Superb room and service. Friendly and understanding staff (especially the morning breakfas crew who came out to inform us the breakfast is ready). Nice smart tv and provided heater/ fan on request.

We stayed at a double room in the Sofitel in Lyon for a total of 3 nights in the summer of 2023. The hotel is located just a few streets from the Place Bellecour which is one of the main squares in Lyon. It is also about 5 minutes away from many cafes, bistros and a large supermarket (Monop’) near Place Bellecour. The room itself was a fairly standard double room (approximately 20 square metres). The interior and furnishings of the hotel look a bit dated but they were fine and did not matter in any material way. The minibar is complimentary and it is restocked daily with bottled water (still and sparkling), fruit juice, coca cola, and dried fruits and nuts. The bed was nice and comfortable and the pillows were firm. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning was not very consistent and it would turn off in the middle of the night. It is not an issue if you are staying here in the winter but it made it difficult to sleep at night in the summer. The staff were all very nice and pleasant. The concierge was especially friendly and he helped us to store our bags and arrange for a taxi to the train station on our last day. We paid approximately EUR250 a night and we thought it was worth the price.

很好的體驗，萬豪標準沒有錯，酒店前台的服務很好，樓下有******可以小玩下，里昂城市不大打車出去玩就可以，如果開車的朋友有很大的停車場，蠻方便的，就是有一點貴，要四十五歐一晚

I had a pleasant stay recently at the Mercure Lyon Saxe Lafayette hotel. It's about a 20-minute walk from the Part Dieu train station and a short walk to the bridges on the Rhone side of Presque'Ile. The room was quiet and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was reasonably extensive. Using the hotel as a base, I was able to walk to most of the sites I wanted to visit in Lyon, including--via the funicular--those in the Vieux Lyon section on the west side of the Saone. I used the fitness room during my stay. Not all the equipment was in working order (some better than others), and it was only open until 9 pm. All in all, a nice experience...

Très bon emplacement. Chambre petite mais confortable. Draps en lin très agréables et insonorisation parfaite par rapport à la rue. Très beau bâtiment et le « club » est une super idée !

I stayed in the hotel Crequi Lyon Part Dieu for 3 nights during visiting Festival of Light. My room absolutely satistied my wishes upon booking - double bed, non-smoking room and highest floor. What was a bit unusual is that the room doesn't have upper light. Saw it for the first tim ein my life, really! When I arrived in the evening when it was already dark outside, it was tricky to find the way how to turn on the lights... So in the evening it was really dark in the room... The best thing I liked - was bathroom. It was stylish and modern, and cozy at the same time. While the room itself more corresponds to a 3-star hotel, but not the 4 stars. Hotel was nicely situated - a short walk from the city centre and also reachable by foot from the train station. The worst surprise was waiting for me upon check-out. Except city tax (which I were told upon arrival, that it should be paid during check-out since my room was already prepaid), I were asked to pay breakfast, and it was 15 Euros for each day and 45 Euros in total! 1) No one told me that breakfast was not included in the room rate (and even web-site says nothing) 2) Breakfast rate is not indicated anywhere at all - so it goes as ”Surprise!!!” 3) The price for the breakfast doesn't corresponds the quality and variaty of food. So was really disapointing! 515 Euros for 3 nights with poor breakfast even during high season (Festival of Lights) is not a fair price

Untuk menaiki kereta api awal, saya menjumpai sebuah hotel di kaki stesen, tidak jauh dari hotel ini. Sebaliknya, anda bergantung pada makanan anda di hotel dan waktu makannya. Saya mahu makan malam pada jam 9.45 malam. Sudah terlambat. Dapur ditutup. Ia adalah malam Jumaat. Itu agak awal, bukan? ! Saya tidak suka katil single, walaupun saya telah menempah katil double. Tetapi biliknya lengkap, malah saya boleh menggunakan tab mandi, gel mandian jenama Nuxe! . Bufet sarapan pagi enak, semuanya berkualiti tinggi, saya mempunyai keju yang hebat, St Nectaire, Comté dan Reblochon. Tehnya berasal dari Palais des Thés, dan selebihnya sempurna, kecuali restoran Art Nouveau yang cantik, saya suka!

فندق ممتاز انصح بسكن فيه والاستماع للخدمات المتوفرة فيه كما يوجد مول جميل وكما توجد الطاعم الجميلة والكوفيهات الجميلة في نفس المكان كما توجد محطة المترو بجنب الفندق يسهل الوصول الى وسط المدينة التي لاتبعد سواء 4 كيلو متر فقط

Located in close proximity to the Lyon Perrache station, tram and metro, this hotel is arguably one of the best options to spend a few days in Lyon for a budget-conscious traveller while not compromising on quality. The connection to the public transport, as mentioned before, is fantastic - you're in the downtown within 15 min on foot or about 5-7 minutes by public (metro). The Perrache station offers connections to Paris and M****ille, and it takes about 20 minutes by direct tram to get to Part-Dieu (connections to the airport and international services). The majority of prominent restaurants of Lyon are not in the immediate vicinity of this hotel, however, the famous Brasserie Georges is right down the street. The personnel was very welcoming and friendly, we were able to check-in earlier than planned. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, and the soundproof worked rather well. There were all the amenities in the room we could have asked for, and the bed was absolutely comfy. All in all, we will definitely consider staying here again (and we already did share this hotel as a point of reference for a couple of our friends planning to visit Lyon).
