Very good service

It was okay. Receptionist was very kind. Room could have been a little cleaner and there should have been more equipment in the hotel room, such as slippers, hair care cream, ear cotton, water etc. One more thing is toilet was very small. I couldnt move easily.

The hotel is in good location and near to Pink street, pinice jg. Castle, Commerce square, saintra street and mcdonald's. I like my stay. I also reffer my friends about this hotel.

Location and breakfast were good. The staff were very nice. Although the lifter did not work, the staff helped to take the luggage to the room (on the 4th floor). But the flow of water was small and the water was not hot enough for shower.

房間可以，地段好，在商業中心，交通方便，但因在商業中心，窗外聲音直接傳來，晚上12點後才能正常休息。衞生設施差，洗澡浴盆的地漏堵塞，水下不去，無法正常使用，與商家溝通後，商家也不採取任何措施。

房間裏第一天浴帽、一次性刷牙杯和拖鞋之類都沒有，第二天才有浴帽和一次性杯子，拖鞋一直未提供。房間裏一股打臘味，很難聞。最主要還是浴室下水道堵了，通知酒店疏通，結果早上通知，晚上回來一看，通也未通，更堵了，根本無法洗澡，等於訂了一間沒有洗澡的房間，與酒店交涉，被酒店告知，知道浴室下水道堵了，但既不會換房也不會解決下水道堵的問題，一切都不會解決，無能為力。如此奇葩還是首次，而且交涉不願進行賠償。消費者權益無法保障。

房間一股刺鼻的氣味，衞生洗澡間下水管堵塞，無法正常使用，與商家溝通後，商家也不採取任何措施，體驗感非常差，下次不會入住此酒店。

Posizione centrale Tutto ok

It is not a luxury place but it fit exactly our need to be in Lisbon downtown. The breakfast was fine.

The staff were fantastic. They were very helpful and respectful. The room itself wasn’t great, but given the location and price, it was reasonable.

Very friendly staff, breakfast was nice, room a little small, toilet was especially tiny, but a good night's sleep on a comfy bed

The hotel is very centrally located and looks very smart from the street. Being so close to all the amenities it does unfortunately also mean that some undesirable people wait outside the hotel to offer ***** etc. Although I am satisfied with the quality of the room I had, it did not match the pictures on *******, which some others may not be satisfied with.
