Truly an experience. My wife and I brought my mom to London for her 80th birthday, as afternoon tea at The Ritz was still on her bucket list. She had no idea I booked our stay there as well, and the Rolls Royce pickup from the airport. The hotel itself is what you expect, the Luis XVI style common areas and rooms are beautiful, but what really makes the place memorable, are the people. From our first contact with Johan, and our check in with Giacomo, Gavin, Roberto everyone was fantastic throughout our stay. The amount of time that the folks at reception are willing to spend just chatting and sharing stories with you is something you just don't find elsewhere. Many thoughtful interactions with my mom as the whole place seemed to know her big birthday was coming up. It was the experience of a lifetime. Thank you everyone at the Ritz for making it happen.

The St. James is an absolutely lovely boutique hotel tucked into a quiet lane in the center of London. It is close to many of the major sightseeing destinations, wonderful restaurants and shopping, with top notch service. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the bedding can't be beat. The on site restaurant offers a delicious buffet breakfast each morning, or you can order off the menu. Charming bar as well. All the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Truly a special place - thank you for a wonderful stay!

A gem in the narrows of St. James The staff make you feel like family, not a room number. the service is most impeccable across the entire staff High Tea is outstanding and a much better value than the more heralded venues, with wonderful food and service in a charming atmosphere. I will highly recommend for all who value a smaller and intimate venue. The longstanding reputation of Dukes is well earned

The hotel is located in a great location, minutes walk from different Tube stations and close to the National Gallery. You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

As a seasoned Diamond Elite traveller with IHG, I thought the rooms were dated and could do with an little upgrade. Simple things like USB plugs, which are pretty standard in most IHG hotels etc. Our initial room was on the 5th floor and we were not advised the A/C was not working. A short phone call with Swathy and she sorted us out with an alternative room….Great service. Just a note to add - you can here the tube line if you’re on the lower floors, so bear that in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

Service was nice. Hotels AC didn’t cool enough. Was fixed at 73 degrees …. My friends room the same. Location was fantastic. I had to leave a day early - wouldn’t get a refund (from trip.con or hotel) even with proof of earlier booked flight. So that was disappointing.

Excellent location where underground station nearby and restaurants are available everywhere. The room is clean and generally the staff are nice and helpful. The only thing disappointed me was that my son had asked for the checkout time at the night before and the lady told him it could be made to 1:00pm. However, I just received a call from the hotel at 11:50pm that I should checkout at 12:00. I was just on my way back to hotel and I had to rush back for the checkout with an elderly.

My wife and I have stayed at Flemings Mayfair several times. We had a Deluxe King room, a junior suite, one bedroom suite and - once - the two bedroom penthouse suite. Every single time, our stay was beyond pleasant. Cordial service, well appointed rooms, small details like the gin and tonic honor bar in the rooms, in addition to the great location, make this hotel our go to place whenever in London. We can unreservedly recommend it. Psst - try to get one of the ”700” rooms, they are definitely a step above.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at The Mayfair Townhouse! The piece that set it apart was The Dandy Bar. D-Money and Cup of T we re beyond gracious and made sure I had good company while sitting solo. Thomas (Casanova) made one of the best Mezcal drinks (the KDizzy) I’ve ever had! The 2nd night I had the pleasure of also meeting Duane the Pain, Vamshi, Sam, & Pierre. Another evening full of great drinks and impeccable company! Service was perfect both nights! You have one top notch group working for you over at The Mayfair Townhouse! My only regret is that I only stayed 2 nights

We had a wonderful weekend away with our 2 daughters aged 4 and 3 months. The room was beautiful, we had a Grand Junior Suite on the 2nd floor with a view of the Christmas Lights on Regent Street, with barely any noise from the street below. It was very spacious, had a very comfortable firm bed, was full of tech such as a switch for opening the curtains and had an incredible bathroom. The hotel has a number of very baby and child friendly features, from cots, changing mats and baby baths to little robes and slippers. My daughter was also presented with toys on arrival while my husband sipped champagne. The best part of this hotel, was the service. Everybody was so kind, friendly and professional with our family and couldn’t be more helpful. A special mention to Torres who helped our family numerous times on the door and looked out for us even when he was not. He was so kind to our 4 year old and made us feel so at home and comfortable travelling with our two children. We have stayed at a number of 5 star hotels across the world and the service at Cafe Royal rivals it’s competitors, however Torres’ attentive and friendly manner pushes Cafe Royal to the top. We made use of in room dining many times which we cannot so speak highly enough off. The food was absolutely delicious, arrived quickly and was incredibly well presented. Our daughter has a dairy allergy which can often be a struggle when dining out and make the ordering process take longer, however we experienced such ease ordering here, nothing was too much to trouble; the people we ordered with were very knowledgeable, on a very clear phone line and they tailored the menu for our daughter - she felt so special when the food arrived. A huge thank you to all the staff from housekeeping to in room dining and the friendly faces on the front desk which who helped us have a brilliant stay and allowed us moments of calm on a whirlwind trip to the city with 2 children. We are already planning a return trip, without the children this time to experience the rest that the hotel has to offer!
