"第一次來到陸河這座睡眠小城，當地朋友給我的推薦是首選希爾頓！剛到一樓大堂，前台服務員都很熱情的打招呼問好，給我的第一印象很加分👍👍👍辦理入住各個細節處理的也挺不錯，這次是和朋友一起出行，確實是做到賓至如歸的感覺了。 房間整體和圖片一致 ，採光好，裝修風格大氣素雅很喜歡 ，各種設施佈置精美 ，衞生very乾淨 , 廁所空間非常足夠，也是乾濕分離的，入住很放心。周邊交通出行方便 。加了前台小妹Jenny的聯繫方式，給我細心的陳列旅遊指南，熱情效率高，從入住手續到行程建議，都一一為我詳細解答。並在我需要時主動提供幫助，這種貼心的服務讓我倍感温馨。 整體的服務都讓感覺很舒服😌 對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺可以了。非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦！！！！"

"提前半個月就訂了這家酒店的商務雙床房（每次出門都會訂雙人間，因為喜歡大房間），來check in的時候再三跟前台女服務員説安排個寬敞、安靜的房間給我，她説一定儘量安排，沒想到卻給我安排個最差的，把住客當**玩。還好前台男生察覺到我的怒氣，立刻帶我走了幾個房間重新選房，再次謝謝這位男孩子對住客的尊重和理解，不然我肯定會大大差評這個酒店。"

"春節從潮州回程，選了汕尾華髮這裏作為中點休息站，門口的路不算寬敞，不過車少所以也不會塞，有地下停車場，一樓大堂接待很好，小桃熱情，電梯也近。 訂的是一房一廳的套房，春節並沒有漲價很多，多200可以接受。有歡迎水果，房間很大，還有衣帽間，配有貴妃椅和瑜伽墊，陽台外面環境好又不吵鬧，看到樓下帶花園的小別墅活動空間好大。 這次沒有去公共區泡温泉，房間裏温泉水是不限制的，是真温泉，泡完整個人舒坦了，外面就是山景，愜意得很。陽台通風，衣服也很快乾。配備了兩個洗手間這是沒想到的，不用爭廁所了。沙發桌面打掃還算乾淨，特地留意了遙控器都擦得很乾凈。 早餐種類還行，位置很多，湯粉面在線，有擂茶不過我喝不慣。 建議：温泉水温在冬天可能不太夠，床品上面看到有小破洞的希望能及時發現換掉，地面角落會有頭髮。因為周圍買東西不是很方便，需要開車去到鎮上，希望掃碼點單的飲料零食方便麪等可以多些。沒去餐廳吃，不過外面找吃的真的不容易，特別是過年期間。"
