Good stay. Nice location. Room was perfect temperature. Shower could’ve been hotter.

Close to center of everything. Room was cold, we should have gone to reception to find out the problem but it was late. I’m sure they would have sorted it. Clean room and bathroom.

Awesome location with easy access. Very near to the city centre and train station. Staff are all friendly, and rooms are clean as well. Will definitely stay here again for my second visit in Liverpool

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ibis Styles Liverpool, and a huge part of that was thanks to Fayne, who went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. We arrived four hours before check-in to drop off our luggage, but Fayne kindly checked us in early—completely free of charge. This thoughtful gesture made such a difference after a long journey. On the day we checked out, she allowed us to store our luggage for longer so we could explore the city until our train time. When we returned to collect it, Fayne even offered us complimentary tea and coffee, which was such a kind and welcoming touch. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and comfortable, but the staff, especially Fayne, truly made our stay memorable. Her warmth and helpfulness set a high standard for hospitality. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool!

The price of the hotel is relatively low because its location is near to some local attractions and it provides the guests with wider choice of food for their breakfast. The manner of the staff there is good too. Some of them are Asians and they can speak both Contonese and Mandarin.

Clean, pleasant, modern hotel in centre of Liverpool a stones throw from the famous Cavern Quarter. Quiet and comfortable with friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and at a very convenient location - only a 10-15min walk from Liverpool Lime Street Train Station or the riverfront. I came with a friend and we both appreciated the free tea and coffee available behind the bar for hotel guests - does add a welcoming sense to us. The room is neat.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, nicely set up rooms and a good continental breakfast spread. Complimentary access to the hot drinks machine is a lovely bonus. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel In a great location for pubs and good night life. Did take a day yo get a broken kettle replaced

the location is good but i didn't like that there was no normal bathroom or shower. it's inconvenient for us. i.e. there was a hole in the floor instead. also the breakfast was also quite simple, not worth the money. but we slept well, it was quiet, dark but also cold; no radiators

The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and tidy. A very unique style of hotel. The staff even prepared items for swifties to prep while going to the concert at the lobby.
