I had a fantastic experience at Eurotel Ermita. There are numerous reasons why it should be your top option the next time you visit Manila. With low accommodation prices, especially when you book via Trip.com, you may get the best deals for your stay. Amazing location right across from Robinson's Manila and a short trip to SM Manila. UP-Manila, UP-Philippine General Hospital, and other government institutions are all nearby. My only suggestion, I hope every time guests orders food for room service, they should immediately issue receipts upon delivering the food and collecting the payment. Traffic in Manila is unavoidable, but with proper time management and planning, getting to the airport terminals is a breeze. The front desk, bell boys, utilities, and dining staff will all greet you with a warm smile. They would be happy to assist you. If you're checking out but still need to explore the city or do errands, you can safely leave your luggage at the hotel and get it later. Overall, it was an incredible experience. Will I book another stay at the Eurotel Ermita? My answer is a big yes! #EurotelErmitaismychoice

We recently stayed here and celebrated our Birthday and Wedding Anniversary and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, their professionalism was outstanding. We truly appreciate Mr. Jason (pool area attendant) for taking care of us and offering drinks even though we were the only ones at the pool at that time. We also commend Ms. Marivic and her team, especially their dining area supervisor, for serving our food. Special mention to Ms. Sheila, who serenaded us during dinner. The rooms were luxurious, well-maintained, and offered stunning views. Every interaction with the staff left a positive impression, making our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and welcoming atmosphere.

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Berjaya located in the heart of Makati. If ever you need to stay in Makati to do business or just unwind, this hotel would suit you best. It is near the bars and restaurants that are open almost 24/7.

Saya menggunakannya buat kali pertama dan sangat menyukainya sehingga saya mendaftar masuk dua kali minggu itu. Adik perempuan dan anak-anak saya pun check in dua kali. Kakak bayar bilik sendiri sebab murah ☺️Kalau perlukan sesuatu boleh call tapi dengar staff kat luar boleh call dan uruskan on the spot. Kakitangan lain dari SG menyambut saya dengan betul dan membuatkan saya berasa selesa. Anak sulung saya, yang saya bawa masuk 12 tahun kemudian, juga berminat menggunakan sabun yang luar biasa itu. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi tahun ini. Selamat berkenalan

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

We arrived a little earlier than the booking time for us to have time for parking and we were able to check in early. The staff was accommodating but not so much, maybe I was expecting a warmer welcome since the hotel is considered a 5 star. It would be better if they had more staff to assist guests as they came through the door. As for our whole stay, everything was good. We were able to enjoy the spacious room and the nice bed, the swimming pool, and the playground. The breakfast buffet also had plenty of choices but the flavor of some of the food could be improved. We look forward to staying here again.

Don’t expect perfection but for the price I paid and for the service received during my overnight stay, I’m rating this 5 for going beyond my expectations for this first time booking. 2 days before my stay, Savoy Hotel sent me an email reminder. It also says, “Please do not hesitate to let us know if we can be of assistance in making any special preparations prior to your arrival.” and so I give it a shot and replied with a request. Thank you to Housekeeping Team Leader Remuel Tayao for that creative presentation. Most of the staff I’ve encountered with are courteous and welcoming except for the tall front desk lady during my check-in. Btw, I hope you install a pin light by the room coffee/tea area and closet. Thank you, Savoy Hotel.

Had a great time.! Booked a 3 double room with pool View..and their rooms were all clean, quiet and relaxing.. and it comes with buffet breakfast for two, and i can say its all good.. too many varieties, dishes to choose from..❤️
