I can not believe this is Meriatt! Upon landing at the airport making a call to hotel reception for the location of shuttle bus, ringing for ten minutes, a lady answered impatiently and yelled like shouting to an animal! When entering into the room 2347, the AC sounded like a tracter. Asking for technician,said it was owing to the poor system,and he had no way out. Called for reception, replied she hadn't stayed in the room and had no way to reduce the noise! After my further complaint, my room was changed but about almost one hour later...Upon my arrival at the hotel,I especially booked the scheduled shuttle to the airport at 9:30. But when I reached the gate of the hotel at 9:24, I was told that the scheduled shuttle bus left ahead of time without notice! And the bell boy even had no any expression of regret! By the way, I had never seen any smile or greetings from any staff at the hotel all the way through! Such a Meriatt,I'd never come again!
This is my first time making a negative comment to a hotel as a diamond member!
