Ulasan ITC Mora by Soho Boutique

Pillow cases were obviously unwashed with huge blood spot inside folded/tucked inside portion of pillowcase on the also bloodied pillow. Cannot imagine how this happened but it was super gross, disappointing, and very disgusting that is was placed on bed let alone left inside room. Very glad we didn’t see or use pillow as it was not noticed until we placed it from couch where we laid the extra bed pillows back onto bed but that certainly made us very uncertain about overall cleanliness of everything in room and property. Asked at checkout if they would notify or check with housekeepers, hotel said they were sorry but that was all they said

地理位置很好！離普拉多博物館超級近，早上早起十分鐘就可以直接走着去排隊的程度，考慮到博物館的火爆程度，這點特別滿意。住酒店可以有隔壁餐廳的折扣，如果能有購買早餐的選項就更好了！前台很友好！！謝謝！！

酒店位置很好，從阿託查火車站步行才600~700米。普拉多博物館，索菲亞王后藝術中心都在200米內。麗池公園也在馬路對面。 可惜附近地鐵一號線的三個地鐵站2023年10月底前全部關閉維修。坐地鐵的優勢就沒了，幸好酒店門口公交站很多，可以換乘。 酒店的缺點一是電梯太小，帶行李衹能坐二個人，走廊太窄，房間也不大。我們訂二間房，一間衞生間小得轉不過身。 另外提醒，附近有二家叫Mora的酒店，我們導航錯了，白白多走了4000步上下坡的路，很痛苦。

직원분들은 참 친절하지만 처음 배정된 방에 악취와 베드버그가 기어다녔어요ㅠ 그래서 그날 잠을 못 잤어요 다음날 다른 방으로 바꾸었는데 그때는 괜찮았어요

호텔이 아토차역애서 가깝고, 공항버스타는곳에서도 가까워서 편리했으며, 직원분들 친절하고 레스토랑이용시 15%DC 좋았어요^^

まったく問題ないです。プラド美術館の近くでアトーチャ駅からも歩いていけるので立地は良いです。フロントの対応はとても良いです。入っているレストランも普通においしく、宿泊者は割引がききます。

設備稍舊，空調感覺久未清理，但房間空間足夠且鄰近阿托查車站

The hotel from a street view looked great, and the personnel were very helpful. There is an attached restaurant for meals all day long, and the food and prices were within reason. The primary reason for staying at this hotel is that it is within two blocks of the Madrid train and bus stations, several food services, a good park, a taxi, Prodo Museum, and an easy taxi ride to the Royal Palace. The negative was that the room was a 'postage stamp' size, but for two nights worth the stay.
