Hotel Mewah di Suzhou

This hotel was beyond breathtaking. The view, the aesthetics, everything was top notch. Great staff and great food. Both breakfast and dinner was delicious. The hotel is extremely far away from city life, so it’s good to bring snacks either way you. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

環境：環境一流，蘇州園林的天花板。5分。 衞生：乾淨衞生。5分。 設施：硬件設施完善，缺少温馨的細節氛圍和花草軟裝。客廳很大，但是桌椅坐起來不舒服。4分。 服務：房價是3188，按説這個園林環境這個價格我也沒覺得貴，但是這個價位的服務是不合格的。接待禮貌，行李送房間這些都可以，我不是挑剔的人，但是讓我接受不了的是我們入住的第二天的中午1點有1949年後最大的颱風，我們8點多還在吃早飯，經理過來告訴我們今天還是否續住，不續住的話就早點離開吧。我説我們原計劃是今天走的，但是這個颱風沒過去前我們肯定是無法上路的，作為目前對我們來説唯一一個可以避風的地方酒店第一時間不是為客人着想怎麼避險而是第一時間趕客人離開酒店。經理説是因為政府要求的客人都離開太湖邊的酒店，那麼既然政府不讓住了，你酒店為什麼又説不走就再續一天呢？更何況你中午12點退房，不到9點還在吃飯你過來要求我離開？其他服務好一點壞一點其實無所謂，誰也做不到完全周到，但是我選擇了你家，在遇到天災面前，在客人最需要幫助的時候，讓人非常難以接受這樣攆客的待客之道。出來十多天了，第一次對酒店服務不滿點評的。希望改正。

四季是臨時更改行程去的 主要還是慕四季的名聲 前一天就有酒店人員打電話詢問喜好 床品要求 在瞭解細節後主動幫我升級了庭院房 非常好感 又當場加了一晚 到房間後發現房間非常寬敞舒適漂亮 色彩風格獨特 床品也按我的喜好作了調整 兩晚都休息的很好 在住過的酒店中給的住宿評價是上乘水準 兩天中也去體驗了瓏廊的下午茶和金璟閣的午餐 下午茶的水準中上 金璟閣的菜品比台州的新榮記更勝一籌 包括早餐的菜品點心麪包 甚至咖啡 都好吃 這一點非常滿意 下面説一下不足 服務員都很熱情 但尺寸感把握不好 下午茶時先有一位小仙女詳細介紹了品種 後又來位小哥又要介紹 我表示已經介紹過了 小哥還是執意又介紹了 過了半小時又過來叫我少吃甜食 暈 我剛吃了一個好嘛 衹好直接叫他不要打擾我 金璟閣的仙女也是犯這個毛病 點菜時這個不合適 那個我給你個建議 我才是來吃飯的主人好嘛 或多或少有點掃興 服務員的邊界感要和酒店水準匹配 説到打掃衞生 下午二三點房間都沒來打掃 讓客人在比較凌亂的房間裏度過大半天 不知道酒店是怎麼安排的 另外所有的洗浴護膚用品都是大包裝的 這跟酒店的高檔定位不符 我認為小包裝高質量的用品 就是客人帶回家了 也是幫酒店作了免費宣傳 不吃虧的 整體來説 酒店在環境 景觀 裝飾 餐品上非常悦人 還是值得體驗打卡

This was our 2nd anniversary and we chose to have a romantic hot spring stay at this resort. The checkin was smooth and we were initially impressed with our room. Later on to my horror, I noticed that people walking by could see our hot spring which was completely exposed. Luckily, the staff were very understandable and switched us to an upgraded indoor room. The ambience of the room was filled with love and my partner was very happy 😉.

It was our second time back at Park Hyatt and it did not disappoint. We arrived on a Friday afternoon and we were warmly greeted at the front. While we were finalizing our check in, the staff took our bags and set it up in our rooms. We tried the breakfast for the first time (complimentary) and it was amazing. Their selection is too class and they designed it so that food is not wasted. We also went to the swimming pool and it was a great time. They think of everything. Like always, everyone greeted us whenever we were in the main halls. This hotel will always be my to-go. Huge thank you to William at the front desk and Naomi in the dining hall.

I stayed with my partner and dog for 2nights. Unfortunately it was right after the major typhoon so there was a lot of debris that the hotel had to clean out but the place was gorgeous! Rooms were massive and had enough privacy. We got to enjoy our private pool and just relax. The facility has lots of indoor activities, like pottery, painting, and making sandwiches. We ended up trying the pottery experience and had a really good time. We were hoping to do some hiking or outdoor activity but it was a bit limited which was sad but the hotel rented out bikes and we were able to go cycling outside of the resort and was pretty nice. Would highly recommend trying it out. The hotel food was also surprisingly good. We didn’t have high expectations but everything we tried was good, and we didn’t mind eating at the restaurant at all. For the foreigners out there, they don’t speak much English here. Apparently it’s under the Naked resort name, but run by locals. But they made the effort to communicate over WeChat and some staff did speak broken English so we were able to get by. I would recommend this facility to families with kids. It will keep them occupied for sure, with parents being able to relax. If it’s a couple’s stay, maybe one night would be enough.
