Sasmine, senjy dan liszt, yang mengaturkan bilik untuk saya di kaunter penerimaan tetamu, menaik taraf saya kepada jenis bilik apabila tiada jenis bilik yang sesuai, dan mood saya yang tidak berpuas hati pada asalnya bertambah baik. Pembantu di meja daftar masuk juga hebat! Sebagai jurugambar saya menggunakan kemahiran saya sendiri untuk mengambil gambar hotel. Hotel ini mempunyai payung yang boleh dipinjam Pelayan di restoran kilang hiburan mempunyai sikap yang sangat buruk. Dia menggunakan baucar percuma yang diberikan oleh hotel untuk mendapatkan roti tanduk babi , walaupun saya berada di bilik tetamu. *****, tetapi dia terlupa bahawa statusnya juga sangat rendah.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! When we first arrived at the entrance of the hotel, we were assisted by the bellhop, Mark Spencer, who was very nice and helpful during our arrival and leaving the hotel. And everything else that came after did not disappoint, the room was beautiful, the breakfast was nice. Would definitely come back again! 👍🏽

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang baik, mudah untuk melancong, makan dan membeli-belah, dan mudah untuk mendaftar masuk di pelbagai tarikan. Hotel ini menjimatkan kos dan bilik-bilik adalah luas. Kedua-dua katil di dalam bilik berkembar adalah besar. Perkhidmatan meja depan adalah baik, biliknya agak bersih, dan tidak ada bau yang pelik Secara keseluruhan, saya sangat berpuas hati.

Love this hotel so so much! Highly recommend this hotel in Macau! ”Attention to details” is always what I looking for, as a person working in the hospitality industry for years. Through every small thing, you can tell so much effort that this hotel’s whole team put into it. I was attending an event last weekend with my workmates. We had a very tight schedule, we don't need too much entertainment in the hotel, I was looking for an accommodation that we could work and relax at the same time, so I booked Aytyzen Grand Lapa. There's no disappointment found. The front desk staff warmly greeted us and introduced the hotel facilities in details, very gentle tone to reminds me should enjoy the moment in this gorgeous place. The room is beautiful, clean and neat. The washroom amenities are well chosen, the aroma is pleasant and the texture is pleasant high quality which really enhance the whole experience of the room. The location is good too, the neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Walking distance 12 mins to reach the attraction Guan Yin Statue Macau. Enjoy having an easy walk after dinner from hotel. Next day, we called housekeeper in the morning to refill the coffee mate, the housekeeping lady approached with smile and asked if we need anything else. I had a very good sleep with comfy environment, bed is good, temperature is perfect, lighting is just right. Enjoyed watching the street with my coffee, nice view from the room. The other thing I was looking forward is the swimming pool! It looks beautiful in the photos, and it truly is!My colleague could swim in the morning then got refresh, this is like a bonus in a business trip. Visited the cake shop after we checked out, the cakes looks amazing, and I really like they have Macau themed pastry - Bolo Fios de Ovos. We enjoyed the stating and definitely will come back next time!

Memandangkan bilik pemandangan laut dalam buku tempatan saya mempunyai bilik terakhir, saya menaik taraf bilik Walaupun hotel ini tidak berada di lokasi yang baik, ia sangat menjimatkan berbanding dengan hotel yang mempunyai kualiti yang sama bas (tetapi kekerapannya sangat jarang Kami pada dasarnya Semua adalah teksi. Mengetepikan geografi, bilik-bilik di sini dihiasi dengan selesa, tempatnya bersih, ruangnya luas, dan nisbah harga/prestasi sangat tinggi.

Not enough bars actually in hotel, the Galley really only has 1 beer. Fishermen's Wharf area has clubs, but these open very late. Breakfast selection is large,but sometimes, things that should be kept hot are cold, i.e., baked beans. Coffee machine needs a replacement, no latte or hot milk option. Coffee is very strong. The room was a very good size and seems well maintained. Staff at Breakfast need updating about guests, they were very insistent that I had no Breakfast with my room. Shown them booking,still very loud go to reception, luckily manager turned up ,checked my booking and it was correct. Would recommend this place.

This is the first time we stayed this hotel and I asked if the hotel can offer us a better city view. The hotel people was so kind to upgrade us to a high floor and the city view was great and beautiful. The hotel has lot of restaurants to choose , standard and high price restaurants which was good for customer to choose . The hotel room has provide free drinks and snacks for customer which is good in case people feel hungry in the early morning or night. And the only small issue was the bath tub was so slippy and need to place a small met inside the bath tub, otherwise , elder people would easy to fall down and the handle was too low in position to catch when showering .

Very good hotel room with jacuzzi tub, sauna, steam room in the bathroom itself. Room is spacious enough and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Can choose between western or chinese. Great location and very accessible to anywhere in Macau area. Overall had a very relaxing holiday.

Awesome service from start to finish! This is our 2nd time coming and they were exceptional! Shout out to Melody for the duty manager for showing us our room and surprising us with a bday celebration for my partner and provided any help we needed. Furthermore, they have a WhatsApp system so it was easier to get items like extra towels.etc without needing to always call. ! The pool was also good , though it was scorching hot so we didn't stay long. The hotel is connected to MGM via a central one mall and you could use their shuttle bus or you could ask for them to help with a taxi, special shoutout to Roasch? For giving us a ride when the taxis weren't available. All in all. Love it and can't wait to come again soon.

Sejak Sheraton hilang, hotel Paris mempunyai nilai wang yang lebih baik. Hotel siri Sands, Venetian, Four Seasons, Londoner, Paris, dll. tidak memerlukan deposit untuk daftar masuk (sebelum ini memerlukan seribu) Sudah tentu, kekurangan semua hotel ialah daftar masuk pada hari cuti mengambil masa yang sangat, sangat lama, sangat lama. Kalau nak ke Ruins of St Paul's, boleh naik bas di bandar lama kalau tak tergesa-gesa Nak naik teksi masih ada pemandu teksi yang tidak bertanggungjawab. Atau gunakan apl untuk menggunakan helah elektrik. Makanan: Restoran di kasino menawarkan makanan 24 jam sehari. Secara peribadi saya rasa layan diri hotel okey, anda boleh mencubanya. Tetapi penggunaannya tidaklah rendah. Menara Telur Andrew yang terkenal mempunyai cawangan di London di Venetian (dalam pengubahsuaian). Ia sangat dekat dengan orang Paris sehingga anda perlu beratur. Pengangkutan: Semua hotel dihubungkan dengan jambatan berbumbung, jadi lebih mudah untuk keluar. **Bas percuma ke (Gongbei Border Gate, Hengqin, Pier) berada di tingkat satu. Di sebelah kiri lobi di tingkat satu Lapangan Terbang Macau. Teksi berada di sebelah kanan selepas keluar dari lobi.
