Overall, a satisfying experience. The customer service level was top notch, free pickup from the train station and help with the bags. Very kind and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the town and an amazing view from the balcony 😍 The room itself was relatively comfortable. Could just have a few minor improvements, the mattress was quite hard, and the facilities are quite old, but it is understandable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would love come back! + really nice, open and warm hosts/staff: we felt very welcomed, had really sweet conversations, got great recommendations for activities and places to visit in and around zhaoxing, were picked up from the train station, were invited for tea and youcha and even got a room upgrade + clean, comfy and spacious rooms with great views and aircon + great location - right at the village entrance in a calm street close to all major attractions + easy and fast communication via wechat

Fantastic stay! The rooms are well appointed, clean and with everything you need. The hotel is in a convenient and quiet location. The staff helped us arrange transfers to nearby villages and even arranged for us to transfer to our next destination. Absolutely recommended!!

Value for money. We got a spacious unit with 2 separate room. And boss is very helpful in advising us the place of interest

Extremely pleasant stay made possible by the most welcoming proprietors, who went all the way to help us arranging everything we need, such as private transport. Location is great as it is just at the fringe of the busy main street. Highly recommended.

Room is spacious, but can be a little bit noisy in the early morning as there are a couple of farm vehicles driving past the road where our room is next to. The boss and the receptionist ladies are very friendly and a joy to be with! :)

Hotel services are friendly and goes extra miles in explaining local attractions. Also helped make reservations and transportation.

The hotel is close to the welcome dance point. Very convenient location. It is clean and simple. The owner picked us up at the ticket point and was very kind to bring us to the railway station, which is only 10 minutes away. No breakfast is served, but there is a good tiny coffe shop in the village less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

店家人好，服務也非常好！有要求的會盡量滿足，而且應急措施很到位。環境幽靜，衞生乾淨，配套用品非常齊全。十分滿意的三天兩夜的住宿。 湖景房間是正對白鷺湖，睇水上飛人、打鐵花、飛天火壺表演不用到現場擠，就在房間看就可以了。 還有從江高鐵站接送站服務，店家基本會提前一天聯繫到站是時間，讓客人安心省心。

房間和圖片一樣，陽台的景色很好看，夜晚能直接在陽台看到白鷺湖的演出還有寨門的煙花🎆。環境很乾凈，床也很舒服，老闆態度很好，還很貼心地準備了電熱毯，去的那幾天天氣很冷，有電熱毯睡覺舒服很多。

整體的房間設施都還不錯，對於一間在寨子裏的民宿來説很好啦！ 服務：老闆的服務超級好，我們五個人來回高鐵站的接送都是老闆安排噠

民宿乾淨整潔無異味，配件洗漱用品配套齊全，老闆大哥也很熱情，全程接送我們進景區，很暖心~

優點：就在侗寨裏面，離觀景台近。老闆服務不錯 ，車接車送到景區停車場，也很熱情的介紹景區遊玩等事項。 缺點：600多的房價在當下當地不算便宜，但是衞生間居然還乾濕不分，使用感極差！房間臨街看不到景。整間屋子就一個小圓茶几能放點東西，除此以外沒有放東西的桌子。此外，再給老闆提個小意見，房間進來的右手牆面可以安排一個全身鏡，便於出門整理一下衣着。

這家民宿我真的特別喜歡。強烈推薦～ 環境好地理位置好。離主街很近的，一進來就很舒服！最重要是房間視野簡直絕了。而且房間裏面又乾淨連馬桶都是智能的。老闆是廣東人。熱情。高鐵站來回接送我們。真的很喜歡這家民宿呀～。下次我來還要住五月花！
