Hôtel plutôt bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied du tramway. Très calme et bien protégé du bruit de la rocade avec le mur anti-bruit. Chambre, drap, salle de bain très propres et rénovées, climatisées et avec un accès WiFi illimité fiable. Personnel très accueillant et attentionné. Bref, un hôtel très confortable et très agréable qui mériterait bien une troisième étoile ! À recommander pour les moyens et longs séjours !

Appalling don’t book this place .We couldn’t believe that this place was offering accommodation to the public .It looked as though it needed to be demolished the exterior the interior all in need of major repairs .The room offered was not clean the bathroom sink had long black hairs in which we have photographed .We did not stay it took us nearly 2 hours to find alternative accommodation at a cost of € 262 for 2 nights we had driven 3and a half hours to visit an exhibition and visit Bordeaux.Apparently there was a shortage of accommodation in the city as some big conference was taking place almost 2 hours of searching we eventually found some where 25 miles from where we wanted to be .As a retired pensioners in our late seventies this was an exhausting and stressful experience not to say the unexpected costs incurred. hopefully the LOUVRE hotel group will have the courtesy to offer us some compensation for the very distressing experience .

Habituée à venir dans cet hôtel à chaque passage sur Bordeaux, j'ai été malheureusement déçue de voir que dans ma chambre, la climatisation ne marchait pas ainsi que le téléviseur.

Un hôtel bien placé, avec un parking gratuit, une propreté irreprochable et un accueil tres chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est top ! Et ils ont fait des pieds et des mains pour m'arranger quand j'ai eu un petit soucis personnel...c'est rare...Je recommande !!
