We arrived at 20:00 to the building and had to wait 30 min to get some one to answer us to get a code for the lift to go up to the flat, after we sent the management of the flat a mail with request for 3 beds for our 3 kids we found out that the flat is with 2 beds, when contacting the management they told us thats the set up of the flat and they claim they didnt get any email from us requesting 3 beds (they have answered to that email that 3 beds will be provided...), the support guy who answer the phone after many attempts to reach any one there told us he cant do anything and was not really care to help us, we had to get one of the kid to sleep on the floor. the flat is with sewage smell, dirty and with broken furnitures. we left the flat the next day after we didnt get any answers from the management and was refused to get any refund. STAY AWAY from this flat and property management they are scammers!!!
