We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Manila! The room was incredibly clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities, making it the perfect place to relax. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The staff was friendly and made the dining experience even better. Booked this hotel due to location and proximity to airport for convenience. Nice facilities however the rooftop pool area is poorly maintained and lacks cushions on the outdoor furniture making it quite uncomfortable. this was really disappointing as this small improvement of cushions would make a huge difference to the guest experience and overall impression of the area. F & B service at the pool rooftop was also quite disappointing - staff demonstrating a real lack of interest in serving anyone and lack of care. The hotel, rooms and experience all great - except at the rooftop. Breakfast room super busy in the morning but food was ok and staff handled the chaos well.

Really had a nice stay at Hotel101 Fort. The room was clean and everything in it. The staff were so accommodating, polite and helpful. Will definitely book again whenever we need to stay overnight in BGC.

The staff were consistently friendly, smiling, and greeting me whenever we met. 🏊♀️ The swimming pool was stunning and perfect for families, with a separate children's pool. They have a jacuzzi and steam bath, gym, and other entertainment facilities. 🍱 I loved the restaurant, which offered a vast variety of dishes. The restaurant staff were also incredibly accommodating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall, I had a fantastic stay!

Kakitangan lain dari SG menyambut saya dengan betul dan membuatkan saya berasa selesa. Anak sulung saya, yang saya bawa masuk 12 tahun kemudian, juga berminat menggunakan sabun yang luar biasa itu. Hotel room was exquisitely beautiful. In terms of space, size and design, it was too homey and we like the feel. Giving it a 5 star rating for its cleanliness too! The living area made it more exceptional! You don’t get to stay at the bed during your whole stay. It also served its purpose since we booked a make up artist to cater our son’s promenade. Transferring to nearby hotels was also convenient. Amenities are decent. Overall stay experience was excellent!

Was here for three nights. Proximity to the airport is great, but kinda in an inconvenient location to go around Manila. Grab is easily available but surge pricing can mean it's sometimes 300PHP to get to Makati. Breakfast is quite decent, though some more options in cold-cuts (e.g. ham etc.) would be appreciated. The room itself was not in good condition though. The window's rubber insulation was somewhat damaged, leading to noise leakage. The floorings especially in the bathrooms were quite stained and even coming apart in some places. I also encountered one cockroach in the bathroom, but it had vanished by the time housekeeping came. (Thankfully not into my suitcase - didn't see it again). Considering this a Holiday Inn, I think they can do much better. Also check-in is super slow - there are like two lines of ~10 people around peak times, moving incredibly slowly. A lot of manual inputs etc. required making it very slow, and bogged down by people who seemed to be making bookings on the spot or something.

Front Desk Staff is approachable and friendly. They have this tag that says ”Cleaned and Sanitized” on the toilet bowl and the two slippers. The room is big enough for a couple like us. It has a separate room for the wardrobe. The room that was booked doesn't have a window, I just wish there was. It looks also like a maze. You have to familiarize yourself with your room. Eurotel is easy to find, has a lot of near convenience stores, and it is just right in front of Robinsons Place Manila. Easy to book a Grab car/taxi.

This is our second time to book a room at this hotel but this time it is a bit longer. And thank God we got a nice room where there is a queen l-sized bed and a bathtub. I also like that there mirrors on almost each side of the room. The tv does not have Netflix though so, we used our own account and device to watch series during our chill time. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a very welcoming environment from the staff.

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

I had an amazing stay at Henry’s Condotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to key attractions and easily accessible. What stood out most was the friendly and accommodating staff, who made sure I had everything I needed. The overall atmosphere of the condotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect home away from home. I would highly recommend Henry’s Condotel to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be coming back!

Cleanliness - you can request for room cleaning and the service is great! Doreen provided a prompt service. Location - there are restaurants beside the resort in case you decided not to eat in the hotel. But convenience store is not walking distance. Close to SM MOA. Service - There's room for improvement. The front desk is not located as soon as you enter the hotel but an empty concierge desk. FD is in front of the elevators so I guess consolidating them is better. The customer attendants should be far from their office barracks so they dont stay there when there are no guest. They need to be available when someone comes. They set the mood/first impression for new or old guests. Amenities - Parking is at the 4th floor ,a bit creepy looking as it seems they only acquired it from an old owner. But its okay it is FREE! Pool area at the Penthouse is superb maybe because of the view. Although currently there's repair ongoing that blocks they natural bayview,I guess it will be great in the future.Still good for me though. Restaurant- GF Food selection is good and they taste great! Value for money!They offer in-room service too! Room- is great! Price is justified on how relaxing the room was set up.Bathroom size may differ depending on the room. Plus they have mood lights 😊 Overall- For first time guests here I'd say Im satisfied.

Location was the best part for this hotel Near MOA, you can ride EDSA Bus Carousel and nearby mall and restaurants, staff were very helpful and friendly. The only bad part is if you're not a smoker, you can smell smoke from hallway down to elevator, you can request for a non-smoker room but the smell of smoke still lingers. I booked 1.7k per night so you get what you pay for, good for 1 night stay like for concerts or you have a late night flight but not for staycation. Water is limited per night of stay.

10/10 This hotel was absolutely fabulous. I think its one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Everything was immaculate. The service was great, and the rooms were stunning. I was only there for a night as I had an early flight in the morning, but I was able to take a night swim in the lovely pool while listening to the live band perform. The facilities in the health club are also great. Since I had to leave before breakfast, they arranged a packed breakfast for me which was really delicious. I rarely stay in Manila when I travel to the Philippines, but I would come back just to stay at the Okura again.

Ia tenang, bersih dan bersih. Apabila saya memasuki lobi, krew akan membantu membawa bagasi dan mengalu-alukan tetamu dengan sepenuh hati dan bersumpah apabila mereka bertemu dan memberi salam. Lobi mempunyai bau yang menyenangkan, anda boleh makan dan minum ke restoran mereka dan bersenang-senang. Bilik sangat luas menghadap bandar mereka mempunyai kerusi dan meja bulat dan banyak kabinet dan meja belajar ringkasnya mereka mempunyai bilik yang bagus hanya dengan harga P1,127/malam sahaja. As always staying here is very nice and comfortable but be warned they have airport style security and scanners at the entrance which is super annoying they demand to open and see all your bags inside and belongings even if you're staying here for multiple days they'll do it every time you enter the hotel Bonus you're very close to two big malls

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay here again.

Go Hotel -Ermita is legit value for money. Though it is categorized as a budget hotel, it exceeds in performance: (1) It uses keycards to swipe for entry at the elevators; (2) Its elevators are amazingly fast & efficient; (3) The rooms are spacious. Well-partitioned spaces; (4) Separate bath & toilet; (5) Change of towels & make up bed, though by request, are being done considerately; (6) Hot & cold water available on both bath & toilet; (7) Robinson’s Mall is a block away; (8) 7 minutes walk to SLEC; (9) Very accessible with plenty of transport options to choose from. Philippine Rabbit Terminal Avenida to the hotel costs Php 170 more or less via Grab; (10) Customer care is of high quality. Staff so polite especially its housekeeping team. Very fast check in. Only there is extra cost for early check in; (11) Plenty of hangers; (12) Presence of fire extinguisher, sprinklers & alarm; (13) Presence of extra chair; (14) Spacious luggage desktops. (15) There is parking space with extra charge; (16) Spacious hallways, lobby, play activities, cushioned seats; (17) Accessible light switches & big desktop in between twin sharing beds Downsides are: (1) Airconditionjng units must have regular maintenance cleaning; (2) Tiles need extra scrubbing; (3) Accumulation of water in bathroom drain ways

The room was clean, and its location was ideal, being close to all the areas I wanted to visit. I'd like to rate their service as more than excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, from the entrance guards who genuinely helped us with our luggage to the team that assisted us in booking a Grab car. The guards even kindly told us to wait inside, shielding us from the heat, and offered to call us when the car arrived, asking only for the plate number. What struck me most was the warm hospitality displayed by all staff members, who consistently greeted us with happy faces. Their simple smiles made my stay truly special and peaceful. ❤️ One suggestion I have for improvement is to provide an iron in each room or make it easily accessible for guests. This would be a convenient addition, especially for travelers who need to iron their clothes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this hotel and appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff.

Good stay overall. Complete with toiletries and there was a roll of tissue for the bathroom. 2 towels, 2 soaps, 2 toothbrush + toothpaste kit, and 2 shampoos. Aircon was not noisy and bed was clean. Floor was clean too and the bathroom. TV has no cable though and I did not try their wifi. I like the room layout. It feels spacious. Another con would be no elevator and stairs are pretty steep. But it's great for 1200 ish.

Don't go....not now anyway. Find out if the construction is finished before booking. Love the employees and rooms. Great location up the street from Robinsons mall. There are plenty of bars and things to do. However, the hotel is a mess, and pool has been down for over a year. They do not look like they are in any hurry to get it finished either. The gym is now on the 15th floor in what used to be a suite. The ****** is on the 5th floor. The front desk area in now inside the, what used to be a bar area to the right when you walk in. It's a mess...and like I said, from my room I watched them working the pool area. Not good. Everything is by hand, no construction equipment. Going to be a while. Anyway, I don't want to be too harsh, but if everything is down and all over the place, why are charging pre-covid prices?? Ridiculous!

Our room got an upgrade! Thanks Leez Inn. Spent our anniversary here and the location was accessible especially we chose this specific place in Pobla for our dinner date and bar hopping. Expect traffic lang because it’s a busy area. Hotel room was clean, cheap and reasonable price. Just be sure to bring your own toiletries, coffee/tea, hair dryer. Will rebook again.

iM hotel is a midern hotel located smack in.the middle of Makatai and its very handy to bars restaurants malls and Makatis night life. The rooms are a good size with a desk, a sofa, a large bed, and some good views across Makati and Manila from the upper floors. There's a bar fridge, a safe, tea & coffee making facilities and a large LCD TV with a reasonably good selection of English speaking channels. There's an outdoor swimming pool and bar and a rooftop restaurant with some great views over Makati. The beds are comfortable, and the shower is a decent size, and the water pressure is reasonable but could be a lot better. I encountered some minor problems during my stay, but thanks to the professionalism and expedient handling of the matters by management, these issues were resolved quickly, which I am thankful for. I would have no problem recommending this hotel or returning here again

Front desk checked us in quickly. Had to check out at 6 to catch the next flight, and since we paid for breakfast they packed us sandwiches to go, very accommodating of them. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly not as clean as the bedroom. It needs some bleach and a scrub...looks like it hasn't cleaned properly in weeks possibly months, otherwise it's a nice hotel. Bar on the room was beautiful.

The rooms were clean, tv and safe, no fridge though, but for the philippines that is to be expected I guess. Didn't use any of the facilities so I can't really comment on those. Friendly staff, enjoyable stay.

The room is quite spacious but the wifi is not working. However, the price is cheap and affordable specially to those who are working and need a place to rest. The staffs are welcoming.

Nearby hotel with good and accessible location. Booked for the Holidays for my family who cam from the province. Had issues with water outage and dirty/rusty water but it was resolved anyway. Will rebook again

One area for improvement would be the corridor lighting on the floor I stayed on, which was dim and could benefit from replacements to enhance the ambiance.

The lobby felt warmer than I would prefer, and the lack of seats to accommodate waiting companions while checking in is also noticeable. I was not informed that the room I booked is an adjoining room with a locked door in between, I would not have preferred it. I can hear the noise and the toilet flushing from the other room. It was also peculiar that the housekeeping staff was not familiar with a turndown service request. At night that it was critical to charge a phone, the sockets by the bed were not working. A maintenance worker came up after I called for one, fixed the problem quickly, but it would have been prudent to have it checked before anyone checks in. the bed was comfortable, the view was great, the shower closet was adequate; I wish an overhead rain shower was present. Otherwise, it was a restful weekend with family (though checked in at another floor).
