recommend this place for those who seek calmness in life hehe,

We booked two rooms and we were only able to get one room when we checked in and the other room an hour and a half after! We followed up multiple times and complained about how the room wasn’t ready when it’s already the check-in time. They told us that the staff was already on the way up to bring the key card for the other room yet it took a long time (given the fact that the rooms were just at the second floor, above the lobby) when we followed up for the third time, we were told that the card was being brought from the main wing that’s why it’s taking so long like? we literally got the key card from our first room on the front desk lobby below our floor (ocean wing). They are also very strict about the room capacity that you have to pay 3k plus to pay for an extra person unlike other four-five star hotels. The room was also dusty, my boyfriend kept sneezing non-stop when we went in the room and had to take anti-histamine. Facilities were great though.

My children had a fantastic time at this place! They enjoyed the waterpark so much that they spent the entire day there. Pororo Land was also a fun experience, although I felt that the two hours allotted wasn't quite enough and seemed a bit pricey. Nevertheless, we all really enjoyed the various activities my partner and the kids participated in. Overall, it was a memorable day!

Good value for money. Nice pool and beach area, and the location is good for Mactan beach resorts and small restaurants and eateries nearby. It is away from the noise and dust of the main roads. Not that convenient for Cebu City but very convenient for the airport which is 20 minutes away. Breakfast and buffet meals are nice and sufficiently varied. Rooms and beds are comfortable. The partnership with the neighboring Belmont works well for the beach resort. Staff generally helpful and very courteous. I would certainly stay there again for activities in the Mactan area.

I booked a ”studio” front desk informed me that all studios face the main road (could be very noisy?),luckily I was let to a superior room (facing the back, and they are quiet). Then, next day, I moved to premium (back building, super quiet but floor 2 rooms are way too small, better ”insist” on either ground or 3rd floor). The biggest dsappointment for me was (expecting to make heavy use of..) the swimming pool: So tiny and so shallow! when there definitely is ample space for a more serious pool (the one they have is borderline a ”joke”). Buffet breakfast is fine (even good, by filipino standards).

Great hotel with its own beach! We booked 2 deluxe pool side rooms at Costabella and we were very happy with the rooms. They were very spacious and the views from our rooms were fabulous! We really enjoyed our stay here, there were heaps of beautiful lounger around the pool and at the beach. Free use of paddle board and canoes. We stayed at the Costabella for 3 nights and it was a very relaxing stay. The property is old but very well maintained and all staff were so helpful. The breakfast buffet was good, food at restaurant was scrumptious, drinks at Luna bar great and there is a free pool table to play on. The only negative we found about Costabella was that you can’t just walk out the property to go to a convenience store or another restaurant. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle then this is the place to stay. Yes, we would come back again to Costabella but next time we will bring our own snacks and drinks.

We spent 8 days at the resort, our first ever stay at the resort. Although it is by the sea, beach area is very small. You cannot go for a stroll on the sea…which kinda beats the purpose of being by the sea. Still, view from the Azure restaurant - where we used to sit most of the day- was nice. It’s supposed to be ‘garden resort’! With rooms on the ground level in a hut kinda setup. Very very few villas if they have beach view.  It was quite relaxing with fresh air though. Pool is nice. Very well maintained property. Food at the breakfast was fantastic. And the staff even more so. Very helpful and caring. They looked after us extremely well. Special thank you to dear Jana who prepared special food for us everyday. Generally everyone at the hotel were top class!  Spa was nice too. Dimi who helped me there was excellent at her job.
