我是幫客户訂個人房間，我明明已經付費了。酒店前台系統沒查到。幸虧我有安排工作人員陪同客户入住，不然很影響我客户入住的感受，國際連鎖的酒店賬户系統出問題。很難理解

The Garden Suites son unos apartamentos muy completos con una ubicación perfecta para conocer la ciudad. Están decorados con mucho gusto y tanto los muebles como los accesorios son de muy buena calidad y, además, tienen servicio de limpieza diario. Son muy luminosos porque hay muchas ventanas a unas calles muy concurridas pero disponen de unos magníficos estores que se pueden controlar a voluntad y se descansa muy bien. En nuestra estancia (planta 1 y 4) no tuvimos problemas con los ruidos del exterior.

We were torn between staying at Hotel Catalonia Plaza Mayor or a boutique hotel in Madrid. We ultimately decided to go with the former to minimize unpleasant surprises, and we were very happy with the decision. This hotel gives you everything you need - super clean, friendly staff, perfect location, and a touch of a ”boutiquey” vibe. The hotel common areas (bar, lobby, etc.) are smaller than most chain hotels, but they are well-equipped and comfortable. We spent a few hours working in the lobby and we never felt like it got crowded or uncomfortable. The rooms were perfect - they had TWO separate layers of double pane glass windows that created absolute silence despite the busy and cramped street out front. Bathroom, beds, storage, etc. are all just what you'd expect from a hotel chain with a good reputation. All in all, if you want a guaranteed comfortable stay in Madrid with a perfect location, this is the place.

We extend one more night. They gave another welcome drinks. Very friendly staff. However in the evening the other staff were bit rude. When we ask for the water they said you can drink water directly from the tap in madrid and there was another staff at the counter which says ” there is a store outside and you can buy”. That didnt sounds like good attitude, after paying 300 euros plus per night and for a 4 star the services and attitude of the staff could be better.

Lovely hotel, amazingly centrally situated, and so we were able to walk to all the things we needed to see and do. Breakfast excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food. Staff generally very kind and polite. Our one complaint was that the TV in the bedroom we had, kept losing or freezing the picture on the BBC world news channel, and a small icon kept appearing from LG, which after waiting a while restored the screen. We complained about this on the first morning we were there, and the reception noted it and siad an engineer would go and attend to it. This was not done and for the whole stay sadly we were frustrated by the TV which was really of no use to us what so ever. I have read other similar stories on Tripadvisor about the same complaint, and so clearly the hotel is aware of the problem but seemingly chooses not to do anything about it. This is a shame, beacuse something so easy, and expected would make a huge difference to one's enjoyment of the room. Other than that, really we had no complaints, and would certainly stay again.
