A lovely hotel with excellent staff in a fantastic location. The concierge was brilliant, very attentive. He kept an eye out for the guests at all time, almost like he had catered to your needs before you even knew what you wanted! The breakfast was really nice. I was tempted by the Indian breakfast but had to try to full English after reading reviews mentioning how nice it was, it did not disappoint. I would definitely have the Indian breakfast if I had the opportunity to stay again. The room was well maintained, every little detail was thought of. The location is great, just round the corner from tower bridge and an easy walk to London Bridge station. We would definitely stay again.

I am very satisfied with this accommodation. It has spacious windows with scenic views and excellent lighting. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there's a washer-dryer available. The room is modern and clean. The Tower of London and ferry terminal are right next door, and there's a bus stop nearby for visiting places like museums and other distant locations. Extremely pleased!

房間雖然衹有40平方左右，但是布局合理。因為是帶兩個小朋友出行，選擇雙床房，另外和酒店溝通需要加床，這樣三個人的睡眠質量都會很高，不太打擾彼此。 酒店提前兩天郵件給我落實到達酒店時間和人數，保證到達酒店的時候能夠簡單快速辦理了入住。 很滿意地理位置和服務，酒店大堂的早餐連續吃了六天也非常滿意。健身房也相對歐洲酒店器械比較全。 總之，很滿意的旅程。

We stayed at Shangri-la for two nights.I can’t praise enough the staff and the hotel itself. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an amazing city-view room. Our room was facing St Paul’s Cathedral and other famous landmarks. The views were absolutely breathtaking. I decided to use the pool and sauna. It was brilliant! Again stunning views as the pool is located on the 52nd floor. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of cold and hot food, fruits and pastries. The facilities at the hotel are great but what makes everything perfect is the people and staff. A big thank you to duty manager Tylor and the reception staff, especially Jasmine and Andzelika, the pool attendant. You made our stay memorable.❤️

Gute Lage im Zentrum Londons. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Frühstück war perfekt. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas älter. Auch die Schränke sind nicht mehr die neuesten. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel eher grenzwertig. Bett und Mini-Bar ganz ok. Das Bad war schön gross aber auch veraltet. Room-Service wardafür sehr gut. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel ist es eine 7/10.

Another comfy stay in the City with our dog who was treated like a fur princess! The butler delivered to our room bottled water bowls cute wicker bed and treats The Ned is quirky stylish and fun.The Turkish baths and spa are a great retreat away from City life . Drinks on the roof top bar set us up for Dining in the exclusive club style vault restaurant We have dined in the hotels Italian restaurant on previous stays which was first rate too

I would like to say what a wonderful time we had at this beautiful hotel over the weekend. We were only 1 night and wished we had booked more. I would especially like to thank Zaema for her happy, friendly, helpful manner. She is a credit to you and your team. Nothing was too much trouble helping with tube instructions and timings and the hand written note left in our room was an especially lovely touch.

The apartment I stayed in was pristine. The modern take to the style of the apartment is most definitely attractive to those who are looking for a city living experience. The location was just outside central London ( 15 min via tube to the city) with a tube station 10 minutes away from the apartment. The service was great as staff where friendly and helpful. The surround in area to the location was thriving with restaurants and bars with corner shops; continently placed near by. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a modern apartment at affordable rates. Perfect for couples and solo trips.

Service was nice. Hotels AC didn’t cool enough. Was fixed at 73 degrees …. My friends room the same. Location was fantastic. I had to leave a day early - wouldn’t get a refund (from trip.con or hotel) even with proof of earlier booked flight. So that was disappointing.

Staff at the hotel front desk are extremely helpful! The hotel is well designed in modern style, like it every bit in the details.Location is convenient with good shopping malls and restaurant nearby, subway Liverpool station is 10-min walk from the hotel. We stayed 5 nights in a junior suite and it was a v good experience. The room was a good size as was the bathroom, the usual comfy Marriott beds meant a good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast had a wide range on offer, the bar was quirky as it was originally part of the Magistrates Court. The location (v close to the south side of Tower Bridge ) was great for either walking or getting tubes from London Bridge or Tower Hill or the river bus. The staff were friendly and professional.

Only a quick one night for a change of scenery. Nothing to complain about, Quick efficient check in and out. Great location on the south bank near London Bridge Station. Shower felt a little cheap and all Toiletries fixed to the walls made it feel a bit Premier Inn but I'm picking hairs on that.

One of the funkiest and coool places that I have stayed in any city anywhere. I loved the adjustable lighting and shades. I was quite disappointed that I asked for a room with a view and was told with excitement when I got the key that it was one of the best views from my room. In fact, the room faced into the courtyard; there was no view unless someone else opened their shades!

The service was great, very friendly. One thing of note, these were perhaps the best towels I have ever had at a hotel. 6' long, and thick as a blanket. It was like being wrapped in a cloud. Not even at 5* hotels have I experiences such towel quality! One negative point, there was not a toilet brush in the room. Will gladly stay here again.

Hotel location is excellent near to Underground to enjoy the subway . We check in 3 rooms but both my business partners was shocked . 1 room upon checking in there is someone sleeping inside the bed and another room upon checking in is not clean with the bed and towels still lying around . Understand it is the front desk mistake not sure why but they immediately change to 1 clean room and another 1 with a bigger room . Also they have given us free mini bar for the 3 nights so all is good . But still it was quite scary for them to check in in that situation . Overall it’s a clean and safe hotel with good housekeeping service too
