The Ritz-Carlton Los Angles is one of our most favorite hotels but on our recent trip it was a whole new level for two reasons 1) super sweet upgrade (thanks Bonvoy Ambassador team)and 2) club level access. The Room The Executive Suite is a stunning room. The hotel offers several configurations. Some have a half bath, some offer a connecting room and some are accessible. Regardless of configurations all offer a spacious living/dining room, spectate bedroom, stunning bathroom and killer views. The executive suite is great for couples looking for a bit of extra space (more than a thousand square feet) to spread out, families or those travel on business and need space for work. Club Lounge If you’ve never had the opportunity to experience the Ritz-Carlton Club Level it is an experience to be had. Unfortunately Ritz-Carlton does not offer elite access to the club level so you’ll have to pay for it - Burd it’s worth it. The offerings vary by hotel but this club offers a full hot breakfast, lite lunch mid day, snacks, evening appetizers and desserts, beer and wine all day and evening cocktail service. This is all included in the room rate along with an incredible concierge team. The Hotel The hotel is tranquil, private and offers discrete luxury. Even though the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton share a building the experiences can not be anything farther from each other. From the private lobby, to beautiful rooms, to the well equipped fitness center to the tranquil rooftop pool The Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles does not disappoint.

It was a Great Hotel, the location is great, very well connected to subway, lots of restaurant and fast-food around. The rooms and the facility is great, especially the 7th floor pool deck the staff there are very friendly, room is very comfortable and spacious, clean, have all amenities I needed, including the slippers which I used for the pool side. Some of the receptionist are very friendly, courteous especially the girl who extended my checkout time and the gentlemen Manny they made me feel home, also the concierge gentleman, I am from Asia and you definitely need people like them to make you comfortable. on the other had there were some receptionist who don't even want to smile, a smile cost nothing, it is because of these couple of them that the hotel might not get the guest back. Over all I will for sure come back again and there is no need for me to stay in other places, i use to stay in sheraton grand, but now I recommend this hotel and also myself will stay here again for sure. Had a really good stay here. The staff were very friendly and accomodating, they were able to let us check in a little earlier than usual which was great as we had just got off a 14 hour flight and very jetlagged/tired. Rooms looked recently renovated, very clean and tidy. Aircon was nice to have on. Overall not much to complain about. There was a smell (cleaning/perfume/flowers?) which is mentioned in other reviews, however we didn't find this unpleasant at all and got used to it. Having the Airconditioner on seemed to reduce the intensity. Only downside is that it's a bit of a distance from tourist areas (15-20mins by Uber) so if you don't mind, this is a great place to stay.

Imagine being turned away from renting a room when your RV just burned to the ground. With your wife and four-year-old, who had been up all night and just escaped a harrowing experience with their lives. With three small dogs in tow, after being told repeatedly on the phone it wouldn't be a problem- if you just paid hundreds of dollars more for the privilege. If this is what you're looking for in your motel, then look no farther - you've found your dream accommodations - or lack there of in this anti-shelter business. At 3am the engine died as my family slept in our Ford E-450 converted bus. As I pulled to the shoulder first smoke, then flames began to lick out from under the hood. The RV was loaded up with belongings on the roof, bikes and motorcycles front and back, like a modern interpretation of a moment from a ”Grapes Of Wrath” chapter. The fire exploded out of control while I used up the only two fire extinguishers. I rushed back inside the RV to wake my family as fire began to lick front of the RV, closing off escape from the only doors. I kicked out a window at the back my wife then wiggled out through. My 4yr old was crying about losing all his Christmas presents more than the fire which now towered over the front of what had been our home as we moved to a new house in Mexico. It took 3 hours for the fire to be extinguished. Ride hailing companies confirmed again and again someone would come and take us to Shelter, but never arrived. Finally CHP pushed a driver to show up. We were exhausted and traumatized but from repeated phone calls to the night clerk, we were reassured a bed, room was waiting and our dogs could join us. We were soon disappointed. When we arrived, the Night Shift was long gone & the day crew could find no record of our reservation or needs. The night front desk manager was called at home, he confirmed our story, but the new manager was not impressed. Only if we paid over $500 for a single bedroom advertised for $140 could we stay the night. We had no choice, and reluctantly agreed. But the manager then demanded to know where our car was? We reminded him it was in ashes being towed to an impound - REMEMBER? - that's why we were there. Incredibly, he declared that without a car, it was a strict policy not to rent a room to people who were just dropped off & without a vehicle!!!!! With a crying child, visibly shaken wife, we reluctantly went back on the road to find a real actual shelter hotel, with the few smoke tinged articles we had saved, hands darkened with soot fro fighting the emulation of all our possessions. We took solace we weren't the first family turned away from an Inn at Christmas. But our strong recommendation is to seek real shelter anyplace else.

방이 깔끔하고, 제 기준으로는 조금 여유롭고 넓었습니다. 데스크 직원분이 친절하십니다. 조용합니다. 바깥의 큰 사이렌 소리가 들리긴 했지만 이내 사라지기에 조용히 잘 묵었습니다. 조식은 저희 나오는 날부터 시작한대서 먹어보질 못했어서 못 남기네요. 수압도 나쁘지 않았어요.! 1층 쉼터에 물 받을 수 있는 곳이 있고, 주변에 조금만 걸어가면 코인세탁소도 있어서 잘 이용했어요. 한인 타운 주변인데 생각보다 한산하고 조용했어요. 약간 으스스했어요. 편의점 같은 것은 주변에 없다고 보시면 됩니다. 그럼에도 주차공간 무료고 너무 좋았습니다~^^

During my recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Aventura, it provided an exceptional experience and especially free parking. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect. Situated in the heart of a vibrant city, it offered convenient access to various attractions and great dining options everything was within a short drive away. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to make the most of my time and truly immerse myself in the local culture. The service at this hotel was truly exceptional, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure to return my credit card which was left accidently on the check-in counter. The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with modern amenities. The comfortable bed and linens ensured a restful night's sleep. While if there is bath tub & breakfast provided would be more rejuvenating experience. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was truly outstanding. The combination of its prime location and exceptional made it a truly remarkable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay that exceeds expectations in terms of location, service, and facilities.

Asrama ini sangat bagus dan bersih. Katilnya selesa dan ada ruang yang cukup untuk menyimpan bagasi saya. Mesin basuh dan pengering di tapak. Mesin layan diri snek dan minuman di tapak. Peti sejuk komuniti untuk digunakan jika anda suka untuk barangan runcit peribadi. Semua orang menyambut dan sangat sopan. Saya berasa sangat selesa dan selamat. Asrama ini akan ditubuhkan untuk jangka masa panjang jika diperlukan. Proses daftar masuk/keluar adalah mudah. Tempat letak kereta percuma di jalan agak mencabar jadi saya menambah perkhidmatan pilihan untuk menempah tempat letak kereta di tempat penginapan asrama. Tutup kedai membeli-belah, restoran, kedai runcit, bank, stesen bas, dll. Saya sangat mengesyorkan asrama ini.
