Hotel berhampiran Playa Redondo Park, Lima

El hotel estuvo totalmente asqueroso! No hay palabras para aquella suciedad que vimos...el badezimmer total sucio, las sabanas estaban manchadas... en el dia abri todas las cortinas para apreciar bien la cama porque tienen una luz tan baja iluminocidad que no te das cuenta de varias cosas. Todo el hotel en general demasiado antiguoo muy diferentes a las fotos..se dice que es un hotel de 3 estrellas o 2 creo cuando ni siquiera deberia llam**** Hotel sino Hostal. El precio demasiado para una habitacion asi de esa manera incluso le hice ver todas esas cosas al encargado del hotel que se quedo calladito y me de volvieron el dinero para irnos claramente a otro super mejor y el mismo precio. La habitacion de mi madre la refrigeradora nose podia cerrar estaba malograda...las fresadas super duras y muy pesada...esas fresadas que venden a 5 soles em el centro. Terrible no lo recomiendo para nada...lamentablemente no tome fotos me hubiese gustado tomar tantas fotos pero con todo este correteo de nuevo hotel y sacar nuestras cosas no tuvimos mucho tiempo. Ah incluso pedi el libro de reclamaciones y practicamente se negaron a darmelo diciendome que si escribo en el libro de reclamacion demorario la devolucion del dinero mucho tiempo...totalmente terrible deberian hacer las inspeccion respectivas en el Peru a estos hoteles que estoy segura que hasta la cocina debe estar muy asquerosa

My only complaint was that due to a transportation work stoppage we had to adjust our reservation. We were charged for our Monday return basically twice because we arrived early. The room was available and we were scheduled to stay that day. Staff could of been more flexible due to what was occurring. We stayed there for almost two weeks. This was our second trip to Ibis.

Nice rooftop restaurant and small pool

A great choice in the heart of Miraflores. A clean, modern and very quiet hotel close to everything. 1 block away from airport bus stop and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Rooms were serviced everyday and they were more than adequate, I stayed for 2 weeks and had no issues. Many cafes and resturants around the hotel, I did not eat at the hotel itself heover it seemed reasonable and many others did. Highly recommended.

Summary: a very good hotel that gets its core mission right, with minor room for improvement to get a perfect score next time. The good: Staff: all staff I encountered from security at the front door to the check-in and restaurant/bar staff were excellent. All FOH staff spoke good to excellent English. A special thanks to Diego at the front desk for being especially friendly and going above and beyond to help me manage multiple reservations I had booked for this property, allowing me to stay in my original room and not have to check out and back in. Thanks also to Henry from the bar/restaurant for his warm and friendly service that made me feel especially welcome and valued. The room: what a fantastic room. Hotel is relatively new and as you’d expect the room is modern, with a seperate desk space for working and plentiful AC and USB charging points for your devices. A very modern bathroom with high pressure rainfall shower and seperate toilet behind a floor to ceiling frosted door. Food/drink: food and drink was excellent, plenty of local and western choices. Not local or authentic by any means but the ‘Texas Burger’ and ‘BBQ Wings’ wouldn’t be out of place at any high quality US diner. Location: hotel is in a safe, quiet pocket of Miraflores within walking distance to the beach, Kennedy park, Lacomar mall and Barranco. There are bus stops nearby if you wish to go to the Lima historic centre. The bad: The bedding: this seems like such an oversight, but the bedding was terrible. Tiny small pillows that are reminiscent of the ones you get given on airplanes and a scratchy blanket that brought back memories from school camp. This seems like an easy one to fix. Noisy: half way through my stay I got some noisy neighbours in the next room and you could hear their conversations clear as day through the wall. So be aware so this may be an issue. Fortunately in my case they went quiet at night time and my sleep wasn’t impacted. Smoking: while this is a smoke free property, the smoking area is right by the front door so you often have to walk through a plume of smoke to enter the property. Please consider moving the smoking area to the other side of the driveway. Conclusion: A very good hotel. If I return to Limq, this would likely be my first choice. This property is better than many Hilton (main brand) I’ve stayed at.

Great hotel, very comfortable. The service was excellent, especially José Antonio from the reception was very helpful and that made my stay so good. He recommended some tours and helped me with tour and restaurant reservations and transportation as well. He also took his time to explain to me how to get around in the city. I was really grateful for all the good service I received at the hotel and especially from José Antonio. I highly recommend it, they were excellent days at the Dazzler

Local limpo, organizado, bom café da manhã, rápido, atencioso, com um bar bom (não excelente) no telhado. Valeu a pena, ótimo custo benefício, melhor preço da região, muitos restaurantes ao redor. Da para sair a pé ou de táxi e rapidamente está em pontos turísticos

The hotel itself is not 7 stars, but it is the people who work there who makes it such a nice place. Didn’t have a bad experience here, my wife and I happened to be in Peru for a funeral and I had a health issue due to the emotional stress. Santiago from the reception was prompt to call the ambulance and they could fix the situation. Also when friends and family came to visit, I befriended waiter Carlos Abanto, very good guy, he deserves all the compliments, super professional. Because of people like them I plan to come back. Also Zarai Chileno (waitress) was nice and Jose the guy who used to clean my room. With this staff and location I assure you a lot of returning business and many good years to come. This is not a 5 star hotel experience. Clearly the rooms need some modernisation. There is for example only fans and no temperature control air con. Our bedroom only had one bedside table. When we changed rooms things didn’t work and we had to get them fixed. However staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was a good sized wardrobe and shower. We had lounge access which was a much smaller area than we are used to and served a very limited food and beverage selection, however Oscar was a great host and did everything possible to make our experience better. We went to the gym but a lot of the equipment was faulty. It is limited but one treadmill out of the three had a non functioning ramp. All of the cross trainers were not working properly. We also had a meal in the restaurant which was average but again friendly staff. Thank you also to Clara who realised our experience had not been great.

The location is very good just next to airport. It is very convenient if you have a early flight. It is just 2 minutes walk from hotel to airport. Service is also good.
