Hotel berhampiran Centro Electronico Santa Rosa, Lima

Me hospede en este hotel por un día y una noche con mi esposo. El costo de la habitación era de 120 USD. Por el costo pensé que sería espectacular la habitación. Era espaciosa, tenía tres áreas ( baño, dormitorio y sala de estar ) la habitación está bien, pero no se paga 120 dólares, por una habitación ”bien” Las paredes sucias, con manchas por todos lados y con polvillo, no había pared qué no tuviera polvillo ( Al parecer su limpieza es precaria ) el baño, la tina toda descolorida, con manchas de sarro y por los tubos de hidromasaje salia un olor espantoso. Además al parecer arreglaron algunas losas del baño y lo pusieron losas de otro color ( como si fuera un parche, se veía horrible ) a parte su baño no funcionaba, tenía que sacar la tapa del baño para hacer pasar el agua. Me pregunto si así será un hotel de 4 estrellas, por que a los de 3 estrellas que fui no fueron desastrosos como este. El servicio de desayuno bufet, también estaba ”bien” todo esta frío, seco y quemado, pero el sabor era regular. Por otro lado, lo positivo fue que nos gustó los dulces de cortesía que nos brindaron por alojarnos y sobre todo el trato del personal muy bueno, amables, respetuosos, siempre con una sonrisa. En mi conclusión el hotel está antiguo, si es 4 estrellas es porque brinda los servicios de spa, restaurante y su ****** ( que cuando fui estaba cerrado, según su comunicado es un cierre definitivo)

The Casa Andina Premium San Isidro Hotel in Lima is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The hotel has a good restaurant with tasty food, and the breakfast buffet is very nice with many choices. There is also a gym and a small pool, which are good for relaxing. However, the pool area is a bit old and not very clean. The location in San Isidro is excellent, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel with great service and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lima!

Ein schönes Hotel Ich kann es nur Empfehlen, das Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr sauber, sehr schön und ruhig. Zimmer mit Safe und einem Kühlschrank. Es liegt in einer ruhigen neben Straße, der Bus ist nicht weit und auch gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Hotel Restaurant ist aber die bessere wahl.

The hotel itself is not 7 stars, but it is the people who work there who makes it such a nice place. Didn’t have a bad experience here, my wife and I happened to be in Peru for a funeral and I had a health issue due to the emotional stress. Santiago from the reception was prompt to call the ambulance and they could fix the situation. Also when friends and family came to visit, I befriended waiter Carlos Abanto, very good guy, he deserves all the compliments, super professional. Because of people like them I plan to come back. Also Zarai Chileno (waitress) was nice and Jose the guy who used to clean my room. With this staff and location I assure you a lot of returning business and many good years to come. We had stayed at another Hilton the previous time we came to Lima, but after staying at the Double Tree, we will only return to this hotel. The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful, and it has a full gym you can use that provides you with water and a towel when you go. And what really sold it for us was the outstanding customer service. Everyone was incredible, but three people went above and beyond for us. Angel from the hotel restaurant provided top-notch service every morning to us. Also, Alondra from the front desk spent so much time with us, helping us set up our tours to ensure we had a fantastic time. She always had a smile on her face and we never felt like she was bothered by us. On the contrary, she was always happy to help and willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. Also, the person that provided service to our room was terrific (unfortunately, I can’t remember his name). Every day he wanted to make sure we had what we needed. We had an amazing experience and we will be coming back to this hotel over and over again as long as we continue to get the same experience.

I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. All my friends booked different hostels all over Miraflores but we've made this the meeting point, as it was walking distance to pretty much anything and everything. The vibes were awesome. The common areas were spacious and very clean. I did a walking tour to Barranco with one of their guides, I believe it was with Juan and that was very cool. The staff in the bar/breakfast area could be a little better. Service was very delayed and they naver had change when you wanted to tip them. I had the private room with a private bathroom and it was super clean and cozy! I was so happy it was on the 6th floor, gave me a little bit of privacy. Overall great experience and highly recommend Selina!

Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.

A great choice in the heart of Miraflores. A clean, modern and very quiet hotel close to everything. 1 block away from airport bus stop and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Rooms were serviced everyday and they were more than adequate, I stayed for 2 weeks and had no issues. Many cafes and resturants around the hotel, I did not eat at the hotel itself heover it seemed reasonable and many others did. Highly recommended.
