Hotel Macau dengan Gim

Genuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

All was good except the smoking smell in the room althogh it was a non smoking room. The smoking smell was so strong that I couldn't sleep well. They changed the room next day and it was ok. The Ramen resturant was just down there and many shops connected to other hotels.

The Londoner memang tiada tandingan, 100% sempurna! Saya agak malas nak berulang-alik, jadi menginap di The Londoner adalah yang paling selesa. Hanya turun ke bawah untuk makan dan membeli-belah. Lagipun, hotel ini adalah yang paling baru berbanding The Venetian dan The Parisian, dilengkapi dengan sistem rumah pintar sepenuhnya~ Saya suka bau aromaterapi di sini! Sayangnya tak dapat cari yang sama. Katilnya memang sangat selesa~~~ terus lena. Dan penghawa dingin tak berbunyi langsung, sangat selesa! Lifnya juga sangat laju, boleh sampai ke tingkat 20-an dalam beberapa minit. Servis pun 100% sempurna~~~ Dari lobi lagi, bagasi saya sudah diuruskan oleh staf. Namun, waktu daftar masuk di The Londoner biasanya agak lewat, sekitar pukul 3 petang. Kali ini, kerana bilik saya belum siap selepas pukul 3 petang, mereka terus menaik taraf saya ke bilik dengan pemandangan cantik!😲😲 Staf sudah tolong simpan bagasi saya sebelum daftar masuk, dan terus dihantar ke bilik sebaik saya masuk. Lain kali nak menginap seminggu penuh… Saya tergesa-gesa masa nak balik, jadi tak sempat ambil gambar bilik yang cantik-cantik, tapi memang 100% sempurna. Boleh rujuk gambar rasmi, sama sebijik.

Cari hotel sementara waktu malam! Tiba-tiba saya ternampak sebuah hotel baru di trip.com bernama Hotel Renjian! Tempah sekarang! Masuk bilik hotel! Anak sudah menangis! Wah! Wah! Walaupun bilik ekor! Tetapi lebih besar daripada bilik lain! Kakitangan yang bertimbang rasa juga datang dengan bekalan kanak-kanak! Zhong membawa selipar pelbagai saiz dan membandingkannya dengan kanak-kanak! Saya mempunyai malam yang baik untuk mendaftar masuk dahulu! Walaupun topeng mata datang dengan semburan bantal! Tetapi mereka semua mempunyai cenderahati dan bar mini Yingji Alangkah baiknya Zhong Gai malam itu👍! Sarapan pagi kedua adalah sangat baik!

Hotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣

Two nights at W Macau – Studio City with my daughter, and it's genuinely one of the better hotel stays we've had. The property sits on the Cotai ***** and is directly connected to Studio City's entertainment complex, which is useful context — you're not just booking a hotel, you're booking into an integrated resort with all that implies in terms of scale and amenities. Room was everything you'd expect from a 5-star W: large, thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean. Beds were proper — large, firm, good quality linen. The bathroom stood out: separate full-sized bathtub and a separate shower, both well-appointed. For a family this makes a genuine difference to the morning routine. We used the pool, sauna, and steam room both evenings. The indoor pool, fitness centre, and steam room are open to all guests and the facilities were well maintained with no overcrowding in the evenings. Breakfast was excellent — generous spread including both international and Cantonese options. The buffet includes authentic Cantonese favourites alongside the standard international selection. One practical tip: the queues at peak morning hours are real. Arrive early and you'll eat in peace — guests here are not early risers. One thing worth flagging clearly for future travellers: the payment structure is unlike most hotels. Trip.com collects a preauthorisation upfront at booking. On arrival, the hotel charges the full room rate again independently, plus a separate deposit. Trip.com then refunds the original charge after checkout, and the hotel returns the deposit within 14 days. It all resolves correctly, but you need to have roughly double the room cost available and liquid for up to two weeks. The hotel has 557 guest rooms and its rooms include Bluetooth-connected sound systems and a W Mixbar for in-room drinks. Is it expensive? Yes. Does it deliver? Also yes.

Biasanya ini adalah penginapan yang hebat tetapi malangnya pada kesempatan ini mereka lebih mementingkan tetamu bufet malam mereka daripada tetamu hotel mereka. Tiada makanan tersedia selain perkhidmatan bilik dan itu mengambil masa hampir 90 minit untuk tiba suam-suam kuku - malangnya kerana cuaca tidak mungkin untuk pergi ke tempat lain. Sarapan pagi juga mengecewakan daripada pilihan dan pilihan biasa termasuk fizz dan sushi yang hilang antara lain... Malangnya ini adalah perjalanan terakhir saya ke Macau dan bukan perjalanan yang saya inginkan

It was a joyful and memorable 1 night stay with a smooth check in procedure assisted by the Front desk staff, Exor, who was quite professional handling the busy time of our check in and was still able to attend to all of our needs efficiently. Mikael and Gary from concierge did a great job assisting us. We are very happy to be assisted by nice and warm people. My friend and I had a wonderful time, the room was very nice and clean. The location is good and some tourist spots are near, with a bus stop beside the hotel and a taxi stand just outside of the hotel lobby. For convenience, you can also try Macau Uber Taxi. We will surely stay here again on our next visit to Macau.

The hotel is very accessible, and the room is spacious and clean. The food is good and provides a great start to the day. However, the night duty FO was not very approachable or friendly. Improving hospitality skills would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. He did not initiate to brief us on the restaurant location or breakfast hours, even though breakfast was included—I had to ask instead. It seemed he assumed that guests were already familiar with the hotel facilities. Additionally, the security personnel could be more approachable, as maintaining professionalism while being friendly would further enhance the guest experience. Overall, the experience was very good. The concierge, bell staff, restaurant team, housekeeping, and pool staff all provided excellent service. ♡♡♡

I was really worried to book this hotel after reading so many negative reviews, but my stay was absolutely fine. If you want to save money but stay in a good area, this is a great choice. Here are a few helpful details for future guests: Best Price: In this area, this hotel is definitely the cheapest and easiest to access. It is the best option if you compare the prices of nearby hotels. The hotel looks old compared to the giant resorts in this area, but there is no need to worry! Because the price is so good, you can spend your whole day roaming around all the fancy, luxurious hotels nearby. Amazing Location: The hotel is just opposite the Galaxy Macau Diamond Lobby. You can simply take the free shuttle bus to Galaxy Macau, and once you get off, just cross the road to reach Hotel Pousada Marina Infante. It is so easy! Room Condition: My room was very clean, and there was no broken furniture at all, only the shower was too old. They even gave me a room with a Galaxy view, which was great to look at. Getting Around: It is very close to other attractions. You have to walk about 1 kilometer to reach The Venetian. Good to Know: The hotel takes a 500 HKD deposit when you check in. Overall, I had a great trip and would recommend it for budget travelers!
