Hotel berhampiran St Mary＇s Churchyard, London

If you're looking for somewhere to SLEEP, I do not recommend this hotel! We stayed for 1 night and got no sleep due to an event on in the room above ours. This is a pretty old building so the walls, floors etc are all very thin. The music was SO loud in our room it was vibrating the lights! and could be easily heard word for word....even in the shower!! We complained to reception who told us there were no other rooms available...the lady working spoke with the hotel manager who was off. She informed her the event was on till 1am but the music would be turned down at 12....this did not happen! When they finally turned the music off at 1:30 they then spend another 2 hours dragging furniture around which was also incredibly loud! We finally fell asleep and were then startled awake before 8am by them dragging heavy furniture around again!! We complained again when checking out and member of staff apologised but was not sympathetic to the situation at all. We felt it was as though they cared more about keeping the event guests happy than the hotel residents. The manager was still off but was due in the following day, our information was to be passed to her for her to call us (as we obviously requested a full refund)....we've still heard nothing from her!.... My husband and I never complain and if there's a problem we just suck it up, but this was so shocking and unbelievable it could not be ignored!

We stayed here for one night as we were going to a party nearby. I thought this little hotel was great. Check in is done at the bar in the pub, the gentleman was very friendly and walked us up to our room Room was great. Very clean, basic but had great temperature control, TV, bathroom was nice and clean with an actual large bottle of nice shower gel provided The breakfast/tea and coffee facilities are really good The provide a large amount, rather than just a stingy little serving Just a nice little touch The room was safe, secure and quiet Granted we didn't get back till 2am But then slept like a log. They give you outside and inside key So after hours access was a piece of cake And they do a key drop box if you have to leave in a hurry I mean I genuinely can't really find any real fault No bedside tables, but I used a shoebox from a pair of shoes I had bought! But that's really just a minor thing and didn't really make a big difference Overall I'd definitely recommend

Well, had to lay my head somewhere as all local places were booked, The guy I spoke to was a genuine decent guy, micheal was his name, I had to take a studio flat as it was all they have, all I wanted was tv and shower, so first impressions, yeah it's a studio room, lovely views of green lanes, first thing was wire hanging out of wall, which I was told for cctv, ( alarm bells ) why cctv in a room all cables are normally external. Prob just mis comunication. So first thing I always do is turn the box on, we'll one of them, found out both didn't work, so gave micheal a call and he sorted it straight away, great service. I only had a few issues, 1 it was like the Sahara, but there was 3 fans, so all good, 2 hobs not connected wires just left in cupboard,( luckily I forgot my super noodles). 3 fire alarm is in cupboard with fire blanket and extinguisher, which is a no no but easily sorted, other than that all good ill stay again, oh this room has views of green lanes but no curtains so you wake up when the sun does, but hey so do the birds, value for money? Probably if they get the safety issues fixed and curtains, also wired in hob and displayed fire blanket and extinguisher, but other than that, it's wood green and I'd stay again.

Bilik besar yang indah dengan katil double dan katil single betul-betul bersebelahan dengan burger king , mcdonalds , di seberang jalan dari stesen kereta api King's Cross , dan sangat berpusat ke stesen kereta api tiub dan london euston, Bilik mandi, tuala yang banyak, gel mandian peralatan mandian, syampu, tv, pengering rambut, penerimaan tetamu dikendalikan 24 jam, dan hotel ini bersih tetapi tingkapnya tidak terkunci sehingga boleh menjadi agak bising kerana boleh mendengar bunyi di luar, minta bilik tak menghadap jalan besar, check out pukul 11am Mereka mempunyai simpanan bagasi untuk meninggalkan bagasi anda jika tiba awal atau merancang untuk memanfaatkan sepenuhnya hari semasa berlepas secara percuma , Penerimaan tetamu mempunyai notis yang mengatakan mereka boleh mengatur perkhidmatan teksi untuk anda atau menaiki atau turun tiket bas , Daftar lewat adalah sehingga 2 petang dan daftar masuk awal ialah 11 pagi tidak menggunakan sangat mahal £30 untuk daftar keluar awal atau lewat , Katil selesa, bilik hangat, kunci kad kunci, Tiada bar di hotel atau makan malam disediakan tetapi banyak bar dan restoran di kawasan itu Banyak tawaran di restoran tempatan untuk makan tengah hari atau makan malam , saya dapati bilik dengan harga yang sangat berpatutan £49 rasa saya telah bayar , ditambah mendapat mata untuk menempah bilik dan mata untuk menulis ulasan ,

I travel every week on business and have stayed in many many different hotels, both independent and chain Most Holiday Inns are better than they used to be a few years ago in my opinion. But definitely worth noting the staff at this one are particularly helpful. One in particular - Idris. Is the most helpful and friendly person I’ve met in a long time. Nothing is too much trouble and he goes beyond the call of duty to make your stay enjoyable

This is my second time booking The Royal National Hotel. Located a stone’s throw from Russell Square. The room turned out to be smaller than previous booking, though I had booked the Twin Plus room which costs more.

We always stay at the Lion & Key when we visit London and have been fortunate enough to stay here again in October, December, and also January for my husbands 80th birthday. This really is the ”Savoy” of the small hotels in London and we always know without fail, we will have the most perfect stay. All the staff genuinely care about their guests having the best experience and you cannot fault the care and attention to detail that this hotel takes to ensure an excellent customer experience. They have a great team of which we would like to thank Giorgio, Kanti and Stephania for making all our visits a home away from home. The rooms and also public areas in the hotel are kept pristinely clean and are bright and cheerful. I love the attention to detail this hotel has even with the smallest thing. i.e. the shower cap in the bathroom also has a small hairband in the box ,which is excellent if you have long hair and can’t find your own! The beds are also extremely comfortable and we both always have an excellent night sleep. We love the open kitchen where you can see all the food being freshly prepared and cooked to order. They are very generous with their breakfast time which doesn’t end until 12 o’clock lunchtime. The choice and range that they offer in their restaurant, regardless of breakfast or main meals throughout the day would accommodate even the most fussiest eaters, which I am, but even I am extremely spoilt for choice as the breakfast menu is so comprehensive. The quality of the ingredients used in the restaurant is first class and so is the time and care in presentation which also reflects the pride that they take. We can honestly say that the breakfast’s we have at the L&K are the most tastiest, freshest, consistently perfect breakfast’s we have ever had and far exceed the quality that we have experienced over the years in 4 & 5 star hotels. To be honest, we often wonder how they continuously provide such care and attention to detail for the customer, even more so since Covid as many many hotels and restaurants seem to still use this as an excuse for a less than perfect service or menu range. We must’ve had over 100 of breakfasts since we have been coming here in 2018 and the eggs are always perfectly cooked with a lovely orange yolk, regardless of whether it’s a normal full English breakfast, or my husbands favorite the Egg Royale. We very rarely eat sausages or bacon at home, but the quality and taste of the ones here are amazing, so we always, always enjoy our breakfast which set us up for exploring all day. The transport links to this hotel are excellent as well. There are four buses that go past the hotel to Leyton underground, one of which is running 24 hours and they seem to come by every few minutes. Stratford is only four stops from Leyton so excellent connections for overground, DLR, O2 etc. Liverpool Street is the next stop along for even more connections so the location we find is a great asset to wherever we

The room was basic but adequate. I don’t think there are renovations being done at the moment (June 2024) but we were on the top floor and in an old style room. I was generally clean but dirty marks on the pillows. The bathroom however, was really smelly and not pleasant to use. Top floor not for those with vertigo!! That said it was a great location and staff were lovely. I expect the renovated rooms will be lovely (and more pricey). Value for money in the room we had was good.

Penginapan yang menyenangkan. Menggunakan semakan dalam talian yang membantu tetapi kemudian menerima bilik yang dinaik taraf untuk mengumpul kad kunci saya yang merupakan sentuhan yang bagus. Kawasan bar terasa seperti sebuah kafe dan malangnya teres bumbung ditutup awal sedikit pada jam 9 malam. Secara keseluruhan bagaimanapun menikmati penginapan.
