It is a nice and pretty new hotel with a great location. There is a good space for bikes, a nice kids-place and great animators that help with kids too. But there are several things that should be improved: 1. Staff at the reception is pretty average and if there is an issue e.g. with AC as we had, they have no clue how to fix it and they even had some attitude 2. The worst experience was with the manager of their restaurant - he was very arrogant and extremely focused on money, he has some ”favourite rich” guests and he was taking care of them and he was overlooking others on purpose. When he broke the glass and I told him that I put some sharp fragments on the side since he left them there, he didn't even say thank you and didn't apologize, etc. 3. You have to pay for every single thing there e.g. parking is not included 4. I didn't like the breakfast at all - there were so many flies, you have to go grab food downstairs and walk back up afterwards, many people in the small space, etc.

It is a nice and pretty new hotel with a great location. There is a good space for bikes, a nice kids-place and great animators that help with kids too. But there are several things that should be improved: 1. The worst experience was with the manager of their restaurant - he was very arrogant and extremely focused on money, he has some ”favourite rich” guests and he was taking care of them and he was overlooking others on purpose. When he broke the glass and I told him that I put some sharp fragments on the side since he left them there, he didn't even say thank you and didn't apologize, etc. 3. You have to pay for every single thing there e.g. parking is not included 4. I didn't like the breakfast at all - there were so many flies, you have to go grab food downstairs and walk back up afterwards, many people in the small space, etc.

It is a nice and pretty new hotel with a great location. There is a good space for bikes, a nice kids-place and great animators that help with kids too. But there are several things that should be improved: 1. Staff at the reception is pretty average and if there is an issue e.g. with AC as we had, they have no clue how to fix it and they even had some attitude 2. The worst experience was with the manager of their restaurant - he was very arrogant and extremely focused on money, he has some ”favourite rich” guests and he was taking care of them and he was overlooking others on purpose. When he broke the glass and I told him that I put some sharp fragments on the side since he left them there, he didn't even say thank you and didn't apologize, etc. 3. You have to pay for every single thing there e.g. parking is not included 4. I didn't like the breakfast at all - there were so many flies, you have to go grab food downstairs and walk back up afterwards, many people in the small space, etc.
