Hotel butik yang indah, sesuai untuk hujung minggu atau beberapa hari. Menggunakan jenis bilik ”suite bandar” kecil dan ia sangat selesa, dilengkapi dengan baik, dengan peti sejuk domestik, ketuhar mini, dapur memasak dan pancuran mandian yang sangat baik. Dihiasi/disiapkan dengan sangat baik, dengan pancuran mandian yang sangat baik. Kakitangan adalah menyenangkan, ramah, menampung.

I am not sure why the Cove has such a high rating, but for me staying there was regretful. I stayed for 15 nights and one of the primary reasons I chose this place was because of the amenities (washer/dryer) since I was traveling for just over three weeks and wanted to be able to address my laundry upon arrival from Amsterdam. I booked the large studio, which was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space and nicely planned. It was actually perfect in presentation. Issues arose quickly, as the washer/dryer actually would wash clothes, but the dryer component only added two hours onto the cycle and proceeded to drench the clothes with water, leaving them sopping wet. I thought I had done something wrong, so I tried again the next day, but it just repeated. When I contacted the front desk for help, I was told that maintenance was not working that day and that I should utilize the washer and dryers in the basement. After making the trek down there to do so, one of the dryers was broken and subsequently the dryer I used to dry my jeans was also broken after waiting an hour to see if my clothes were dried. That left only one dryer left and that was in use. Needless to say my day was shot dealing with all of this. The second issue was the bed, which was concaved and it was very difficult to be able to sleep. The only way to communicate with the front desk is by either going downstairs to them directly or through the Whatsapp, which is what I did. This was another complication on my day as I spent all day trying to get resolution; which ended up being housekeeping coming by around 4 in the afternoon to change all the bedding; which did help somewhat. They further told me that they would have the maintenance people come to fix the washer/dryer the next day. Despite indications that they did arrive the next day to fix the issue (because a rag was left behind), I was busy with my vacation and waited three more days until I tried to deal with the laundry issue again, only to find out that the problem was never fixed. They never communicated to me that something was done and I just assumed that it had been solved. Thus, here I was again one week into my stay and complained again stating that I was paying for amenities that I specifically wanted and that I was not happy. So they offered to move me to a full one bedroom unit the next day and assured me that they would make sure everything was operational. While the one bedroom was larger I do not feel that it was a better accommodation compared to the room I booked, except for the fact that the washer/dryer actually worked (Hooray!!!). There are some very positive things about this accommodation and that includes the heated bathroom floors, heated towel rack, excellent heating and air conditioning, the size of the room and the location being easily accessible to three underground stations and multiple bus lines. As far as the upkeep of the rooms, I feel that the large studio was slight

Very nice Hotel in a good location with good tube access for popular sightseeing attractions. . The hotel was very clean and tidy and the rooms were very nice and spacious too. Breakfast was very good with a good variety to choose from. Would definitely stay here again

Really enjoyed the stay here, will stay again. Good concierge service, seamless check in and check out. Very clean and good size room. Guests who are light sleepers might want to invest in easy plus as the tube runs right underneath.

Hilton has been a preferred choice of hotel, but it's my first time checking into Doubletree Hilton, and the expectation mustn't be high. I requested a high floor room with a good heater, but I was given a level 3 instead, and the heater control is rather old school. I wasn't given the toiletries when I stepped into the room and when I asked for it, housekeeping just provided me some items but they are unable to give me the toothbrush kit cause I'm staying in a deluxe room which is the lowest tier. Then the towel and the linen has some stench smell like it hasn't been washed properly. Lucky I was there for 2 nights only. The hotel is located close to 2 metro stations, and tower Bridge is within walking distance. Not cheap for the stay but I'm still pleased with the counter stuff being nice. Still give it a 3.5 to 4 for location and service.

Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderfully attentive staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute (arrived less than an hour after booking because our previous hotel was not what we would expect it to be,) and we were immediately relieved upon entering the Westin. It smells like a spa, the staff welcomed our tired family with juice, and after checking in, Krishna (the front desk manager at the time) provided our children with teddy bears and passport books for them to collect stamps from staff throughout the hotel. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming arrival. The next morning we were attended to by Neal in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, and he was very kind and considerate as well. The location of the hotel is by St. Paul’s Cathedral and plenty of pubs and eateries. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel.

Ia sangat bersih dan bersih. Ia mempunyai tingkap. Kelebihannya ialah ia murah. Lain-lain dengan harga yang sama adalah sama ada ruang bawah tanah atau homestay. Pada asasnya, kebersihan tidak dapat dibandingkan dengan yang ini. Kelemahannya ialah tiada meja dan kerusi, dan tiada yang tinggal. Di samping itu, kerana ia murah, TV perlu dibayar secara berasingan (tentunya, tiada siapa yang mahu menontonnya), dan kopi panas juga dicaj secara berasingan. Di samping itu, terdapat stesen bas di tingkat bawah, tetapi stesen kereta api bawah tanah berada lebih daripada 500 meter jauhnya. Tetapi memandangkan ia jauh lebih murah, ia masih menjimatkan kos berbanding homestay yang setara.

位置非常方便，我在倫敦曾經工作過6年，對城市的地理位置很熟悉，這個位置你去哪裡都算方便 酒店的服務人員熱情，對華人至少我沒有感到任何不舒適或者區別對待的情況。 價格説不上多便宜，但是性價比還是出色的，建議出遊的時候考慮。

So happy when we arrived. Everywhere was clean and quiet. The staff are lovely and made sure that we knew everything we needed to know. The spa facilities are great. You can use the steam room, sauna, pool and the jacuzzi which I loved so much, also use rhe gym and pay for spa treatments which is reasonable priced. The shower in the room wow was lovely and hot wnd powerful. I spent so long in there i didnt wanna get out lol. This was a well deserved time for us both. We will defo be coming back in the future. Easy to find as well. There is also a parking g place round the corner which was not far at all a 1 min walk back to the hotel. Weatherspoons was next door also. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. Good location near Russell Square station, walking distance to Tottenham Court Road, Euston (15min). Room is basic and comfortable. Doors slam very loudly and cause disturbance at night. There was a function one night that lasted till almost midnight and the noise/music reverberations travelled a couple of floors up.
