Lovely basic hotel with excellent transport links. We had a lovely hot breakfast every day during our long summer stay. Staff were clean and polite. The fitness room is clean and quiet. Sheets were properly installed with every housekeeping visit. This is a lovely place to stay when visiting London.

I been to this hotel many times, its always gives best to stay after a long travel for sure, best clean and neat room, this time receptionist her name is Anisha she treated us really well much appreciated 👍,,, all is fine, the only thing I felt missing is tissues, I couldn't find any tissue box available in the room, but nice place.

I lodged for 3 nights and it’s a nice place to stay. I was suprised that they don’t serve the hot portion of the English breakfast so I had to do with toast, ham, cheese and turkey. Good location. Hotel is located just beside Tesco and the bus stop to Barking Train station. Room cleaning service was great too. The heater in my room could do better. Sometimes I didn’t feel any warmth. Overall, highly recommend for a budget trip.

Everthing in the rooms and toilets, except for towels and bed linen was dirty and full of dust. The staff in reception in day shift was so unprofessional and rude. The soap dispenser in my bathroom was broken.Every single day, I asked them to repair or replace it and instead I get some liquid soap in paper cup for all my stay( 5 days). They did not renew any toilet papers or towels. When I asked them to renew it in one morning on my way to work, they said you should take it yourself to the room. I said, but i am leaving for work now! And the answer was, ”ok Ma'am, whenever you are ready!”. The last they after check out, i wanted to use the lobby WC, which was really dirty and again out of paper! I informed the reception to refill the toilet paper frame, and she brings out a roll of paper and says you should do it! I surprisingly asked: me? And the answer was, ”yes, if you want to use it!”. The breakfast area, the tables, the dishes,all dusty and dirty. All in all the worst ”Hotel” i have bin for this price! Dont waste your money there!

Really nice hotel. It has a trendy hostel vibe, lovely downstairs bar and social space. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfy. Considering you are next to London City Airport, I barely heard any noise in the room and slept soundly. 30 mins to central London on the DLR and tube so a good option even if you plan to do tourist attractions in the city centre. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were nice and the breakfast plentiful!

We had a great stay here over the early May bank holiday weekend. It was very close to the DLR which made travel into central London easy for us. Our rooms were lovely with an additional layer of glazing on the windows which pretty much blocked out all the traffic noise and the planes from the nearby airport. I slept very well for the 3 nights we stayed. The shower was lovely, waterfall and regular shower head options. Staff were all very polite and helpful and I cannot speak highly enough of them. We had breakfast every morning, which was lovely with a good choice. We had an evening meal on our last night there which was great value for money. My only criticisms would be that the construction work on the hotel meant we found it hard to find the hotel entrance initially and it didn't look great from the outside/approach. The dinner menu starting at 6pm meant that we couldn't eat in the hotel as we wanted to before our West End show as it would have made us late to the shows on the first 2 nights of our stay. But construction can't be helped really if it needs to be done. We used the pub across the road for our 2 evening meals on the evenings we had shows as they had an all day menu so that was easily solved. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. The positives outweighed my small criticisms. Great staff and great value.
