I booked this hotel for my husbands 70th birthday and we were not disappointed. From the moment we stepped inside there was a sense of calm and relaxation. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a deluxe room on the 3rd floor which was very light and airy. The breakfast was exceptional as were all the amenities in the hotel. A plate of small cakes were left in our room, which was a lovely surprise. Check out time was 12 noon which was appreciated as was the early check in time. We had a mini bar in our room and the soft drinks were complimentary. Next time we hope to stay longer. Very central near Marble Arch and Oxford st for shopping but in a quiet area.

لقد قمت في السكن في فندق مونت كالم ماربل ارش وقد استمتعت كثيرا وكانت الموظفه JADE جدا ودودة ومتعاونة Of rooms i can say they have a nice feature shataff in rooms is nice. Location is excelent next to oxford circus Club lounge on 6th floor is amazing with canapes and drinks I would recommend this hotel for sure in my future stays

The Churchill continues to be my first choice in London, since 2008. They have an incredibly trained staff, which are always looking to attend to what we need. It is a place you can always trust on every single issue you may have. I must say Mr Cesary, one of the concierges, is a fantastic person, a true concierge that gives you all the tips, takes care of all the details in every single request. There is TV (pairing devices) issue; which couldn’t make it work with my iPhone. I let them know, they are aware, they tried their best, but it seems like they must have to replace its system, to manage this issue; every other hotel I stayed, I could pair my device easily so it is just something the hotel should adjust. They don’t loose at all their brilliant service because of it, as a frequent guest of them, I wish this could be heard as an advice. And I’ll continue staying with them.

As a seasoned Diamond Elite traveller with IHG, I thought the rooms were dated and could do with an little upgrade. Simple things like USB plugs, which are pretty standard in most IHG hotels etc. Our initial room was on the 5th floor and we were not advised the A/C was not working. A short phone call with Swathy and she sorted us out with an alternative room….Great service. Just a note to add - you can here the tube line if you’re on the lower floors, so bear that in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

Generaly my stay was good except that the WC flush did not work properly and I reported this but it was not repaired. Also I slipped in the bath on the last morning whilst having a shower and fell heavily. There was no bath slip mat and I am still feeling discomfort.

Truly an experience. My wife and I brought my mom to London for her 80th birthday, as afternoon tea at The Ritz was still on her bucket list. She had no idea I booked our stay there as well, and the Rolls Royce pickup from the airport. The hotel itself is what you expect, the Luis XVI style common areas and rooms are beautiful, but what really makes the place memorable, are the people. From our first contact with Johan, and our check in with Giacomo, Gavin, Roberto everyone was fantastic throughout our stay. The amount of time that the folks at reception are willing to spend just chatting and sharing stories with you is something you just don't find elsewhere. Many thoughtful interactions with my mom as the whole place seemed to know her big birthday was coming up. It was the experience of a lifetime. Thank you everyone at the Ritz for making it happen.

Never experienced this kind of service in past and words are less to express them . The hospitality that is served by this hotel cannot be compared with any other hotel . Very caring receptionist I really felt better then my home. The charm and elegance of this hotel will definitely make you visit this place again . Again the location matters the most and this place is located at marble arch That is the perfect place to stay for vacation as it saves the traveling time and easy to commute .We will be back soon Sumner.

Had great stay!!!. Although at the beginning we were offered a room in basement and the worst part was I've issues with my leg and climbing up and down would have been a nightmare. However, thank you so much to the gentlemen Karim . He not only understood the problem but instantly he offered us a specious room on ground floor. A part from that breakfast was top-notch. The only disadvantage is they don't have any elevator in the building but with great service you're forced to give them a 5*.

訂的1.5的雙床房，和小孩一起3個人住，房間乾淨整潔，也算寬敞。酒店離地鐵稍微遠一些，走路8分鐘，酒店附近是富人土耳其人區的感覺，治安挺好，在市中心，離海德公園也8分鐘路程，去景點遊玩地鐵也很方便。附近吃飯，主要是一些酒店裡的高級餐廳，還有路邊一些餐廳，還不錯。酒店房價偏貴，但符合四星級的標準。

I can appreciate that the front of house are quite professional, so probably wouldn’t have reacted badly if I did voice my complaints but I didn’t want to be a hindrance so hopefully this written mode will do. I came in for breakfast and ordered poached eggs with avocado on *sourdough* toast. the emphasis is relevant due to the fact that i got rye instead with the crust very nearly inedible burnt. Luckily there was a generous helping of avocado to mask the taste - though it was unfortunate how much I kept clattering my cutlery because it required such brute force to cut through the toast. The dessert, through no fault of the kitchen or front of house, was not quite to my liking. I wish it was described that the cheesecake filling contained some sort of citrus as that is a flavour in desserts I quite detest. The biscuit was quite flavourful though so I just scraped off the cream cheese and ate that with the strawberry topping. My only regret is not getting the name of the lovely waitress who served me towards the end of my hour working there. It would have been sometime nearing 12:30pm that she was working — tall and gorgeous and European! Wonderful service, sweetest personality.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here to have a cheap get away to London . The location was good it had a tube within 3 minute walk Friendly staff allowed us to check in ealier than we were meant to by 4 hours !helped us spend more of the day outside We also checkout late didn’t charge us anything allows us to keep our bags with them while we went out . For how much it was for the price £70 for night in London was a good price , people moaning about this hotel need to realise if you want a really nice hotel will set you back a few hundred a night . Overall pleasant stay
