We have experienced the best hospitality and service here. Morning complimentary buffet could be improved in terms of availability of items as and when it's over (most of the time few dishes are empty) and the options also can be improved as well. Other than that infinity pool is nice and mentioning again hospitality is excellent

Staff not trained. Facilities are not utilised. Even reception staff are very unproffessional. Vadas came out black the first day, after 3 trials, it became better.

Language seems a huge barrier at the hotel, the staff don't seem to understand even basic english. Cleanliness needs to be improved at the restaurants. One gets a very musty smell inside. Food needs to be refilled at the buffet counter, unless told no one seems to react, the coffee served is tasteless and cold.

Property looks good with all services for a decent price. Good for families as the support staff are good. Hotel needs to plan ahead for breakfast due to many guests coming at the same time (when there are more guests at hotel stay.

We family of 3 members arrived on 28 earlier than check in time around 11 am and they still allowed us to check in without any hassle. Hospitality was excellent starting from arrival at gate entrance, then reception and then till the room. The room was great with all amenities. Dinner in swath i restaurant was good and tasty. Free breakfast in blue sapphire hotel in 1st floor was ok not that great. But for the price we pay for the room, the bed linens was looking dull and in some places there was stains and holes. This was the downside otherwise it was a great stay and enjoyed it
