Perkhidmatan dan kakitangan sangat baik. Perabot, permaidani dan keadaan keseluruhan hotel memerlukan kerja semula. Kerosakan lampu, kerosakan tenggelam. Lif bilik dan tempat letak kereta yang mencabar dan mengelirukan. Bayaran letak kereta SAR250 setiap malam.

Hotel ini sangat bagus dan bersih, kakitangan hotel terutamanya penerimaan tetamu dan pengemasan sangat sopan dan membantu Pasti akan mengesyorkan kepada rakan dan keluarga

It was a very pleasant stay at Hilton Makkah Convention. As always expected from this hotel, everything was great starting from the reception and front desk team. Ms Hatoon Fattah and Mr. Amr Hassan were very professional, helpful and supportive. Mr. Mahmoud in the executive lounge was very decent and helpful and confirm the excellent hospitality of this hotel. The hotel has a great prayer hall with a direct view to the holly Haram and a shuttle bus to and from the holly Haram.

This is my 6 time in this hotel but this time I have decided to not comeback to this hotel again just because of the receptionist rude behaviour. The Girl Receptionist khan one of the rudest people I have met in my life. I arrived at the hotel little early around 5am and I told them I am going to perform umrah and I will comeback around 12pm to hotel and I am with 1 years old infant please let me check in. In the morning they told me that the room will be ready by 10 am so no need to be worried. After performing the umrah I went to the hotel at 12pm and I asked for the room but the receptionist khan is speak very rudely with me and told me to cancel my booking and leave the hotel or wait for 4 hours. I told her in the morning I was told the room will be ready by 10am but she didn’t replied back. I was very shocked that they are giving room other people but not me and when I ask for refund she said no refund so I now I don’t have any option and just I have to wait. I wait for two hours and then finally I got chance to meet with Hotel Manager Mr Eda maybe mistake in name but he is bald and he finally help us to check in. Now I want to ask questions why so rude people on Reception ? Why she is not letting me to go room when there is other people are going ? My family is suffering from all this and my child is sleeping in Reception lounge sofa.

الخدمة جدا رائعه خمس نجوم باستحقاق يوجد موظف في مطعم الواحه بفتره الافطار. اسمه بيرفز جدا جدا خدوووووم يقدم لك كل شي بدون ما تساله ( مويا - شاهي يشيك وقت الاكل اذا تبغون اي شي او ناقصكم شي الشخص الصح في المكان الصح .. لما خلصنا فطور سالنا اذا تبغون فواكه احط لكم🥹

The hotel is quite decent. Bathroom is a bit small but it's fine. Breakfast is the usual Arab foods e.g hummus, foul etc. which were all delicious, as well as continental pastries, fruit, salad and omlette station. No housekeeping done or replenishing of tea, coffee and water bottles in the room in the three days we've been here so far. Had requested housekeeping with the door sign and directly to staff yesterday but nothing. The bins are full to. I rang housekeeping just for towels now and they came eventually after this call, alhamdu lillah, so ive edited this post to add that last line. We've purchased our own toilet roll now . Shops are within walking distance but not really near.

I had come to this place several times and it is a goodplace and price also edp.through trip.com My notice was in 2 points 1 it is the 1st time for me sine many years to book without breakfast because the breakfast in the last time wasno so good like past times athough accepted and in general good 2.is the most important through over 11 years in makka hotels is the 1st time fo me to dicovet that the basin of water in the bathroom is completely plugged and i failed to relieve it and i discvover it late after 1 am bcause i checked in in at 7 pm and goto sleep untilmy wife and children came ahter midnight fron Alharam and was difficult for me tocall for repair at this late time and my family in the roon i tried next day to tell them because i love this hotel but the female employee didnot ask me as usual abouf any complain ... I would like also to mention to 2 positive points 1.the man employee in check in was very helpful and rapid 2.the park for cars was my 1st experience because outside the hospitali is very crowded now and although not so wide and croweded also i succed to find a place for my car and itwas a goofd experience In general it osgood hotel esp.for price...and has a small bus every hour for alharam and wide clean rooms and deserve to be repeated

فندق رائع من كل النواحي طاقم العمل واسلوبهم الراقي والرحابه والاستقبال والاهتمام شيء خيالي موقع الفندق مقابله اسواق كبيره وخلفه مسجد الخليفي وبجانبه مطعم الرومانسية مطعم ممتاز الفندق بالرغم اني حجزته في العشر الاواخر الا انه الخدمه ممتازه والحافلات متواجده على طول انا ماجربتها والله اروح بتكسي فندق محترم و اداره محترفه والسؤال يومياً بالاتصال كيف الخدمه ناقصك حاجه شكرا لكم فقط اشياء ثانويه ولكنها ستجعل الفندق لا ينقصه شيء استشوار للشعر في الحمام ، روب حمام مشط قد لا تكون مهمه لكنها من اساسيات الفنادق المحترمه

Walaupun kami tiba lebih awal, mereka membenarkan anda mendaftar masuk sangat awal. Hotel ini benar-benar hotel yang berbaloi. ***Daging berfungsi dengan baik dalam perkhidmatan haram.
