Fantastic stay at this Line friends themed hotel :) it makes the kids stay so memorable and we loved all the decor and little touches, would definitely recommend!

The hotel is 8-min walk from Grand Lisboeta, not easy to locate though. There are three doors to enter to the hotel and there was no staff present at the line friends hotel- I had to check in on the other side. These special Line Friend-themed rooms are located only on 3/F, so don’t expect to enjoy views inside the room. The room design is cute with lots of Brown and things are clean. However, I requested a double bed but they could not arrange and gave me two twin beds at the end. I enjoyed the express checkout service.

Very excellent room with many decorations of Line Friends. But the free shuttle bus from/to Taipa Pier needs 1 hour waiting time. The staff is polite. And remember not to take taxi in Macai. Taxi is tourist trap. Go to the bus or wait for the free shuttle.

it was an okay stay, cute rooms and nice hotel staffs. the rate was similar to grand palace lisboa next to it, yet the shuttle services and breakfast here is lacking much

A must go for line friends. The mall there has a line theme cafe as well. You can take many photos and buy souvenirs.

My husband and I decided to bring our 2-year-old son to stay at this hotel mainly because of the Line Friends theme. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, fulfilling our requests for a baby cot and a queen-size bed. However, to our dismay, our son ended up with around 6-7 mosquito bites overnight, which caused him discomfort and disrupted his sleep. It was unexpected for us to encounter this issue in a family-oriented hotel room. We hope that the hotel addresses this issue promptly as it is a place that many children would enjoy staying at.
