من اجمل واروع الاوتيلات تعاملاً واخص بذكر الشيف ايمن من الاردن قمة في الكرم و الاخلاق والذوق ينزل بنفسه للنزلاء يسألهم ، وهذا غير نفسه الطيب و الذيذ في الاكل ، وايضاً الشيف جاسر واهنئ الموظفين الصفوه في الاخلاق والتعامل ومن اسعد ايام اقامتنا و اكررها ان شاءالله

Please avoid the Coral Strand Hotel. Every Room has issues with mold (the curtains all contain mold at the very least) and this creates an unpleasant and gross smell which you can not ignore. We were able to change rooms and it got slightly better but thats sadly not the only thing that went wrong. The AC didnt work anymore at one point and about everything in the room broke. This place needs some HEAVY renovation! At least they acted quick with our request to change the room and always tried to fix the issues that we had in a kind manner. The buffet on the other hand was pretty exceptional and I cant give this place just one star. It wouldnt be fair because the location is also pretty nice and they are working hard to imrpove your stay if any issues arise. But still, I recommend avoiding this place, as the mold probleme is severe and will definitely dampen your seychelles experience!

First and foremost, the hotel location is breathtaking. It is located on a beach called  ”Beau Vallon” which literally translates to “beautiful valley”. The food at the hotel was very good, especially the room service (club sandwich recommended). Friendly staff, expensive bar and room service, which is expected in a hotel. Hotel was very clean, we didn’t have any problems with cleanliness. The internet at the hotel was good for a remote island, so don’t expect 20-30mbps speeds. If you want to get the full island experience i suggest you rent a car, taxi’s aren’t cheap. This hotel also has the biggest pool on the island. Overall great experience, would totally recommend this hotel if you can afford it !

The hotel is located at very nice place , beach side property with beautiful beach. The hotel room was quite big with beautiful views of mountains and beach. Restaurants are awesome with good Indian cuisine options with delicious taste. Hotel has big swimming pool with sea views. Hotel staff are very supportive especially Mr prem singh who help us to plan day trip, with good advice

Vado al Laila resort che costa decisamente caro e dovrebbe essere un 5 stelle. Albergo bello ma non bellissimo ma personale pessimo. Arrivo alla reception e mi accolgono sgarbatamente. Vado in spiaggia (molto bella forse la migliore dell’isola) ma il servizio spiaggia inesistente mi dicono di prendere uno dei lettini lasciati da altri e pure sporchi. In pratica l’albergo ha pochissimi lettini e quando finiscono resti sulla spiaggia libera! Cena piuttosto cattiva e colazione pessima!! Ma il bello è che quando devo andare via (con un taxi che mi aspettava) una sgarbatissima signora della reception mi sequestra perché dice che non ho pagato la camera!! Io avevo pagato tutto tramite agenzia ma la signorina vuole essere pagata di nuovo !! Dopo varie telefonate all’agenzia e dopo molto penare mi lasciano andare. Veramente sgarbati e pessimi. Mai successa una cosa simile. Non è un albergo che si merita 5 stelle, non vale assolutamente il prezzo che chiede. Dovrebbero cambiare tutto il personale soprattutto le signore della reception. Lo sconsiglio caldamente

We enjoyed a 10 night stay here over Christmas. Staff - Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Reception staff, waiting staff, security guards and cleaners were all polite, full of smiles and accommodating. Buffet - Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. Hot drinks and egg orders are taken by the wait staff and brought to the table, everything else was self service. Evening buffet was themed each night, Asian night was my favourite. There is a lot of fish on every menu, I don’t eat fish but I found plenty of tasty choices. The restaurant felt relaxed and never too busy. Room - We booked a double room with sea view and terrace. The room was incredible. It was light and airy with good air conditioning. We enjoyed sitting in the terrance and looking out to sea. Pool - The pool looked over the sea. Fresh towels and a water station were always readily available. There were always Sun loungers available when we wanted to sit by the pool. Paris restaurant - We had one visit during our stay. Unfortunately it did not go smoothly. On the positive, I asked for a chicken breast instead of duck in advance and they happily accommodated this, it was really good. The T bone steak was tasty. Sadly, the steak came with potatoes that were hard, then the pineapple tatin was inedible- cold and really hard, like it had been sat in the fridge for a few days. The staff were friendly but the service was disjointed with no consistent person serving our table. Beach Access - The hotel does not have direct beach access. To get to the beach you need to walk to the end of the walkway in the hotel. If the river is low you wade through the river. If not, you have to walk across a wall and do a little jump down to the sand. We were quite happy to do this, but it is something to be aware of if anyone has mobility issues. We had a great stay and would love to return one day.

Place is super cozy and same time modern. Rooms are clean, and hotel by itself quite new! For my opinion much more better than big hotels or resorts, everything what you need can find in the room. Set up of the room nice as well! Staff are friendly. If there is chance will come back again :)

四季度假村一如既往的好，非常滿意，前台的Rustom親切熱情，善解人意，湖邊餐廳的Angela、Sharon和Tracy和藹可人，聰明伶利。去用午餐時，餐廳裏空無一人，Angela和Sharon一本正經地告訴我，很抱歉，餐廳關閉了，要明年再開，我有點懵，看着不像啊，前台告訴我有午餐吃，Buggy司機帶我去餐廳時也沒說關閉，兩位美女繼續忽悠我說：“他們不太清楚的”，在我將信將疑時她們終於哈哈大笑：“we’re just kidding you”，然後引位、點餐，非常美味，應該是在塞舌爾吃到的最滿意的菜品，很有趣、也很棒的一次體驗。結賬時我看午餐沒掛帳，我還專門提醒Rustom ，他告訴我free，很有意思的一次體驗。 別墅設計沒話說，體現了四季的該有的水平，雖然不便宜，但物有所值。
