Hotel Dengan Breakfast di Los Lagos, Chile

Fantastic location for our shopping trip, as the hotel is just above the largest shopping mall, and really close to the city centre, good for restaurants and so on. We parked the car on arrival and didn't need to use it until we left. We had a spacious room on the 6th floor, with a big balcony and sea view, two great king-sized beds and a giant TV. There was a large desk, and a relaxing area with a comfy armchair and coffee table.This would have needed a lamp for reading or having a drink. The bathroom looked slightly jaded but was fine. Instead of a proper wardrobe, there was an open clothes-hanging rail area opposite the washbasin part of the bathroom, something I've never understood. I dislike not having a proper wardrobe with doors. Fortunately there are some large drawers in the TV table, which helped keep our things tidy. Breakfast was good, except for the juices. The breakfast room is on the top floor, along with reception, a slightly unusual arrangement but which has a lovely view of the sea. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay. Right on the boardwalk. The area can get busy and looks a bit sketchy because it’s next to the bus station but once you get past that it’s a great place especially being so close to the boardwalk. With food shops right in the bus station. It’s not hard to get food.

5 stars. Big handicapped room. In room fridge was cold. Bed was firm. Shower water pressure on hot ******. Cold was awesome if you like a cold shower... Breakfast was excellent and varied daily. Free parking. Big elevators. Great AC. Hotel will give you daily pass to fitness club if you ask. Many restaurants in same complex. Hotel has two.

Hotel bien ubicado,poco mantenido, no existe un buen control de temperatura en las habitaciones y además tienen equipos de ventilación muy ruidosos. Los restaurantes asociados tienen muy poca variedad de platos

The staff were cordial and helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. However, our dinners were not worth the money spent. They need to get a new chef, especially when it comes to European food.

Todo excelente, muy buen servicio, buena atención, desayuno espectacular. Quizás lo único que complica un poco es el área de estacionamientos muy estrecho, pero se puede superar.

Cumbres 수회 방문,Wyndham 변경 된 후 첫 방문. 분위기가 좀 밝아짐(따뜻한 분위기가 사라짐) 끝방을 받았는데 호수는 보이지 않았고 침대 머리 쪽 창에서 찬바람이 세어 들어옴. 난방기의 온도는 30도 셋팅하였으나 소리만 크고 바람은 거의 나오지않았으며 실온 23도에서 올라가지 않음. 프론트 연락 후 담당자 방문하였으나 온도계로 체크후 정상이다. 어쩔 수 없다...아쉬운 대처. 위치와 깔끔함은 좋으나 방 배정은 복불복. 층볅양쫅끍방은 피핽, 륡층돍피핡길춝쳔함미당

可愛木質的房子，有親切的接待與服務人員。飯店裡有許多有趣、也有懷舊的古董。附圖是B1剛好遇到演奏。旅館3分鐘就到武器廣場，離海邊很近。
