Hotel berhampiran La Greta, Makati

We were able to check-in earlier. However the first room we got had leaking aircon so we asked for a transfer. The transfer was done immediately. The staff were very active and accommodating. We also requested for pots and pans for cooking and they gave it to us right away. Service here is really good despite old facilities especially the bathroom. The bathroom had drainage smell but could be masked by the air freshener they gave us. Hehe

It was a quick stay but a lovely one. Didn't expect that the amenities are good. Best of all is their breakfast. I was initially thinking that food is typical hotel taste but my wife and I found it really tasty :)

Good place, clean, the room are fairly big and comfortable. It's noisy in the morning if the room face the street so earplugs are recommended for light sleeper. The staff is helpful and professional.

Na enjoy namin yung stay sa Berjaya, malaki ang room, makakagalaw ka ng maayos, malinis at maayos, mababait pa mga staff then yung breakfast buffet naman goods na goods sulit na sulit.. im sure masusundan pa pag che check-in namin dito.. Thank you Berjaya

I wasn’t the one who stayed, but when I asked the person who did, she said it was a nice hotel. Additionally, I liked the location because of how close it was to everything, making it very convenient.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. it was a very nice stay... hindi lang namin na check ung pool dahil pagod na, at the room we stay we can see out neighbors (okada and kingsford) super lapit din sa SM MOA AT AIRPORT! the place was perfect ! we booked the queen superior with view, maybe next time they can add a haircomb (disposable) nakalimutan ko akin then nag hanap ako wala and also they can also add robe but over all it was a great stay! the breakfast buffet also was fantastic!!!!
