Ulasan London Marriott Hotel Canary Wharf

My mother and I stayed in the Curve Suite, and the experience was exceptional. The service and facilities in the room were incredible—everything was spotlessly clean, and any issues or needs were addressed within minutes. The room itself was spacious with stunning views, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. The Executive Lounge was also outstanding, offering breathtaking views and a fantastic selection of snacks and drinks, which were constantly replenished by the attentive staff. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be that the lounge could be a bit larger to accommodate everyone more comfortably, as there was occasionally a slight wait during peak hours to find a seat. However, this minor detail did not detract from the overall exceptional experience. I would especially highlight the service at the Buffet and the Front Desk; both were highly responsive, attentive, and hospitable. A special thanks to Fanny, the Assistant Front Office Manager, for making our celebration so special and enjoyable with her outstanding support and care.

A bit old and some noise came from the train line....Hotel amenities was not so good.Shower in rhe bath tub is not good ....

Room was spacious and clean, made the experience here better as it was a comfortable place to stay.

This was advertised as the only 5-star hotel in Canary Wharf. Location among all hotels is the best. Hotel itself is 4-star at best by New York standards, and 3-star by Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore standards. Not much attention to details but one could let them go. Manage expectations and all will be fine. If one is a discerning traveler who needs a true 4 to 5-star hotel to stay at, this isn’t the place to be. Otherwise it’s functional.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Marriott. The view from room was amazing breakfast was great. Fantastic choices to choose from.

The bell boy is very helpful and full of hospitality. The staff is very efficient in check in and check out. The variety of breakfast is wide and the taste of food is very good. However, we are disappointed of the housekeeping service, The housekeeper has forgotten to put the facial towels for two days out our three days of residence.

Excellent service throughout and staff very friendly. Fantastic location and superb breakfast with so much to choose from. Great location for getting in and out of central London

Lovely place the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. I will definitely come back again I’m so looking forward to it the room so spacious and the hotel they are so welcoming. Good vibe. 

The hotel was in general very decent and clean. However, some of the facilities could be a little bit old-styled.

location is very close to Canary Wharf and very convenient to go to the terminal 2 & 3 The facilities are good, but it can be regarded as 4 stars, not be 5 stars as they said? breakfast standard is very general, not as good as Marriott Regents Parks Hotel service is average

Located centrally in canary wharf. Great location especially for business travellers. Approximately 5 mins walk away from Elizabeth line. Spacious and clean rooms, would recommend
