Our stay at Yundu Panjing Mountain House was absolutely incredible 🤍 The place is stunning, with breathtaking views over the rice terraces, truly a magical setting where you feel peaceful from the moment you arrive. The hospitality was exceptional. The team took such great care of us throughout our stay. They even helped us buy local rice directly from villagers and surprised us with lovely farewell gifts. Their kindness and attention to detail really made the experience special 🥹 The room was very comfortable, clean, and perfectly matched the atmosphere of the village. Waking up here surrounded by nature and incredible mountain views is unforgettable. And of course, a special shoutout to Bobo, the hotel’s mascot 🐶 the sweetest and friendliest dog, who made our stay even warmer and more enjoyable! Huge thanks to the whole team, this is a place and a memory we will cherish forever. If you’re coming to Longji, you must stay here ❤️

The hotel arranged transportation for us from Guilin to the accommodation. The car ride was comfortable. There is a small distance up slope from where we alight, but they would help to carry our luggage.  The staff is approachable and friendly. Food is nice, especially the complimentary fermented rice wine. Overall, we enjoy our stay there! Highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is second to none. We enjoy a 270 degree view of the beautiful scenery from our room. Hotel front counter staff are extremely helpful. 小潘 particularly gave us helpful advice on many aspects including how to navigate to some of the scenery view points. She also helped us to arrange return trip land transport between Guilin and the hotel. Additionally, her cute puppy 波波 has added to our delightful experience staying here. The gift given by the hotel when we check out and the free coffee provided during our stay are much appreciated. An improvement needed is about the bathtub drainage stopper which was malfunctioning.

Lovely beautiful rooms with an amazing view of the rice terraces. Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They helped us book bus tickets back Guilin. There is a short walk from the drop off point for any car to the mountain house but they provide porters to help move luggage while meander down the scenic path over the rice terraces to the mountain house.

I really don't like trouble) but this time I must write a few points. Whether it is the hardware environment, service or catering, it must be five-star praise! Two details: 1: When I was reading on the rattan chair by the window on the first floor, the housekeeper turned on the light with me! In other words, it is completely okay not to turn on the light in broad daylight, but their detailed service really gives people a good impression. 2. Whenever I stay in the public area on the first floor, they will always make a pot of tea for me. The point is that once my daughter and I were reading, they prepared two cups and a pot of tea. Later, when my husband came downstairs, the housekeeper quickly brought another cup. The point is that the hand holding the cup was wearing disposable gloves. This detail is really full plus [strong]. High-end homestays and high-end restaurants have a lot in common. Management is not a big deal, and the service is all in the details. In fact, when I was looking at Ctrip at home, I spent almost half a day choosing a hotel because I was really afraid of poor hotel conditions. I compared "Yundu" and "Tian XX City" for a long time. After reading the comments, I found that in the eyes of half of my colleagues, "Tian XX City" definitely has an agent operation team service on the online platform. The service is professional and well-trained. "Yundu" wins the praise of customers by strength, products and services. I found that they are very Buddhist in their comments on others. However, it is still not easy to book a room. My daughter is 12 years old. A family of three wants two rooms, but they really don't have any. They only have one room for me and recommend me to book it next to their house (laughing 🤣). Later, I insisted not to go, so they added a small bed for my daughter for free. It seems that B&Bs with excellent products and services are not afraid of Buddhism. By the way, their dog "Bobo" is also a very friendly dog. In two days, my daughter and him became super friends. The store owner is very careful. Usually, they lock it up for fear that some guests will be scared. For guests who like dogs, they let it out for us to play. The most important thing to emphasize is that his house is a proper viewing platform! ! ! Next to the Jinkeng No. 1 viewing platform, sitting in his house or lying in his house, you can see the beautiful scenery of the Jinkeng terraces at a glance, completely unobstructed! I have carefully compared them and found that this is the best high-end homestay in the best location in Jinkeng Terraces! No other! No other! No other! (Important things should be said three times) Thank you for the detailed service of the store. In the past two days, the whole service intensity is just right. It does not give people the feeling of flattery or excessive service that is like asking for good reviews. However, the professional and detailed service that gives people warmth and touch is not lacking at all. It is really very comfortable. I must recommend it to my friends!

It's so beautiful! I spent more than 900 yuan to stay in a room with a 270-degree view. It's worth it! The room is worth it, but the view is priceless. I woke up at 5 o'clock in the morning and couldn't bear to sleep. I just wanted to see the view. The hotel's food is also delicious and large. It's so comfortable to eat and enjoy the view on the terrace.

The bedding is very comfortable and clean, but the bathroom has a slight odor. It would be perfect if some odor remover could be put in. The overall environment of the hotel is very good, and the staff is also very warm and considerate. The dishes are also quite tasty. I will choose this hotel for vacation in the future.
