Hotel Macau dengan Gim

Genuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

All was good except the smoking smell in the room althogh it was a non smoking room. The smoking smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep well. They changed the room next day and it was ok. The Ramen resturant was just down there and many shops connected to other hotels.

Cari hotel sementara waktu malam! Tiba-tiba saya ternampak sebuah hotel baru di trip.com bernama Hotel Renjian! Tempah sekarang! Masuk bilik hotel! Anak sudah menangis! Wah! Wah! Walaupun bilik ekor! Tetapi lebih besar daripada bilik lain! Kakitangan yang bertimbang rasa juga datang dengan bekalan kanak-kanak! Zhong membawa selipar pelbagai saiz dan membandingkannya dengan kanak-kanak! Saya mempunyai malam yang baik untuk mendaftar masuk dahulu! Walaupun topeng mata datang dengan semburan bantal! Tetapi mereka semua mempunyai cenderahati dan bar mini Yingji Alangkah baiknya Zhong Gai malam itu👍! Sarapan pagi kedua adalah sangat baik!

Kemudahan: Lengkap. Kebersihan: Dibersihkan dengan sangat bersih setiap hari. Persekitaran: Secara keseluruhannya sangat baik. Perkhidmatan: Kakitangan perkhidmatan sangat ramah dan sentiasa tersenyum semasa melayan. Dahulu ini adalah Hotel Sheraton, selepas penjenamaan semula, ia menjadi lebih baik daripada sebelumnya, dan lokasinya sangat dekat dengan Rua do Cunha, jadi senang untuk mencari makanan.

5-Star Review for Studio City Macau I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Studio City Macau in Taipa. The whole hotel is stunning with amazing facilities and an incredible night view. What impressed me most is the hotel staff especially the check in lady named as Tracy. Every member of the team is super friendly, polite and attentive. They went out of their way to solve all my requests and made my trip so comfortable and relaxing. Everything here exceeded my expectations completely. I will definitely come back to patronize this wonderful hotel again, and I highly recommend Studio City Macau to all visitors to Macau. Fully deserved five stars!

Beautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

The hotel is very accessible, and the room is spacious and clean. The food is good and provides a great start to the day. However, the night duty FO was not very approachable or friendly. Improving hospitality skills would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. He did not initiate to brief us on the restaurant location or breakfast hours, even though breakfast was included—I had to ask instead. It seemed he assumed that guests were already familiar with the hotel facilities. Additionally, the security personnel could be more approachable, as maintaining professionalism while being friendly would further enhance the guest experience. Overall, the experience was very good. The concierge, bell staff, restaurant team, housekeeping, and pool staff all provided excellent service. ♡♡♡

Jika saya boleh memberi 100 bintang, saya akan! Berada di sana untuk ulang tahun istimewa kami, hotel menawarkan kami sebotol wain percuma! Apatah lagi naik taraf bilik percuma ke suite kerana bilik kami dipenuhi dengan bau asap. Suka tempat ini! Mereka sangat hangat! Lokasinya juga hebat! 5 minit berjalan kaki ke hotel Wynn dan Lisboa, dan berdekatan dengan banyak kedai makan dan kedai serbaneka, barangan runcit. Sudah tentu pilihan yang baik! Bilik besar dan selesa juga
