It's condo and a mall within. A very convenient place to stay, design was nice and complete. Self Check In with a personal password. Room size was small but they managed to maximize it. I had a pleasant stay. Recommended!

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Tempah 5 bilik 1 bulan lebih awal, tetapi semasa daftar masuk hanya 3 yang tersedia... Dapat 1 bilik saya sekitar jam 2:40 petang dan yang lain 3:30 petang.. keluarga menunggu di lobi mengadu kepada saya, sedikit kecewa... Kakitangan yang bersih dan mesra.

Kakitangan saya yang jauh dari rumah sangat mesra, sentiasa penginapan yang hebat, sangat bersih! sangat peramah! Dekat dengan semua dalam jarak berjalan kaki!

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like ******* Agoda ********** etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like WTF!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

We had a delightful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel, perfect for our relaxing weekend escape. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still undergoing some construction, the facilities and room were both adequate and comfortable. A special highlight was the breakfast, featuring an extensive and satisfying menu. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kim, for helping us book our room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is good I have a nice view down the river, the foods waa excellent. But I don't like there way on checking in, because I arrived at 11:00 o'clock in the morning, so tired from my flight, but one of the staff told me that I have to wait unti 3:00pm??? I waited until 3 :00 in the afternoon, the staff said he will call me when 3pm arrive, but 3:08 nobody call.mr thst is why.. I need to go back to the receptionist if I can now enter my room. As in my god, what an experienced. There's more I already booked my stay there and yet the receptionist said I have to wait when somebody will checked out! What the @##£%! I mean what's going on???. While waiting in the lobby I saw many people just arrived from the hotel and yet, they don't waited forcso long hours, they are all well accommodated. While me here WAITING FOR 4 HOURS to get inside? Did I smell, something like...... oh your not rich, i will entertain you later? Can you enlighten me more about there policy!

Don’t expect perfection but for the price I paid and for the service received during my overnight stay, I’m rating this 5 for going beyond my expectations for this first time booking. 2 days before my stay, Savoy Hotel sent me an email reminder. It also says, “Please do not hesitate to let us know if we can be of assistance in making any special preparations prior to your arrival.” and so I give it a shot and replied with a request. Thank you to Housekeeping Team Leader Remuel Tayao for that creative presentation. Most of the staff I’ve encountered with are courteous and welcoming except for the tall front desk lady during my check-in. Btw, I hope you install a pin light by the room coffee/tea area and closet. Thank you, Savoy Hotel.

ボラカイ島の後泊で一泊しました。事前にメールでお願いして、空港まで迎えに来てもらいました。泊まったのはボトムカテゴリーのコーラルウィングの部屋でしたが、広さも快適さも十分。トイレが２つありました。海側か噴水側か、チェックインの際に希望を聞かれたので噴水側にしました。夜6時以降、1時間おきに行われる噴水ショーが部屋のリビング、バスルームからよく見えました。音はそんなに聞こえませんが。部屋の良かったところは荷物置きスペースが広く、玄関から直行できる作りになっているところ、明るい電気がつくドレッサーがあるところ、広いバスタブの底に滑り止めがあるところ、シャワー室にベンチがあるところ、など沢山ありました。アメニティは良い香りで、ドライヤーの風量も十分。バスローブの肌触りも良かったです。翌朝のフライトが早かったのでコンシェルジュ経由でgrabを手配してもらったのですが、モーニングコールの時間、荷物のピックアップ時刻等を決めて、後で紙にまとめたものを部屋に届けてくれました。信頼のおける対応でした。

I stayed at Ibis Styles Araneta so I can get peace and quiet while I finished my book and that was what I got. Although not the typical desk and chair set-up, it really worked for the work I needed to do. The rooms may be on the small size but there was enough natural light that flooded the room and kept me energized during my entire stay. I had a really great time from start to finish. Once I arrived at the driveway, I was already assisted by their staff. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff (Sam) even helped me get my luggage to my room. The room was very cozy, clean, and chill. One of the downsides would have to be the closet since it was just a rod on top of the coffee station and the clothes drop down on the coffee cups. Another downside are the roll-down blinds. If you don't want to be seen outside, you'd have to roll down all the blinds and prevent any sunlight flooding the room. Not a big problem though. Really enjoyed Le Bistro and the Edge Skyview Bar. Very cozy places to just relax. I also love the panoramic views by the rooftop bar. I would really have appreciated it if the buffet and Le Bistro had several vegan food choices. It's a good thing Gateway Mall is right beside the hotel so I was able to eat my meals. I love that they have a water dispenser and provided a water pitcher in the room to make it easier for water refill. The lobby is also a great place to hangout and work in at times. Over all, I'd stay here again.
