Excellent stay! Very central hotel, helpful lovely staff and continental breakfast. Absolutely recommendable also for international guests. Apart of that very good Price conditions so you will enjoy a fantastic experience. Would definitely come back.

I booked a room at Caballero Errante last minute for a work trip because it was just a short cab ride to the office. That’s about where the convenience ended. The check-in guy spoke very little English, and the room was a 'smoking room'. Trying to explain that opening the windows wouldn't magically freshen up the cigarette-infused pillows was like trying to explain quantum physics to a cat. There was no other room available at the check in time, so there I was stranded until after the work dinner to be able to check into the room. The room I got looked nothing like the rooms in the pictures. If you’re expecting thrills, look elsewhere. This place is as basic as a plain slice of bread, and calling it a 2-star hotel might be pushing it. Oh, and the vending machine by the entrance? It had some, let's say, "unexpected" items in it, like handcuffs... maybe the "Wandering Knight" (Caballero Errante) is after something else than a good nigth of sleep.

The receptionist was very friendly, everything looks great, clean and tidy, I went with my husband and we really enjoyed it. We were so happy to stay in Caballero hotel, it was a great time, I hope you can enjoy like we did. It was my first time in Madrid

Dirty room also the jacuzzi, humidity in the room and mold on the roof The toilet is in the same room when is the bed,and is really uncomfortable to sleep there. Not the expected cosy and nice time.

¡Excelente atención! La habitación era muy cómoda, limpia y bien equipada. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, con varias opciones. El personal fue muy amable y atento. Ubicación ideal, cerca del centro y muy acogedor. ¡Muy recomendable, buen hotel!
